Deuteronomy 8:1
ଯାହା ମୁ ଆଜି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଉଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଆଦେଶମାନ ମାନିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବଞ୍ଚିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ଓ ସହେି ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ଅଧିକାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯାହାକି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଶପଥ କରିଛନ୍ତି।
