त्यो हत्यारा मारिने मानिसको आफन्तहरूको बद्लालिने विचारबाट अनि अदालतले हत्याराको कसुरमाथि न्यायोचित विचार नगरूञ्ञेल सम्म त्यहाँ सुरक्षित रहनु सक्छ।
