Isaiah 21 - ASV (Oriya)

1 The burden of the wilderness of the sea. As whirlwinds in the South sweep through, it cometh from the wilderness, from a terrible land.ସାଗର ସମୀପସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶାେକବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ତାହା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରୁ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାତ୍ଯା ତୁଲ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରୁ ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦେଶରୁ ଆସୁଅଛି।

2 A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous man dealeth treacherously, and the destroyer destroyeth. Go up, O Elam; besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease.ମୁଁ ଦେଖିଅଛି ଏକ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୁଃଖଦାୟକ ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବ। ବିଶ୍ବାସ ଘାତକ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ବିଶ୍ବାସଘାତକତା କରୁଅଛି ଓ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନକାରୀ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ କରୁଅଛି। ସେ ଏଲମ୍! ୟାଅ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କର। ହେ ମାଦିଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହିନୀ ଦ୍ବାରା ନଗରକୁ ଅବରୋଧ କର ଓ ପରାସ୍ତ କର। ମୁଁ ସହେି ନଗରରୁ ଦୁଃଖ ଓ ହାହାକାର ଦୂର କରିଅଛି।

3 Therefore are my loins filled with anguish; pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman in travail: I am pained so that I cannot hear; I am dismayed so that I cannot see.ସହେି ଭୟଙ୍କର ଦୃଶ୍ଯ ଦେଖି ମାରେ ପଟେ ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହାଇେଅଛି। ସହେି ୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ପ୍ରସବକାଳୀନ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକର ବଦନୋ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ମାେତେ କଷ୍ଟ ଦେଉଛି। ମୁଁ ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶୁଣି ଭୟଭୀତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ମୁଁ ଏତେ ଭୀତ ଯେ ଭୟ ରେ ଥରୁଅଛି।

4 My heart fluttereth, horror hath affrighted me; the twilight that I desired hath been turned into trembling unto me.ମାରେ ହୃଦଯ ଧକାଉଛି। ମହା ଭୟ ରେ ମୁଁ ଥରହର ହାଇେଅଛି। ମାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ରୂପକ ସାଯଂକାଳ ମହାରାତ୍ରିର ଭୟର କାରଣ ହାଇେଛି।

5 They prepare the table, they set the watch, they eat, they drink: rise up, ye princes, anoint the shield.ଲୋକମାନେ ଭାବନ୍ତି ସବୁ ସୁନ୍ଦର। ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ, ମଜେ ସଜାନ୍ତି, ଭୋଜନ ଓ ପାନ କରନ୍ତି।' ସହେି ସମୟରେ ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି, ପ୍ରହରି ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କର, ହେ ଅଧିପତିଗଣ ଉଠ, ଢ଼ାଲ ତୈଳାନ୍ତ କର।'

6 For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman: let him declare what he seeth:ମାରେପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ କହିଲେ, ୟାଅ ଏକ ଜଣ ପ୍ରହରି ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କର। ସେ ଯାହା ଦେଖିବ ତାହା ସପରେି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ।

7 and when he seeth a troop, horsemen in pairs, a troop of asses, a troop of camels, he shall hearken diligently with much heed.ସେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ଦୁଇଦଳ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ ଏକ ଦଳ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭା ରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ କିମ୍ବା ଏକ ଦଳ ଓଟରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଦେଖିବ ସେତବେେଳେ ସେ ପ୍ରହରୀ ମନୋୟୋଗ ପୂର୍ବକ ଅତି ଯତ୍ନ ରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କରିବ।'

8 And he cried as a lion: O Lord, I stand continually upon the watch-tower in the day-time, and am set in my ward whole nights;ତା'ପ ରେ ଦିନେ, ସେ ପ୍ରହରୀ କହିଲା, ହେ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ଦିନ ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ନିରନ୍ତର ଦୁର୍ଗ ରେ ଠିଆ ହାଇେ ଜଗିି ରହିଥାଏ ଓ ପ୍ରତି ରାତି ରେ। ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପହରା ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ସତର୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖିଥାଏ।

9 and, behold, here cometh a troop of men, horsemen in pairs. And he answered and said, Fallen, fallen is Babylon; and all the graven images of her gods are broken unto the ground.ଆଉ ଦେଖ, ଏଠି ଏକଦଳ ଲୋକ ଓ ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀ ସୈନ୍ଯ ଆସୁଛନ୍ତି।'

10 O thou my threshing, and the grain of my floor! that which I have heard from Jehovah of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you.ଯିଶାଇୟ କହିଲେ, ହେ ମାରେ ଲୋକମାନେ, ମୁଁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଯାହାସବୁ ଶୁଣିଅଛି, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଉଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶସ୍ଯ ଖଳା ରେ ଶସ୍ଯପରି ଦଳିଦବେ।'

11 The burden of Dumah. One calleth unto me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?ଦୁମା ବିଷଯ ରେ ଶାେକବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ଜଣେ ସଯେୀରଠାରୁ ମାେତେ ଡ଼ାକି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରହରି, ଆଉ ରାତ୍ରି କେତେ ରହିଲା ?'

12 The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will inquire, inquire ye: turn ye, come.ପ୍ରହରି ଉତ୍ତର କଲା, ପ୍ରଭାତ ଆସୁଅଛି, ମାତ୍ର ତା'ପ ରେ ରାତ୍ରି ଆସିବ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କିଛି ପଚାରିବାର ଅଛି, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଫରେିଆସ ଓ ପଚାର।'

13 The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye caravans of Dedanites.ଆରବ ବିଷଯକ ଦୁଃଖବାର୍ତ୍ତା। ଦଦାନୀଯ ବଣିକ ଦଳ ଆରବ ମରୂଭୂମିସ୍ଥ ବନ ମଧିଅରେ ରାତ୍ରି ୟାପନ କଲେ।

14 Unto him that was thirsty they brought water; the inhabitants of the land of Tema did meet the fugitives with their bread.ସମାନେେ କେତକେ ତୃଷାର୍ତ୍ତ ପଥିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଳ ଦେଲେ। ଟମାେ ଦେଶବାସୀ କେତକେ ପଳାତକ ପଥିକଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦେଲେ।

15 For they fled away from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଉନ୍ମକ୍ତ ତରବାରିରୁ, ଗୁଣଦିଆ ଧନୁରୁ ଓ କ୍ଲେଶଦାୟକ ୟୁଦ୍ଧରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବାକୁ ପଳାଯନ କଲେ।

16 For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of a hireling, all the glory of Kedar shall fail;ମାରେପ୍ରଭୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଘଟିବ ବୋଲି କହିଲେ। ଏକ ବର୍ଷ ମଧିଅରେ ବତନେ ଜୀବିର ବର୍ଷ ପ୍ରମାଣେ କଦରରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଗୌରବ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହବେ।

17 and the residue of the number of the archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be few; for Jehovah, the God of Israel, hath spoken it.ସହେି ସମୟରେ କଦରରେ ବୀରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଅଳ୍ପ କେତକେ ଧନୁର୍ଦ୍ଧର ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇବେ। କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି।'
