Isaiah 5 - BBE (Nepali)

1 Let me make a song about my loved one, a song of love for his vine-garden. My loved one had a vine-garden on a fertile hill:अब, म मेरा साथीहरूकालागि गीत गाउनेछु। यो गीत उनीहरूका दाख बारीको विषयमा छ।मेरा मित्रको अत्यन्त समृद्ध दाखबारी थियो।

2 And after working the earth of it with a spade, he took away its stones, and put in it a very special vine; and he put up a watchtower in the middle of it, hollowing out in the rock a place for the grape-crushing; and he was hoping that it would give the best grapes, but it gave common grapes.मेरा मित्रले खेत खने अनि सफा पारे। उनले त्यहाँ राम्रो अङ्गुरको बोट रोपे। उनले खेतको माझमा एउटा मचान अनि एउटा कोल निर्माण गरे। तब उनले त्यहाँ अङ्गुरको राम्रो फसलको आशा गरे। तर त्यहाँ नराम्रा अङ्गुरहरू मात्र फल्यो।

3 And now, you people of Jerusalem and you men of Judah, be the judges between me and my vine-garden.यसकारण परमेश्वरले भन्नुभयोः “यरूशलेममा बस्ने मानिसहरू अनि यहूदाका मानिसहरू, म अनि मेरो दाखबारीको विषयमा सोच।

4 Is there anything which might have been done for my vine-garden which I have not done? why then, when I was hoping for the best grapes did it give me common grapes?मेरो दाखबारीकोलागि म अझ के गर्न सक्थें र? मैले सबै कुरा गरे।मैले असल दाखको उब्जनी हुन्छ भन्ने आशा गरेको थिएँ तर त्यहाँ सबै नराम्रा उब्जाऊ भयो किन त्यस्तो भयो?

5 And now, this is what I will do to my vine-garden: I will take away the circle of thorns round it, and it will be burned up; its wall will be broken down and the beasts of the field will go through it;अब म तिमीहरूलाई भन्नेछु, म मेरो अङ्गरको बगैंचालाई के गर्नेछु। म सबै बारहरू उखेल्नेछु। अनि तिनीहरूलाई जलाउनेछु। म ढुङ्गाका पर्खालहरू भत्काउने छु अनि ती ढुङ्गाहरूमाथि हिँड्नेछु।

6 And I will make it waste; its branches will not be touched with the knife, or the earth worked with the spade; but blackberries and thorns will come up in it: and I will give orders to the clouds not to send rain on it.म मेरो दाखबारीलाई रित्तो मैदान पारिदिनेछु। कसैले पनि बिरूवाहरूको ख्याल गर्ने छैन। कसैले पनि खेतमा काम गर्ने छैन्। त्यहाँ बेकामको झार-काँढाहरू मात्र उम्रनेछन्। म बादललाई पृथ्वीमा पानी नपार भनेर आज्ञा दिनेछु।”

7 For the vine-garden of the Lord of armies is the people of Israel, and the men of Judah are the plant of his delight: and he was looking for upright judging, and there was blood; for righteousness, and there was a cry for help.सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुमा भएको दाखबारी इस्राएल घरानाका सम्पत्ति हो। अनि दाखको हाँगा-बिरूबालाई परमप्रभुले प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ-त्यो यहूदाको मानिस हो।परमप्रभुले न्यायको आशा गर्नुभयो, तर त्यहाँ हत्याहरू मात्र भए। परमप्रभुले धार्मिकताको आशा गर्नुभयो, तर त्यहाँ नराम्रा व्यवहार भएका मानिसहरूबाट कोलाहल मात्र थियो।

8 Cursed are those who are joining house to house, and putting field to field, till there is no more living-space for any but themselves in all the land!तिमीहरू एकदमै नजिक-नजिकमा बस्छौ। कही कसैको लागि केही जग्गा नराखी घरहरू बनाउँछौ। तर परमप्रभुले तिमीहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुहुनेछ अनि तिमीहरूलाई एक्लो पार्नु हुनेछ। सम्पूर्ण भूमिमा तिमीहरूमात्र रहनेछौ।

9 The Lord of armies has said to me secretly, Truly, numbers of great and fair houses will be waste, with no one living in them.सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुले मलाई भन्नुभयो र मैले सुने, “अब त्यहाँ धेरै घरहरू छन्। तर म प्रतिज्ञा गर्छु कि ती सबै घरहरू ध्वंश हुनेछन्। त्यहाँ सुन्दर र ठूला-ठूला घरहरू होलान् तर सबै रित्ता हुनेछन्।

10 For ten fields of vines will only give one measure of wine, and a great amount of seed will only give a small measure of grain.त्यसबेला दश बीघा जमिनबाट अलिकति मात्र दाखरस बनिने छ। अनि धेरै बोरा बीउहरूबाट अलिकति मात्र अन्न उब्जनेछ।”

11 Cursed are those who get up early in the morning to give themselves up to strong drink; who keep on drinking far into the night till they are heated with wine!तिमीहरू बिहानै उठ्ने छौ र पिउनलाई मद्य खोज्ने छौ। दाखरस पिएर मातेकोले गर्दा तिमीहरू राती अबेर सम्म जागा रहन्छौ।

12 And corded instruments and wind-instruments and wine are in their feasts: but they give no thought to the work of the Lord, and they are not interested in what his hands are doing.तिमीहरू मातेर संगीतमय सामग्रीहरू जस्तै विणा, ढोलक, खैजडी, सारङ्गी, बाँसुरी र मद्य लिएर उत्सव मनाउँछौ। अनि परमप्रभुले गर्नु भएका कुराहरू तिमीहरू वास्ता गर्दैनौ। परमप्रभुका हातले धेरै भन्दा धेरै चीजहरू बनाउनु भयो तर तिमीहरूले त्यतापट्टि ध्यान दिएनौ। यसकारण यो तिमीहरूकालागि अशुभ हुनेछ।

13 For this cause my people are taken away as prisoners into strange countries for need of knowledge: and their rulers are wasted for need of food, and their loud-voiced feasters are dry for need of water.परमप्रभु भन्नुहुन्छ, “मेरा मानिसहरू पक्राउ पर्नेछन अनि लगिनेछन् किन? किनभने तिनीहरूले मलाई राम्ररी चिनेनन्। अहिले इस्राएलमा भएका कतिपय मानिसहरू मुख्य छन्। तिनीहरू आफ्ना विलासी जीवनमा सुखी छन्। तर ती सबै महान मानिसहरूलाई भोक प्यासले अत्यन्त सताईनेछन्।

14 For this cause the underworld has made wide its throat, opening its mouth without limit: and her glory, and the noise of her masses, and her loud-voiced feasters, will go down into it.तब तिनीहरू मर्नेछन् र पातालमा जानेछन् सियोलले, तिनीहरूले धेरै-धेरै मानिसहरू भेट्नेछ। चिहानले आफ्नो ठूलो मुख उघारेर बसेको छ। अनि सबै मानिस सियोल भित्र जानेछन्।

15 And the poor man's head is bent, and the great man goes down on his face, and the eyes of pride are put to shame:ती मानिसहरू नम्र हुनेछन्। ती ठूला मानिसहरूले शिर झुकाउनेछन् अनि भूइँतिर हेर्नेछन्।

16 But the Lord of armies is lifted up as judge, and the Holy God is seen to be holy in righteousness.सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुले निष्पक्ष न्याय गर्नु हुनेछ, र मानिसहरूले उहाँ कति महान हुनहुन्छ भनेर थाहा पाउने छन्। पवित्र परमेश्वरले जुन सही कुराहरू छन् त्यही काम गर्नुहुनेछ, र मानिसहरूले उहाँलाई सम्मान गर्नेछन्।

17 Then the lambs will get food as in their grass-lands, and the fat cattle will be feasting in the waste places.परमेश्वरले इस्राएलका मानिसहरूलाई देश छोडेर जान वाध्य पार्नुहुनेछ; त्यो स्थान खाली हुनेछ। भेडाहरू जहाँ इच्छा लाग्दछ त्यहीं गएर बस्ने छन्। त्यसका पाठाहरू त्यही ठाँउमा चर्ने छन् जुन ठाउँमा एकपल्ट धनी मानिसहरू थिए।

18 Cursed are those who make use of ox-cords for pulling the evil thing, and the bands of a young ox for their sin!ती मानिसहरूलाई हेर! तिनीहरूले आफ्ना दोष र पापहरू आफ्ना पछाडी त्यसरी तान्दछन् जसरी मानिसहरूले हातेगाडी र डोरीहरू तान्दछन्।

19 Who say, Let him do his work quickly, let him make it sudden, so that we may see it: let the design of the Holy One of Israel come near, so that it may be clear to us.ती मानिसहरूले भन्दछन्, “हामी परमप्रभुलाई कामना गर्दछौ कि उहाँले चाहनु भएका कुराहरू चाँडै नै गरून्। तब हामी जान्नेछौ के घटना घट्छ। हामी कामना गर्छौ परमप्रभुको योजना चाँडै नै पुरा हुन्छ होला। तब मात्र हामी जान्दछौ उहाँको योजना के हो।”

20 Cursed are those who give the name of good to evil, and of evil to what is good: who make light dark, and dark light: who make bitter sweet, and sweet bitter!हाय! भन्छौ नराम्रो वस्तुहरू राम्रो हुन अनि राम्रो वस्तुहरू नराम्रो हुन्। तिनीहरू सोच्छन अँध्यारो उज्यालो हो अनि उज्यालो अँध्यारो हो। तिनीहरू सोच्छन् मीठो तीतो हो अनि तीतो मीठो हो।

21 Cursed are those who seem wise to themselves, and who take pride in their knowledge!तिनीहरू हामी चतुर छौ भनी सम्झन्दछन्। तिनीहरू आफूलाई बुद्धिमान ठान्दछन्।

22 Cursed are those who are strong to take wine, and great in making mixed drinks!ती मानिसहरू दाखरस पिउनमा प्रसिद्ध छन्। तिनीहरू मद्य मिसाउनमा सिपालु छन्।

23 Who for a reward give support to the cause of the sinner, and who take away the righteousness of the upright from him.अनि तिमीहरूले त्यस्ता मानिसहरूलाई पैसा दियौ भने उनीहरूले अपराधीलाई क्षमा दिनेछन्। तर तिनीहरूले असल मानिसहरूलाई न्याय गर्न अनुमति दिंदैनन्।

24 For this cause, as the waste of the grain is burned up by tongues of fire, and as the dry grass goes down before the flame, so their root will be like the dry stems of grain, and their flower will go up in dust: because they have gone against the law of the Lord of armies, and have given no honour to the word of the Holy One of Israel.तिनीहरूमाथि नराम्रा घट्नाहरू घट्नेवाला छ। तिनीहरूका भावी सन्तानहरू पराल र पातहरू आगोले जले जस्तो पूर्णरूपले ध्वंस हुनेछन्। तिनीहरूका भावी सन्तानहरू जरैसित मर्नेछन् र धुलो हुनेछन्। तिनीहरूका भावी सन्तानहरू आगोले फूल जलाएर ध्वस्त गरे जस्तो नष्ट हुनेछन् औ खरानी हावामा उडेर जानेछ।ती मानिसहरूले सेनाहरूका परमप्रभुको व्यवस्थालाई पालन गर्न अस्वीकार गर्नेछन्। ती मानिसहरूले इस्राएलका परमपवित्रको सुसमचारलाई निन्दा गरे।

25 For this reason the wrath of the Lord has been burning against his people, and his hand has been stretched out against them in punishment, and the hills were shaking, and their dead bodies were like waste in the open places of the town.यसैले परमप्रभु आफ्ना मानिसहरूसित एकदमै क्रोधित हुनुभएको छ। अनि परमप्रभुले आफ्ना हातहरू उचाउल्नु हुनेछ, अनि तिनीहरूलाई दण्ड दिनु हुनेछ। उहाँ यति क्रोधित हुनु हुनेछ कि पर्वतहरू सम्म काम्नेछन्। मरेका लाशहरू गोरेटोहरूमा फोहोर मैलो जस्तै हुनेछन्। तब पनि परमेश्वर क्रोधित रहनुहुनेछ। उहाँका हातहरू अझै मानिसहरूलाई दण्ड दिन उचालिएकै हुनेछन्।

26 And he will let a flag be lifted up as a sign to a far-off nation, whistling to them from the ends of the earth: and they will come quickly and suddenly.हेर! परमेश्वरले पृथ्वीका सबै जातिहरूलाई चिन्ह दिइरहनु भएको छ। परमेश्वरले झण्डा उठाइरहनु भएको छ साथै ती टाढा-टाढाका मानिसहरूलाई बोलाउनलाई सुसेली मार्नु हुँदैछ। शत्रुहरू टाढा-टाढा ठाउँबाट आइरहेकोछन्। शत्रु छिट्टै देशभित्र पस्नेछ। तिनीहरू छिट्टो-छिटो हिंडिरहेका छन्।

27 There is no weariness among them, and no man is feeble-footed: they come without resting or sleeping, and the cord of their shoes is not broken.तिनीहरू कहिल्यै थाक्दैनन् अनि ध्वंश हुँदैनन्। तिनीहरू न त मन्द हुनेछन न सुत्नेछन्। तिनीहरूको पटुका कहिल्यै खुकुलो हुनेछैन। तिनीहरूको जुत्ताको तुना कहिल्यै चुडिंदैन।

28 Their arrows are sharp, and every bow is bent: the feet of their horses are like rock, and their wheels are like a rushing storm.शत्रुको काँडहरू तीखा-तीखा छन्। तिनीहरूको सबै धनुहरु हिर्काउनलाई तयार छन्। घोडाका खुट्टाहरू ढुङ्गाहरू जत्तिकै कडा छन्। तिनीहरूका रथका चक्काहरू आँधीबेरी जस्तै उडनेछन्।

29 The sound of their armies will be like the voice of a lion, and their war-cry like the noise of young lions: with loud cries they will come down on their food and will take it away safely, and there will be no one to take it out of their hands.शत्रु चिच्याउँछन्, अनि तिनीहरूका चिच्याहट सिंहको गर्जन जस्तै हुनेछ। शत्रुहरू गर्जन्छन र तिनीहरूसित लाडने मानिसहरूलाई पक्रन्छन्। मानिसहरू तिनीहरूबाट बाँच्न संघर्ष गर्छन्। तर त्यहाँ तिनीहरूलाई बचाउँने कोही पनि हुँदैन्।

30 And his voice will be loud over him in that day like the sounding of the sea: and if a man's eyes are turned to the earth, it is all dark and full of trouble; and the light is made dark by thick clouds.यसकारण, ‘सिंह’ समुद्रका छालहरू जस्तै गर्जनेछ। समातिएका मानिसहरू भूइँतिर हेर्ने गर्दछन तब त्यहाँ अन्धकार मात्र हुनेछ। सम्पूर्ण प्रकाश बाक्लो कालो बादल जस्तो हुनेछ।
