מֵקִים֙ confirmeth may-KEEM דְּבַ֣ר the deh-VAHR עַבְדּ֔וֹ word av-DOH וַעֲצַ֥ת of va-uh-TSAHT מַלְאָכָ֖יו his mahl-ah-HAV יַשְׁלִ֑ים servant, yahsh-LEEM הָאֹמֵ֨ר counsel ha-oh-MARE לִירוּשָׁלִַ֜ם the lee-roo-sha-la-EEM תּוּשָׁ֗ב of too-SHAHV וּלְעָרֵ֤י his oo-leh-ah-RAY יְהוּדָה֙ messengers; yeh-hoo-DA תִּבָּנֶ֔ינָה performeth tee-ba-NAY-na וְחָרְבוֹתֶ֖יהָ and veh-hore-voh-TAY-ha אֲקוֹמֵֽם׃ saith uh-koh-MAME
