व्यवस्थाको पुस्तकमा लेखिएको करारको सराप अनुसार परमप्रभुले त्यस मानिसलाई दण्ड दिनुका लागि इस्राएलीहरूका सबै कुलहरूबाट अलग गर्नु हुनेछ।
