यसपछि राजा नबूकदनेस्सरले दानियललाई निहुरिएर दण्डवत गरे। राजाले दानियलको प्रशंसा गरे। राजाले आज्ञा दिए कि दानियलको सम्मानमा भेटी स्वरूप सुगन्धित धूप प्रदान गरियोस्।
