Isaiah 21 - BBE (Oriya)

1 The word about the waste land. As storm-winds in the South go rushing through, it comes from the waste land, from the land greatly to be feared.ସାଗର ସମୀପସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶାେକବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ତାହା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରୁ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାତ୍ଯା ତୁଲ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରୁ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦେଶରୁ ଆସୁଅଛି।

2 A vision of fear comes before my eyes; the worker of deceit goes on in his false way, and the waster goes on making waste. Up! Elam; to the attack! Media; I have put an end to her sorrow.ମୁଁ ଦେଖିଅଛି ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୁଃଖଦାୟକ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବ। ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଘାତକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ବାସଘାତକତା କରୁଅଛି ଓ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନକାରୀ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ କରୁଅଛି। ସେ ଏଲମ୍! ୟାଅ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କର। ହେ ମାଦିଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହିନୀ ଦ୍ବାରା ନଗରକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କର ଓ ପରାସ୍ତ କର। ମୁଁ ସହେି ନଗରରୁ ଦୁଃଖ ଓ ହାହାକାର ଦୂର କରିଅଛି।

3 For this cause I am full of bitter grief; pains like the pains of a woman in childbirth have come on me: I am bent down with sorrow at what comes to my ears; I am shocked by what I see.ସହେି ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୃଶ୍ଯ ଦେଖି ମାରେ ପଟେ ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହାଇେଅଛି। ସହେି ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ପ୍ରସବକାଳୀନ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକର ବଦନୋ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ମାେତେ କଷ୍ଟ ଦେଉଛି। ମୁଁ ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶୁଣି ଭୟଭୀତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ମୁଁ ଏତେ ଭୀତ ଯେ ଭୟ ରେ ଥରୁଅଛି।

4 My mind is wandering, fear has overcome me: the evening of my desire has been turned into shaking for me.ମାରେ ହୃଦଯ ଧକାଉଛି। ମହା ଭୟ ରେ ମୁଁ ଥରହର ହାଇେଅଛି। ମାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ରୂପକ ସାଯଂକାଳ ମହାରାତ୍ରିର ଭୟର କାରଣ ହାଇେଛି।

5 They make ready the table, they put down the covers, they take food and drink. Up! you captains; put oil on your breastplates.ଲୋକମାନେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ସବୁ ସୁନ୍ଦର। ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ, ମଜେ ସଜାନ୍ତି, ଭୋଜନ ଓ ପାନ କରନ୍ତି।' ସହେି ସମୟରେ ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି, ପ୍ରହରି ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କର, ହେ ଅଧିପତିଗଣ ଉଠ, ଢ଼ାଲ ତୈଳାନ୍ତ କର।'

6 For so has the Lord said to me, Go, let a watchman be placed; let him give word of what he sees:ମାରେପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ କହିଲେ, ୟାଅ ଏକ ଜଣ ପ୍ରହରି ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କର। ସେ ଯାହା ଦେଖିବ ତାହା ସପରେି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ।

7 And when he sees war-carriages, horsemen by twos, war-carriages with asses, war-carriages with camels, let him give special attention.ସେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଦୁଇଦଳ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ ଏକ ଦଳ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭା ରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ କିମ୍ବା ଏକ ଦଳ ଓଟରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ ସେତବେେଳେ ସେ ପ୍ରହରୀ ମନୋୟୋଗ ପୂର୍ବକ ଅତି ଯତ୍ନ ରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କରିବ।'

8 And the watchman gave a loud cry, O my lord, I am on the watchtower all day, and am placed in my watch every night:ତା'ପ ରେ ଦିନେ, ସେ ପ୍ରହରୀ କହିଲା, ହେ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ଦିନ ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ଦୁର୍ଗ ରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେ ଜଗିି ରହିଥାଏ ଓ ପ୍ରତି ରାତି ରେ। ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପହରା ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ସତର୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖିଥାଏ।

9 See, here come war-carriages with men, horsemen by twos: and in answer he said, Babylon is made low, is made low, and all her images are broken on the earth.ଆଉ ଦେଖ, ଏଠି ଏକଦଳ ଲୋକ ଓ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି।'

10 O my crushed ones, the grain of my floor! I have given you the word which came to me from the Lord of armies, the God of Israel.ଯିଶାଇୟ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନେ, ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଯାହାସବୁ ଶୁଣିଅଛି, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଉଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶସ୍ଯ ଖଳା ରେ ଶସ୍ଯପରି ଦଳିଦବେ।'

11 The word about Edom. A voice comes to me from Seir, Watchman, how far gone is the night? how far gone is the night?ଦୁମା ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶାେକବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ଜଣେ ସଯେୀରଠାରୁ ମାେତେ ଡ଼ାକି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରହରି, ଆଉ ରାତ୍ରି କେତେ ରହିଲା ?'

12 The watchman says, The morning has come, but night is still to come: if you have questions to put, put them, and come back again.ପ୍ରହରି ଉତ୍ତର କଲା, ପ୍ରଭାତ ଆସୁଅଛି, ମାତ୍ର ତା'ପ ରେ ରାତ୍ରି ଆସିବ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କିଛି ପଚାରିବାର ଅଛି, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଫରେିଆସ ଓ ପଚାର।'

13 The word about Arabia. In the thick woods of Arabia will be your night's resting-place, O travelling bands of Dedanites!ଆରବ ବିଷଯକ ଦୁଃଖବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ଦଦାନୀଯ ବଣିକ ଦଳ ଆରବ ମରୂଭୂମିସ୍ଥ ବନ ମଧିଅରେ ରାତ୍ରି ୟାପନ କଲେ।

14 Give water to him who is in need of water; give bread, O men of the land of Tema, to those in flight.ସମାନେେ କେତକେ ତୃଷାର୍ତ୍ତ ପଥିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଳ ଦେଲେ। ଟମାେ ଦେଶବାସୀ କେତକେ ପଳାତକ ପଥିକଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦେଲେ।

15 For they are in flight from the sharp sword, and the bent bow, and from the trouble of war.କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଉନ୍ମକ୍ତ ତରବାରିରୁ, ଗୁଣଦିଆ ଧନୁରୁ ଓ କ୍ଲେଶଦାୟକ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବାକୁ ପଳାଯନ କଲେ।

16 For so has the Lord said to me, In a year, by the years of a servant working for payment, all the glory of Kedar will come to an end:ମାରେପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଘଟିବ ବୋଲି କହିଲେ। ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ମଧିଅରେ ବତନେ ଜୀବିର ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରମାଣେ କଦରରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଗୌରବ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହବେ।

17 And the rest of the bowmen, the men of war of the children of Kedar, will be small in number: for the Lord, the God of Israel, has said it.ସହେି ସମୟରେ କଦରରେ ବୀରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଅଳ୍ପ କେତକେ ଧନୁର୍ଦ୍ଧର ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବେ। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି।'
