“यदि कसैले मानिसको हत्या गर्छ ती शहरहरूमा सुरक्षाको लागि भागेर जानेछ, यो नियम त्यस मानिसहरूका लागि हुनेछ हत्यारा त्यो मानिस हुनुपर्छ जसले अर्को मानिसहरूलाई अचानक मार्छ अनि त्यो मानिस हत्यारा हुन्छ। जसले हत्या गरेको मानिसलाई घृणा गरेको थिएन।
