ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ' ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଏହି ନିଯମ ପାଳନ ନ କରିବ ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ମନ୍ଦ ଘଟିବ।'
