1 Chronicles 18 - YLT (Nepali)

1 And it cometh to pass after this, that David smiteth the Philistines, and humbleth them, and taketh Gath and its small towns out of the hand of the Philistines;पछि दाऊदले पलिश्ती मानिसहरूलाई आक्रमण गरे। तिनले पलिश्तीहरूलाई परास्त गरे। तिनले गात शहर अनि त्यसका वरिपरिका सा-साना अरू शहरहरू पलिश्ती मानिसहरूबाट लिए।

2 and he smiteth Moab, and the Moabites are servants to David, bringing a present.त्यस पछि दाऊदले मोआब देशलाई परास्त गरे। मोआबीहरू दाऊदका सेवक बने। तिनीहरूले दाऊदलाई कर तिर्थे।

3 And David smiteth Hadarezer king of Zobah, at Hamath, in his going to establish his power by the river Phrat,दाऊदले हदर-एजेरको सेनाहरू विरूद्ध पनि युद्ध गरे। हदर-एजेर सोबाका राजा थिए। दाऊद ती सेनाहरूसित हमात शहरसम्म लडे। दाऊदले यसो गरे किनभने हदर-एजेरले आफ्नो राज्य यूफ्रेटिस नदी सम्म फैलाउने चेष्टा गरेका थिए।

4 and David captureth from him a thousand chariots, and seven thousand horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen, and David destroyeth utterly all the chariots, and leaveth of them a hundred chariots `only'.दाऊदले हदर-एजेरका 1,000 रथहरू, 7,000 सारथिहरू अनि 20,000 पैदल सैनकिहरू कब्जामा लिए। दाऊदले हदर-एजेरका बलिया घोडाहरू पनि अपाङ्ग बनाइदिए जुन चाँही रथ तान्नमा प्रयोगगरिएका थिए। तर दाऊदले 100 वटा रथहरू तान्ने प्रशस्त घोडाहरू आफ्नो निम्ति बचाइदिए।

5 And Aram of Damascus cometh in to give help to Hadarezer king of Zobah, and David smiteth in Aram twenty and two thousand men,अरामी मानिसहरू दमीशक शहरबाट हदर-एजेरलाई सहायता गर्न आए। हदर-एजेर सोबाका राजा थिए। तर दाऊदले तिनलाई परास्त गरे र 22,000 अरामी सैनिकहरूलाई मारिदिए।

6 and David putteth `garrisons' in Aram of Damascus, and the Aramaeans are to David for servants, bearing a present, and Jehovah giveth salvation to David whithersoever he hath gone.दाऊदले अराममीहरूको राज्य दमीशका शहरमा सेना लगेर बसाए। अरामी मानिसहरू दाऊदका सेवक भए अनि तिनीकहाँ कर ल्याउन थाले। यसरी परमप्रभुले दाऊदलाई जहाँ गए ता पनि विजय गराउनुभयो।

7 And David taketh the shields of gold that have been on the servants of Hadarezer, and bringeth them in to Jerusalem;दाऊदले हदर-एजेरका सेना प्रधानहरूबाट सुनका ढालहरू लिए अनि ती यरूशलेममा ल्याए।

8 and from Tibhath, and from Chun, cities of Hadarezer, hath David taken very much brass; with it hath Solomon made the brazen sea, and the pillars, and the vessels of brass.दाऊदले तेबह अनि कून-शहरहरूबाट धेरै मात्रामा काँसा पनि ल्याए। ती शहरहरू हदर-एजेरका थिए। पछि सुलेमानले त्यो काँसालाई काँसाको कुण्ड, काँसाका स्तम्भ र काँसाका विभिन्न भाँडाहरू मन्दिरको निमार्ण गर्नको निम्ति प्रयोगगरे।

9 And Tou king of Hamath heareth that David hath smitten the whole force of Hadarezer king of Zobah,तोऊ हमात शहरका राजा थिए। हदर-एजेर सोबाका राजा थिए। तोऊले हदर-एजेरका सबै सेनालाई दाऊदले परास्त पारे भन्ने कुरा सुने।

10 and he sendeth Hadoram his son unto king David, to ask of him of peace, and to bless him (because that he hath fought against Hadarezer, and smiteth him, for a man of wars with Tou had Hadarezer been,) and all kinds of vessels, of gold, and silver, and brass;यसकारण तोऊले उसको छोरा हदोरामलाई दाऊद कहाँ उसलाई उसको विजयमा अभिनन्दन गर्न अनि बधाई दिन पठाए। तिनले यसो गरे किन भने दाऊद हदर-एजेरका विरूद्ध लडेका थिए अनि तिनलाई परास्त गरेका थिए। हदर-एजेरका अघि तोऊ सँग युद्ध गरेका थिए। हदोरामले दाऊदलाई सुन, चाँदी अनि कांसा द्वारा निर्मित धेरै किसिमका चीज बीजहरू दिए।

11 also them hath king David sanctified to Jehovah with the silver and the gold that he hath taken from all the nations, from Edom, and from Moab, and from the sons of Ammon, and from the Philistines, and from Amalek.दाऊदले ती वस्तुहरूलाई पवित्र तुल्याए र परमप्रभुलाई चढाए। दाऊदले एदोम, मोआब, अम्मोनीहरू, पलिश्तीहरू अनि अमालेकीहरूबाट ल्‌याएका सबै चाँदी अनि सुन पनि त्यसै गरे।

12 And Abishai son of Zeruiah hath smitten Edom in the valley of salt -- eighteen thousand,अबीशै, सरूयाहका छोराले 18,000 एदोमी मानिसहरूलाई नूनको बेंसीमा मारे।

13 and he putteth in Edom garrisons, and all the Edomites are servants to David; and Jehovah saveth David whithersoever he hath gone.अबीशैले एदोममा किल्लाहरू बसाए अनि सबै एदोमीहरू दाऊदका सेवक बनाए। परमप्रभुले दाऊदलाई तिनी जहाँ सुकै गए पनि विजय दिलाउनु भयो।

14 And David reigneth over all Israel, and he is doing judgment and righteousness to all his people,दाऊद सम्पूर्ण इस्राएलका राजा थिए। तिनले त्यही गरे जो हरेकका निम्ति उचित अनि उत्तम थियो।

15 and Joab son of Zeruiah `is' over the host, and Jehoshaphat son of Ahilud `is' remembrancer,योआब सरूयाहका छोरा दाऊदका सेनाका सेनापति थिए। यहोशापात, अहीलूदको छोरा दाऊदले गरेका कार्यहरूको विषयमा लेखे।

16 and Zadok son of Ahitub, and Abimelech son of Abiathar, `are' priests, and Shavsha `is' scribe,सादोक अनि अबीमेलेक पूजाहारीहरू थिए। सादोक अहीतूबका छोरा थिए अनि अहीमेलेक एबियातारका छोरा थिए। शब्शा लेखपाल थिए।

17 and Benaiah son of Jehoiada `is' over the Cherethite and the Pelethite, and the elder sons of David `are' at the hand of the king.बनायाह करेती अनि पेलेथीहरूका अगुवाइ गर्ने जिम्मामा थिए। बनायाह यहोयादाका छोरा थिए। अनि दाऊदका छोराहरू मुख्य अधिकारीहरू थिए। तिनीहरू राजा दाऊद संग सेवागर्थे।अम्मोनीहरूले दाऊदका मानिसहरूलाई लज्जित तुल्याउँछन्
