1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of Yahweh by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, Yahweh stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and [put it] also in writing, saying,ପ୍ରଥମ ବର୍ଷ ରେ କୋରସ ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା ଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଘାଷେଣା ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ଉକ୍ତ ଘାଷେଣାନାମାକୁ ତାଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ଯର ଗ୍ଭରିଆଡେ ପଢି ଶୁଣାଇ ଥିଲେ। ଯିରିମିୟଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା କୁହାୟାଇଥିବା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ଯ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଏହା ଥିଲା। ସହେି ଘାଷେଣା ନାମାଟି ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା।

2 Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth has Yahweh, the God of heaven, given me; and he has charged me to build him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah.ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା କୋରସ ଏହିପରି କହିଛନ୍ତି: ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସ୍ବର୍ଗର ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜ୍ଯ ମାେତେ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏବଂ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ଯିହୁଦା ରାଜ୍ଯର ୟିରୁଶାଲମଠା ରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଏକ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ନିରୂପଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

3 Whoever there is among you of all his people, his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of Yahweh, the God of Israel (he is God), which is in Jerusalem.ତାଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ ଯେ କହେି ହୁଅନା, ତାର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତା ସହିତ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ। ଯିହୁଦାସ୍ଥିତ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ତାକୁ ୟିବାକୁ ଦିଅ ଏବଂ ତାକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ଦିଅ। ସେ ହିଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ୟିଏକି ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।

4 Whoever is left, in any place where he sojourns, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with animals, besides the freewill-offering for the house of God which is in Jerusalem.ଆଉ ଯେ କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ଅନ୍ୟଠା ରେ ବାସ କରୁଛନ୍ତି, ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନର ଲୋକମାନେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମସ୍ଥ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିମନ୍ତେ ସ୍ବଇଛା ରେ ଦତ୍ତ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଛଡା ରୂପା, ସୁନା, ନାନାଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଓ ପଶୁ ଦିଅନ୍ତି।

5 Then rose up the heads of fathers' [houses] of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, even all whose spirit God had stirred to go up to build the house of Yahweh which is in Jerusalem.ଯିହୁଦା ଏବଂ ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗର ମୁଖିଆମାନେ, ଯାଜକଗଣ ଓ ଲବେୀୟମାନେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ୟିବାପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଲ। ସମାନେେ ସଠାେକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଗଲେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କ ମନ ରେ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତ ଦଇେଥିଲେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସହିତ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ ୟିବାପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହେଲେ।

6 All those who were round about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with animals, and with precious things, besides all that was willingly offered.ସମାନଙ୍କେର ପଡ଼ୋଶୀମାନେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ରୂପା, ସୁନା, ପଶୁ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ଯ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ସ୍ବେଚ୍ଛାଦର ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ସହିତ ଦେଲେ।

7 Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of Yahweh, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put in the house of his gods;ଆଉ ନବୂଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରର ଯେ ସକଳ ପାତ୍ର ୟିରୁଶାଲମରୁ ଆଣି ଆପଣା ମିଥ୍ଯା ଦବେତାଗଣଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିର ରେ ରଖିଥିଲା, କୋରସ ରାଜା ତାହାସବୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲା।

8 even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them to Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.ପାରସ୍ଯର ରାଜା କୋରସ୍ କୋଷାଧ୍ଯକ୍ଷ ମିତ୍ରଦାତକୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଦେଲେ ଏବଂ ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜପୁତ୍ର ଶେଶବସରଙ୍କର ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ରେ ଗଣିଲେ।

9 This is the number of them: thirty platters of gold, one thousand platters of silver, twenty-nine knives,ମିତ୍ରଦାତର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ମନ୍ଦିରରୁ ଯେଉଁ ସବୁ ବସ୍ତୁ ଆଣିଥିଲା, ସହେି ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯଗୁଡିକ ସଂଖ୍ଯା ଏହିପରି ଥିଲା: ସୁନାଥାଳୀ 30 ରୂପାଥାଳୀ 1,000 ଛୁରୀ29

10 thirty bowls of gold, silver bowls of a second sort four hundred and ten, and other vessels one thousand.ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣମଯ ପାନପତ୍ର 30 ରେ ୗପ୍ୟମଯ ପାତ୍ର ମଧ୍ଯମ ପାନ ପାତ୍ର 410 ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ପାତ୍ର 1,000

11 All the vessels of gold and of silver were five thousand and four hundred. All these did Sheshbazzar bring up, when they of the captivity were brought up from Babylon to Jerusalem.ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ମିଶି 5,400 ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଓ ରୌପମଯ ପାତ୍ର ଥିଲା। ବନ୍ଦୀଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବାବିଲରୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଅଣାୟିବା ସମୟରେ ଶେଶବସର ଏହିସବୁ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଆଣିଥିଲା।
