“‘जब त्यस प्रदेशको सर्वाधिक धनी क्षेत्रले आफूलाई शान्ति र सुरक्षित अनुभव गर्छ, त्यति नै बेला उसले धनहरू लुट्नेछ र आफू पछि लाग्नेहरूलाई लूटको धन दिनेछ। त्यसका पिता-पुर्खाहरूले गर्न नसकेको काम त्यसले गर्नेछ।
