യെഹൂദാരാജാവായ അഹസ്യാവു ഇതു കണ്ടിട്ടു ഉദ്യാനഗൃഹത്തിന്റെ വഴിയായി ഓടിപ്പോയി. യേഹൂ അവനെ പിന്തുടർന്നു: അവനെയും രഥത്തിൽ വെട്ടിക്കളവിൻ എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു. അവർ യിബ്ളെയാമിന്നു സമീപത്തുള്ള ഗൂർകയറ്റത്തിങ്കൽവെച്ചു അവനെ വെട്ടി; അവൻ മെഗിദ്ദോവിലേക്കു ഓടിച്ചെന്നു അവിടെവെച്ചു മരിച്ചുപോയി.

But when Ahaziah the king of Judah saw this, he fled by the way of the garden house. And Jehu followed after him, and said, Smite him also in the chariot. And they did so at the going up to Gur, which is by Ibleam. And he fled to Megiddo, and died there.

to Gur, גוּר֙ gûr ɡoor
which אֲשֶׁ֣ר ʾăšer uh-SHER

Ibleam. יִבְלְעָ֔ם yiblĕʿām yeev-leh-AM
And he fled וַיָּ֥נָס nûs noos
to Megiddo, מְגִדּ֖וֹ mĕgiddôn meh-ɡee-DONE
and died וַיָּ֥מָת mût moot
there. שָֽׁם׃ šām shahm
