ଏଥି ଉତ୍ତା ରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ବାଲ୍ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଗଲେ ଓ ସଠାେରେ ମନ୍ଦିର, ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀଗୁଡିକ ଓ ବାଲ୍ର ପ୍ରତିମାଗୁଡିକୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରି ଦେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ବାଲ୍ର ଯାଜକ ମତ୍ତନକୁ ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ବଧ କଲେ।
