ଏହାପରେ ଗି ହଜେୀ କହିଲେ, ହଁ, ସବୁ କୁଶଳ। ମାରେ ମହାଶୟ ଇଲୀଶାୟ ମାେତେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିବାକୁ ପଠାଇଛନ୍ତି, ' ଦେଖ ଏହିକ୍ଷଣି ଇଫ୍ରଯିମର ପର୍ବତମଯ ଦେଶରୁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାମାନଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଦୁଇଜଣ ୟୁବକ ଆସିଲେ, ମୁଁ ବିନଯ କରୁଛି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଏକ ତାଳନ୍ତ ରୂପା ଓ ଦୁଇ ସାଜ ପୋଷାକ ଦିଅ।

Jeremiah 9:5
ସମାନେେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀକୁ ପ୍ରବ୍ଯଞ୍ଚନା କରିବେ ଓ କବେେ ସତ୍ଯକଥା କହିବେ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ମିଥ୍ଯା କହିବାକୁ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଜିହ୍ବାକୁ ଶିଖାଇ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଥକିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସମାନେେ ମନ୍ଦକର୍ମ କରନ୍ତି।
Jeremiah 9:3
ପୁଣି ସମାନେେ ଅସତ୍ଯତା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଜିହ୍ବାରୂପ ଧନୁକୁ ବକ୍ର କରନ୍ତି। ଆଉ ସମାନେେ ଦେଶ ରେ ବଳିଷ୍ଠ ହାଇେଅଛନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ସତ୍ଯତା ପାଇଁ ନୁହେଁ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ପାପ ଉପ ରେ ପାପ କରିବାକୁ ଅଗ୍ରସର ହୁଅନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
