Ephesians 6:1-4 in Oriya

1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;)

3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.

4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

1 ହେ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ! ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛାନୁସା ରେ ମାତା ପିତାଙ୍କ କଥାର ବାଧ୍ଯ ହୁଅ। କାରଣ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର କରିବା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଉଚିତ୍।
Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

2 କାରଣ ଦଶ ଆଜ୍ଞା ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଆଜ୍ଞା ହେଉଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ କର।'284 ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞାଟି ସହିତ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ମଧ୍ଯ ସଂୟୁକ୍ତ।

3 ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାଟି ଏହି : ଏହା କଲେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଜୀବନ ପାଇବ ଓ ବହୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ଦାନ ଲାଭ କରିବ।'285

4 ହେ ପିତାମାନେ ! ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ରଗାଅ ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିଷୟକ ଉପଦେଶ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦଇେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପ୍ରତିପାଳନ କର।
