Numbers 9:14
“यदि कुनै विदेशी तिमीहरूसित स्थायी रूपले बसोबास गरिरहेको छ अनि उसले पनि निस्तार चाड मनाउन चाहन्छ भने उसले मनाउन सक्छ, तर त्यस व्यक्तिले निस्तार चाडको नियम पालन गर्नु पर्छ। त्यो प्रत्येकको निम्ति नियम हो।”
