Exodus 16:5
ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ ଦିନକ ପାଇଁ ଯେତିକି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦରକାର ସତେିକି ଖାଦ୍ୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ, ଯେତବେେଳେ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବେ, ସେତବେେଳେ ସମାନେେ ଦେଖିବେ ଯେ ତାହା ଦୁଇଗୁଣ ହାଇଯେିବ।

| sixth the on that | בַּיּ֣וֹם | bayyôm | BA-yome |
| day | הַשִּׁשִּׁ֔י | haššiššî | ha-shee-SHEE |
| they shall prepare | וְהֵכִ֖ינוּ | wĕhēkînû | veh-hay-HEE-noo |
| אֵ֣ת | ʾēt | ate | |
| which that | אֲשֶׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| they bring in; | יָבִ֑יאוּ | yābîʾû | ya-VEE-oo |
| and it shall be | וְהָיָ֣ה | wĕhāyâ | veh-ha-YA |
| twice | מִשְׁנֶ֔ה | mišne | meesh-NEH |
| as much as | עַ֥ל | ʿal | al |
| אֲשֶֽׁר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER | |
| they gather | יִלְקְט֖וּ | yilqĕṭû | yeel-keh-TOO |
| daily. | י֥וֹם׀ | yôm | yome |
