यसका पातहरू सुन्दर थिए। यसको फलहरू प्रशस्तै थिए र यो फलले सबैलाई खान पुग्थ्यो। जङ्गली पशुहरू त्यो रूखको छहारीमुनि बस्थे। यसका हाँगामा चराहरूले गुँड बनाउँथे, अनि सबै जीवित प्राणीहरूले त्यसबाट आहार पाउँथे।

The leaves	עָפְיֵ֤הּ	ʿŏpî	oh-FEE
thereof fair,	שַׁפִּיר֙	šappîr	sha-PEER
and the fruit	וְאִנְבֵּ֣הּ	ʾēb	ave
thereof much,	שַׂגִּ֔יא	śaggîʾ	sa-ɡEE
and in it meat	וּמָז֨וֹן	māzôn	ma-ZONE
for all:	לְכֹ֖לָּא	kōl	kole
	בֵ֑הּ
under	תְּחֹת֜וֹהִי	tĕḥôt	teh-HOTE
had shadow	תַּטְלֵ֣ל׀	ṭĕlal	teh-LAHL
the beasts	חֵיוַ֣ת	ḥêwāʾ	have-AH
of the field	בָּרָ֗א	bar	bahr
in the boughs	וּבְעַנְפ֙וֹהִי֙	ʿănap	uh-NAHF
dwelt	יְדרּוָן֙	dûr	door
it, and the fowls	צִפֲּרֵ֣י	ṣĕpar	tseh-FAHR
of the heaven	שְׁמַיָּ֔א	šāmayin	sha-ma-YEEN
of it.	וּמִנֵּ֖הּ	min	meen
was fed	יִתְּזִ֥ין	zûn	zoon
thereof, and all	כָּל	kōl	kole
flesh	בִּשְׂרָֽא׃	bĕšar	beh-SHAHR
