Amos 5 - DBY (Oriya)

1 Hear this word, a lamentation, which I take up against you, O house of Israel.ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟବାସୀ, ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଶୁଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଏହା ହେଉଛି ବିଳାପର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ।

2 The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more arise: she is cast down upon her land; there is none to raise her up.ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର କୁମାରୀ ପଡିୟାଇଛି ଏବଂ ସେ ଆଉ ଉଠିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ସେ ଏକାକିନୀ ପଡି ରହିଛି। ସହେି ମଇଳାରୁ ତାକୁ ଉଠାଇବାକୁ କହେି ନାହିଁ।

3 For thus saith the Lord Jehovah: The city that went forth a thousand shall have a hundred left, and that which went forth a hundred shall have ten left, for the house of Israel.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ବାକ୍ଯ କୁହନ୍ତି: ସହରରୁ ବାହାରକୁ ୟାଇଥିବା ଏକ ହଜାର ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଏକଶହ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରହିବେ, ଏବଂ ଏକଶହ ବାହାରିଥିବା ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମାତ୍ର ଦଶଜଣ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବେ।

4 For thus saith Jehovah unto the house of Israel: Seek ye me, and ye shall live.ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହାହିଁ କୁହନ୍ତି: ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭର ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କର ଏବଂ ବଞ୍ଚ।

5 And seek not Bethel, neither go to Gilgal, and pass not to Beer-sheba; for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought.ମାତ୍ର ବୈଥଲକୁ ଖାଜେ ନାହିଁ। ଗିଲ୍ଗଲକୁ ୟାଅ ନାହିଁ। ସୀମା ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରି ବେର୍ଶବୋକୁ ୟାଅ ନାହିଁ। ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ୍ର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବନ୍ଦୀରୂପେ ନିଆୟିବ ଏବଂ ବୈଥଲ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହବେ।

6 Seek Jehovah, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour [it], and there be none to quench [it] in Bethel.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ବଷେଣ କର ଓ ବଞ୍ଚି ରୁହ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ନ ୟିବ ତାହା ହେଲେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଅଗ୍ନି ସଞ୍ଚାର ହବେ ଏବଂ ସହେି ଅଗ୍ନି ଯୋଷଫଙ୍କେ ଗୃହକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବ ଏବଂ କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ବୈଥଲ ରେ ସେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୁ ଲିଭାଇ କରିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

7 Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and cast down righteousness to the earth,ପରମେଶ୍ବର କୃତ୍ତିକାକାର ଓ ମୃଗଶୀର୍ଷ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ। ସେ ଅନ୍ଧକାରକୁ ପ୍ରଭାତ ଆଲୋକରେ ପରିଣତ କଲେ।

8 [seek him] that made the Pleiades and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night; that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: Jehovah is his name.ସେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଦିନକୁ ରାତ୍ରି ରେ ପରିଣତ କଲେ। ସେ ସାଗର ଜଳକୁ ଆହ୍ବାନ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ଉପ ରେ ଢାଳନ୍ତି।

9 He causeth destruction to break forth suddenly upon the strong, and bringeth destruction upon the fortress.ତାଙ୍କର ନାମ ଯିହାବୋଃ। ସେ କୌଣସି ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ନଗରକୁ ବା ଦୁର୍ଗକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରି ପାରନ୍ତି।

10 They hate him that reproveth in the gate, and they abhor him that speaketh uprightly.ସହରର ଫାଟକରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତବକ୍ତା ଦ୍ବାରା ଉଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ ହବୋକୁ ଘୃଣା କର। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଚ୍ଚୋଟ ବାକ୍ଯକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ଘୃଣା କର।

11 Forasmuch, therefore, as ye trample upon the poor, and take from him presents of wheat: ye have built houses of hewn stone, but ye shall not dwell in them; ye have planted pleasant vineyards, and ye shall not drink the wine of them.ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅସାଧୁ ଉପାଯ ରେ କର ନେଉଅଛ ଏବଂ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଗହମ ବଳପୂର୍ବକ ନେଉଅଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କାରୁକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ପଥର ରେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଘର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛ, କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେି ଘ ରେ ରହିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାଗଛ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ରେ ଲଗାଇଛ କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ପାନ କରିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

12 For I know how manifold are your transgressions and your sins mighty: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside [the right of] the needy in the gate.ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅନକେ ଜଘନ୍ଯ ପାପ ଜାଣୁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କଷ୍ଟ ଦଲେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲାଞ୍ଚ ନଇେଛ ଏବଂ ଦରିଦ୍ର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନ୍ଯାଯଳଯ ରେ ଅନ୍ଯାଯ ଆଚରଣ କରିଅଛ।

13 Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in this time; for it is an evil time.ସେତବେେଳେ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିମାନେ ନୀରବ ରହିବେ କାରଣ ସମୟ ଅତି ମନ୍ଦ ଅଟେ।

14 Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live; and so Jehovah, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye say.ତୁମ୍ଭେ କୁହ, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କର। ମନ୍ଦଠାରୁ ଦୂ ରଇେ ରୁହ। ତାହା ହେଲେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପ୍ରକୃତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସହବର୍ତ୍ତା ହବେେ।

15 Hate evil, and love good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that Jehovah, the God of hosts, will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.ମନ୍ଦକୁ ଘୃଣା କର, ଭଲକୁ ଆଦର କର। ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଗ୍ଭର କର। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ହୁଏତ ଯୋଷଫଙ୍କେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶ ପରିବାର ପ୍ରତି କୃପାମଯ ହାଇପୋରନ୍ତି।

16 Therefore thus saith Jehovah, the God of hosts, the Lord: Wailing shall be in all broadways; and they shall say in all the streets, Alas! alas! And they shall call the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skilful of lamentation to wailing.ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର କୁହନ୍ତି, ଲୋକମାନେ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରିବେ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ରାସ୍ତା ରେ ସମାନେେ କହିବେ ହାୟ! ହାୟ! ସମାନେେ କୃଷକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶୋକରେ ୟୋଗଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବେ ଓ ପଷୋଦାର ଶାେକକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶାେକ କରିବାକୁ ଭଡା ରେ ଆଣିବେ।

17 And in all vineyards shall be wailing; for I will pass through the midst of thee, saith Jehovah.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହା ମଧ୍ଯ କହନ୍ତି: ଲୋକମାନେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ର ରେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରିବେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିବା ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ତ ଦବୋ।

18 Woe unto you that desire the day of Jehovah! To what end is the day of Jehovah for you? It shall be darkness and not light:ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କେତକେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବିଶଷଦେିନ ପାଇଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଛ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନୁହଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ସହେି ବିଶଷଦେିବସଟି କବଳେ ଗ୍ଭରିଆଡୁ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଆଣିବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆଶା କରିଥିବା ଆଲୋକକୁ ନୁହେଁ।

19 as if a man fled from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଦିନଟି ଏପରି ସମୟ ହବେ, ଯବେେ ତବେଳେେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସିଂହ ମୁହଁରୁ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇ ଭାଲୁ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆକ୍ରମିତ ହୁଏ କି ନିଜ ଘରର କାନ୍ଥ ରେ ହାତ ରଖି ବିଶ୍ରାମ ନବୋ ସମୟରେ ଦନ୍ତଘାତ ହୁଏ।

20 Shall not the day of Jehovah be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବିଶଷଦେିନଟି ଆନନ୍ଦର ଦିନ ନ ହାଇେ ଦୁଃଖମଯ ହବେ। ଏହା ଆଲୋକିତ ନ ହାଇେ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହବେ।

21 I hate, I despise your feasts, and I will not smell [a sweet odour] in your solemn assemblies.ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପର୍ବ ଦିନକୁ ଘୃଣା କରୁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ଯ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଧାର୍ମିକ ମହାସଭାକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁ ନାହୁଁ।

22 For if ye offer up unto me burnt-offerings and your oblations, I will not accept [them]; neither will I regard the peace-offerings of your fatted beasts.ଏପରିକି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ହାମବେଳି ଓ ଭୈକ୍ଷ୍ଯ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଅର୍ପଣ କଲେ ହେଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଗେୁଡିକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ନାହିଁ। ଆଉ ମଧ୍ଯ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ବିଧାନ ପାଇଁ ବଳି ଯୋଗ୍ଯ ପୁଷ୍ଟ ପଶୁଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଦବୋ ନାହିଁ।

23 Take away from me the noise of thy songs, and I will not hear the melody of thy lutes;ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସହେି ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ବର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ବନ୍ଦ କର। କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଗେୁଡିକୁ ଶୁଣିବାକୁ ଗ୍ଭହୁଁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବୀଣାବାଦନଗୁଡିକ ଦୁର କର।

24 but let judgment roll down as waters, and righteousness as an ever-flowing stream.ତୁମ୍ଭର ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଗ୍ଭରଧାରା ପ୍ରବାହିତ ଜଳ ସଦୃଶ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍ ଏବଂ ଧାର୍ମିକତା ଗୋଟିଏ ଝରଣା ପରି ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ଯାହା କବେେ ଶୁଖେ ନାହିଁ।

25 Did ye bring unto me sacrifices and oblations in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଗ୍ଭଳିଶ ବର୍ଷ ମରୁଭୂମିରେ ଥିଲା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସବୋ ଓ ବଳିଦାନ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଦଇେଥିଲ କି?

26 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of your Moloch, and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye had made to yourselves;ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସିକୂତକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ରାଜା ରୂପେ ଏବଂ କାଯନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର 'ତାରକା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ' ରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ତିଆରି କରିଛ।

27 and I will cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith Jehovah, whose name is the God of hosts.ତେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦମ୍ମେଶକ ସହରର ବହୁତ ଦୂରକୁ ବନ୍ଦୀକରି ନିର୍ବାସିତ କରାଇବା। ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହିଲେ।
