ରାଜା ଆସା ଯିହୁଦାର ସବୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ, ବାଶା ଯେଉଁ ପଥର ଓ କାଠ ରାମା ନଗରକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରୁଣ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା, ସେସବୁକୁ ବହିନଲୋ। ସେଥି ରେ ଆସା ରାଜା ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନର ଗବୋ ଓ ମିସ୍ପା ନଗର ଦୃଢ କଲେ।

ରାଜା ଆସା ଯିହୁଦାର ସବୁ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆଦେଶ ଦେଲେ, ବାଶା ଯେଉଁ ପଥର ଓ କାଠ ରାମା ନଗରକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ରୁଣ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା, ସେସବୁକୁ ବହିନଲୋ। ସେଥି ରେ ଆସା ରାଜା ବିନ୍ଯାମୀନର ଗବୋ ଓ ମିସ୍ପା ନଗର ଦୃଢ କଲେ।
