Judges 1:9
ଏହାପରେ ୟିହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାର ଲୋକମାନେ କିଣାନୀଯ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପର୍ବତମଯ ଦେଶ ରେ ନଗେଭେି ରେ ଏବଂ ପାଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ମାଳଭୂମିରେ ବସବାସ କରୁଥିଲେ।

| against the Canaanites, | בַּֽכְּנַעֲנִ֑י | bakkĕnaʿănî | ba-keh-na-uh-NEE |
| dwelt that | יוֹשֵׁ֣ב | yôšēb | yoh-SHAVE |
| in the mountain, | הָהָ֔ר | hāhār | ha-HAHR |
| south, the in and | וְהַנֶּ֖גֶב | wĕhannegeb | veh-ha-NEH-ɡev |
| and in the valley. | וְהַשְּׁפֵלָֽה׃ | wĕhaššĕpēlâ | veh-ha-sheh-fay-LA |
