כִּי֩ the kee יְרַחֵ֨ם Lord yeh-ra-HAME יְהוָ֜ה will yeh-VA אֶֽת have et יַעֲקֹ֗ב mercy ya-uh-KOVE וּבָחַ֥ר on oo-va-HAHR עוֹד֙ ode בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל Jacob, beh-yees-ra-ALE וְהִנִּיחָ֖ם and veh-hee-nee-HAHM עַל will al אַדְמָתָ֑ם yet ad-ma-TAHM וְנִלְוָ֤ה choose veh-neel-VA הַגֵּר֙ Israel, ha-ɡARE עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם and uh-lay-HEM וְנִסְפְּח֖וּ set veh-nees-peh-HOO עַל them al בֵּ֥ית in bate יַעֲקֹֽב׃ their ya-uh-KOVE -
וּלְקָח֣וּם the oo-leh-ka-HOOM עַמִּים֮ people ah-MEEM וֶהֱבִיא֣וּם shall veh-hay-vee-OOM אֶל take el מְקוֹמָם֒ them, meh-koh-MAHM וְהִֽתְנַחֲל֣וּם and veh-hee-teh-na-huh-LOOM בֵּֽית bring bate יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל them yees-ra-ALE עַ֚ל to al אַדְמַ֣ת their ad-MAHT יְהוָ֔ה place: yeh-VA לַעֲבָדִ֖ים and la-uh-va-DEEM וְלִשְׁפָח֑וֹת the veh-leesh-fa-HOTE וְהָיוּ֙ house veh-ha-YOO שֹׁבִ֣ים of shoh-VEEM לְשֹֽׁבֵיהֶ֔ם Israel leh-shoh-vay-HEM וְרָד֖וּ shall veh-ra-DOO בְּנֹגְשֵׂיהֶֽם׃ possess beh-noh-ɡeh-say-HEM -
וְהָיָ֗ה it veh-ha-YA בְּי֨וֹם shall beh-YOME הָנִ֤יחַ come ha-NEE-ak יְהוָה֙ to yeh-VA לְךָ֔ pass leh-HA מֵֽעָצְבְּךָ֖ in may-ohts-beh-HA וּמִֽרָגְזֶ֑ךָ the oo-mee-roɡe-ZEH-ha וּמִן day oo-MEEN הָעֲבֹדָ֥ה that ha-uh-voh-DA הַקָּשָׁ֖ה the ha-ka-SHA אֲשֶׁ֥ר Lord uh-SHER עֻבַּד shall oo-BAHD בָּֽךְ׃ give bahk -
וְנָשָׂ֜אתָ thou veh-na-SA-ta הַמָּשָׁ֥ל shalt ha-ma-SHAHL הַזֶּ֛ה take ha-ZEH עַל up al מֶ֥לֶךְ this MEH-lek בָּבֶ֖ל proverb ba-VEL וְאָמָ֑רְתָּ against veh-ah-MA-reh-ta אֵ֚יךְ the ake שָׁבַ֣ת king sha-VAHT נֹגֵ֔שׂ of noh-ɡASE שָׁבְתָ֖ה Babylon, shove-TA מַדְהֵבָֽה׃ and mahd-hay-VA -

נָ֥חָה whole NA-ha שָׁקְטָ֖ה earth shoke-TA כָּל is kahl הָאָ֑רֶץ at ha-AH-rets פָּצְח֖וּ rest, pohts-HOO רִנָּֽה׃ and ree-NA -

וְאַתָּ֞ה thou veh-ah-TA אָמַ֤רְתָּ hast ah-MAHR-ta בִֽלְבָבְךָ֙ said vee-leh-vove-HA הַשָּׁמַ֣יִם in ha-sha-MA-yeem אֶֽעֱלֶ֔ה thine eh-ay-LEH מִמַּ֥עַל heart, mee-MA-al לְכֽוֹכְבֵי I leh-HOH-heh-vay אֵ֖ל will ale אָרִ֣ים ascend ah-REEM כִּסְאִ֑י into kees-EE וְאֵשֵׁ֥ב heaven, veh-ay-SHAVE בְּהַר I beh-HAHR מוֹעֵ֖ד will moh-ADE בְּיַרְכְּתֵ֥י exalt beh-yahr-keh-TAY צָפֽוֹן׃ my tsa-FONE -
אֶעֱלֶ֖ה will eh-ay-LEH עַל ascend al בָּ֣מֳתֵי above BA-moh-tay עָ֑ב the av אֶדַּמֶּ֖ה heights eh-da-MEH לְעֶלְיֽוֹן׃ of leh-el-YONE -
אַ֧ךְ thou ak אֶל shalt el שְׁא֛וֹל be sheh-OLE תּוּרָ֖ד brought too-RAHD אֶל down el יַרְכְּתֵי to yahr-keh-TAY בֽוֹר׃ hell, vore -

וְקַמְתִּ֣י I veh-kahm-TEE עֲלֵיהֶ֔ם will uh-lay-HEM נְאֻ֖ם rise neh-OOM יְהוָ֣ה up yeh-VA צְבָא֑וֹת against tseh-va-OTE וְהִכְרַתִּ֨י them, veh-heek-ra-TEE לְבָבֶ֜ל saith leh-va-VEL שֵׁ֥ם the shame וּשְׁאָ֛ר Lord oo-sheh-AR וְנִ֥ין of veh-NEEN וָנֶ֖כֶד hosts, va-NEH-hed נְאֻם and neh-OOM יְהוָֽה׃ cut yeh-VA -
וְשַׂמְתִּ֛יהָ will veh-sahm-TEE-ha לְמוֹרַ֥שׁ also leh-moh-RAHSH קִפֹּ֖ד make kee-PODE וְאַגְמֵי it veh-aɡ-MAY מָ֑יִם a MA-yeem וְטֵֽאטֵאתִ֙יהָ֙ possession veh-tay-tay-TEE-HA בְּמַטְאֲטֵ֣א for beh-maht-uh-TAY הַשְׁמֵ֔ד the hahsh-MADE נְאֻ֖ם bittern, neh-OOM יְהוָ֥ה and yeh-VA צְבָאֽוֹת׃ pools tseh-va-OTE -
נִשְׁבַּ֛ע Lord neesh-BA יְהוָ֥ה of yeh-VA צְבָא֖וֹת hosts tseh-va-OTE לֵאמֹ֑ר hath lay-MORE אִם sworn, eem לֹ֞א saying, loh כַּאֲשֶׁ֤ר Surely ka-uh-SHER דִּמִּ֙יתִי֙ dee-MEE-TEE כֵּ֣ן as kane הָיָ֔תָה I ha-YA-ta וְכַאֲשֶׁ֥ר have veh-ha-uh-SHER יָעַ֖צְתִּי thought, ya-ATS-tee הִ֥יא so hee תָקֽוּם׃ shall ta-KOOM -
לִשְׁבֹּ֤ר I leesh-BORE אַשּׁוּר֙ will ah-SHOOR בְּאַרְצִ֔י break beh-ar-TSEE וְעַל the veh-AL הָרַ֖י Assyrian ha-RAI אֲבוּסֶ֑נּוּ in uh-voo-SEH-noo וְסָ֤ר my veh-SAHR מֵֽעֲלֵיהֶם֙ land, may-uh-lay-HEM עֻלּ֔וֹ and OO-loh וְסֻ֨בֳּל֔וֹ upon veh-SOO-boh-LOH מֵעַ֥ל my may-AL שִׁכְמ֖וֹ mountains sheek-MOH יָסֽוּר׃ tread ya-SOOR -
זֹ֛את is zote הָעֵצָ֥ה the ha-ay-TSA הַיְּעוּצָ֖ה purpose ha-yeh-oo-TSA עַל that al כָּל is kahl הָאָ֑רֶץ purposed ha-AH-rets וְזֹ֛את upon veh-ZOTE הַיָּ֥ד the ha-YAHD הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה whole ha-neh-too-YA עַל earth: al כָּל and kahl הַגּוֹיִֽם׃ this ha-ɡoh-YEEM -
כִּֽי the kee יְהוָ֧ה Lord yeh-VA צְבָא֛וֹת of tseh-va-OTE יָעָ֖ץ hosts ya-ATS וּמִ֣י hath oo-MEE יָפֵ֑ר purposed, ya-FARE וְיָד֥וֹ and veh-ya-DOH הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה who ha-neh-too-YA וּמִ֥י shall oo-MEE יְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ disannul yeh-shee-VEH-na -
בִּשְׁנַת the beesh-NAHT מ֖וֹת year mote הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ that ha-MEH-lek אָחָ֑ז king ah-HAHZ הָיָ֖ה Ahaz ha-YA הַמַּשָּׂ֥א died ha-ma-SA הַזֶּֽה׃ was ha-ZEH -

הֵילִ֤ילִֽי O hay-LEE-lee שַׁ֙עַר֙ gate; SHA-AR זַֽעֲקִי cry, ZA-uh-kee עִ֔יר O eer נָמ֖וֹג city; na-MOɡE פְּלֶ֣שֶׁת thou, peh-LEH-shet כֻּלֵּ֑ךְ whole koo-LAKE כִּ֤י Palestina, kee מִצָּפוֹן֙ art mee-tsa-FONE עָשָׁ֣ן dissolved: ah-SHAHN בָּ֔א for ba וְאֵ֥ין there veh-ANE בּוֹדֵ֖ד shall boh-DADE בְּמוֹעָדָֽיו׃ come beh-moh-ah-DAIV
