Psalm 37 - DBY (Malayalam)

1 {[A Psalm] of David.} Fret not thyself because of evil-doers, and be not envious of them that work unrighteousness;ദുഷ്‌പ്രവൃത്തിക്കാരുടെ നിമിത്തം നീ മുഷിയരുതു; നീതികേടു ചെയ്യുന്നവരോടു അസൂയപ്പെടുകയുമരുതു.

2 for they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and fade as the green herb.അവർ പുല്ലുപോലെ വേഗത്തിൽ ഉണങ്ങി പച്ചച്ചെടിപോലെ വാടിപ്പോകുന്നു.

3 Confide in Jehovah, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on faithfulness;യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചു നന്മചെയ്ക; ദേശത്തു പാർത്തു വിശ്വസ്തത ആചരിക്ക. യഹോവയിൽ തന്നേ രസിച്ചുകൊൾക;

4 and delight thyself in Jehovah, and he will give thee the desires of thy heart.അവൻ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിലെ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളെ നിനക്കു തരും.

5 Commit thy way unto Jehovah, and rely upon him: he will bring [it] to pass;നിന്റെ വഴി യഹോവയെ ഭരമേല്പിക്ക; അവനിൽ തന്നേ ആശ്രയിക്ക; അവൻ അതു നിർവ്വഹിക്കും.

6 and he will bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.അവൻ നിന്റെ നീതിയെ പ്രഭാതംപോലെയും നിന്റെ ന്യായത്തെ മദ്ധ്യാഹ്നംപോലെയും പ്രകാശിപ്പിക്കും.

7 Rest in Jehovah, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him that prospereth in his way, because of the man that bringeth mischievous devices to pass.യഹോവയുടെ മുമ്പാകെ മിണ്ടാതെയിരുന്നു അവന്നായി പ്രത്യാശിക്ക; കാര്യസാധ്യം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നവനെയും ദുരുപായം പ്രയോഗിക്കുന്നവനെയും കുറിച്ചു നീ മുഷിയരുതു.

8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; fret not thyself: it [would be] only to do evil.കോപം കളഞ്ഞു ക്രോധം ഉപേക്ഷിക്ക; മുഷിഞ്ഞു പോകരുതു; അതു ദോഷത്തിന്നു ഹേതുവാകേയുള്ളു.

9 For evil-doers shall be cut off; but those that wait on Jehovah, they shall possess the land.ദുഷ്‌പ്രവൃത്തിക്കാർ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും; യഹോവയെ പ്രത്യാശിക്കുന്നവരോ ഭൂമിയെ കൈവശമാക്കും.

10 For yet a little while, and the wicked is not; and thou considerest his place, but he is not.കുറഞ്ഞോന്നു കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടു ദുഷ്ടൻ ഇല്ല; നീ അവന്റെ ഇടം സൂക്ഷിച്ചുനോക്കും; അവനെ കാണുകയില്ല.

11 But the meek shall possess the land, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of prosperity.എന്നാൽ സൌമ്യതയുള്ളവർ ഭൂമിയെ കൈവശമാക്കും; സമാധാനസമൃദ്ധിയിൽ അവർ ആനന്ദിക്കും.

12 The wicked plotteth against the righteous, and gnasheth his teeth against him.ദുഷ്ടൻ നീതിമാന്നു ദോഷം നിരൂപിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ നേരെ അവൻ പല്ലു കടിക്കുന്നു.

13 The Lord laugheth at him; for he seeth that his day is coming.കർത്താവു അവനെ നോക്കി ചിരിക്കും; അവന്റെ ദിവസം വരുന്നു എന്നു അവൻ കാണുന്നു.

14 The wicked have drawn out the sword, and have bent their bow, to cast down the afflicted and needy, to slay those that are upright in [the] way:എളിയവനെയും ദരിദ്രനെയും വീഴിപ്പാനും സന്മാർഗ്ഗികളെ കൊല്ലുവാനും ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ വാളൂരി വില്ലു കുലെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

15 their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken.അവരുടെ വാൾ അവരുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ തന്നേ കടക്കും; അവരുടെ വില്ലുകൾ ഒടിഞ്ഞുപോകും.

16 The little that the righteous hath is better than the abundance of many wicked;അനേകദുഷ്ടന്മാർക്കുള്ള സമൃദ്ധിയെക്കാൾ നീതിമാന്നുള്ള അല്പം ഏറ്റവും നല്ലതു.

17 for the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Jehovah upholdeth the righteous.ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ ഭുജങ്ങൾ ഒടിഞ്ഞുപോകും; എന്നാൽ നീതിമാന്മാരെ യഹോവ താങ്ങും.

18 Jehovah knoweth the days of the perfect; and their inheritance shall be for ever:യഹോവ നിഷ്കളങ്കന്മാരുടെ നാളുകളെ അറിയുന്നു; അവരുടെ അവകാശം ശാശ്വതമായിരിക്കും.

19 they shall not be ashamed in the time of evil, and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.ദുഷ്കാലത്തു അവർ ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകയില്ല; ക്ഷാമകാലത്തു അവർ തൃപ്തരായിരിക്കും,

20 For the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of Jehovah shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume, like smoke shall they consume away.എന്നാൽ ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ നശിച്ചുപോകും; യഹോവയുടെ ശത്രുക്കൾ പുല്പുറത്തിന്റെ ഭംഗിപോലേയുള്ളു; അവർ ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകും; പുകപോലെ ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകും.

21 The wicked borroweth, and payeth not again; but the righteous is gracious and giveth:ദുഷ്ടൻ വായ്പ വാങ്ങുന്നു തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ല; നീതിമാനോ കൃപാലുവായി ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

22 for those blessed of him shall possess the land, and they that are cursed of him shall be cut off.അവനാൽ അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെട്ടവർ ഭൂമിയെ കൈവശമാക്കും. അവനാൽ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവരോ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും.

23 The steps of a man are established by Jehovah, and he delighteth in his way:ഒരു മനുഷ്യന്റെ വഴിയിൽ പ്രസാദം തോന്നിയാൽ യഹോവ അവന്റെ ഗമനം സ്ഥിരമാക്കുന്നു.

24 though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for Jehovah upholdeth his hand.അവൻ വീണാലും നിലംപരിചാകയില്ല; യഹോവ അവനെ കൈ പിടിച്ചു താങ്ങുന്നു.

25 I have been young, and now am old, and I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed seeking bread:ഞാൻ ബാലനായിരുന്നു, വൃദ്ധനായിത്തീർന്നു; നീതിമാൻ തുണയില്ലാതിരിക്കുന്നതും അവന്റെ സന്തതി ആഹാരം ഇരക്കുന്നതും ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല.

26 all the day he is gracious and lendeth, and his seed shall be a blessing.അവൻ നിത്യം കൃപാലുവായി വായ്പ കൊടുക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ സന്തതി അനുഗ്രഹിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.

27 Depart from evil, and do good, and dwell for evermore;ദോഷം വിട്ടൊഴിഞ്ഞു ഗുണം ചെയ്ക; എന്നാൽ നീ സദാകാലം സുഖമായി വസിക്കും.

28 for Jehovah loveth judgment, and will not forsake his saints: They are preserved for ever; but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.യഹോവ ന്യായപ്രിയനാകുന്നു; തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതുമില്ല; അവർ എന്നേക്കും പരിപാലിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ സന്തതിയോ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും.

29 The righteous shall possess the land, and dwell therein for ever.നീതിമാന്മാർ ഭൂമിയെ അവകാശമാക്കി എന്നേക്കും അതിൽ വസിക്കും;

30 The mouth of the righteous proffereth wisdom, and his tongue speaketh judgment;നീതിമാന്റെ വായ് ജ്ഞാനം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ നാവു ന്യായം സംസാരിക്കുന്നു.

31 the law of his God is in his heart; his goings shall not slide.തന്റെ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണം അവന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ഉണ്ടു; അവന്റെ കാലടികൾ വഴുതുകയില്ല.

32 The wicked watcheth the righteous, and seeketh to slay him:ദുഷ്ടൻ നീതിമാന്നായി പതിയിരുന്നു, അവനെ കൊല്ലുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നു.

33 Jehovah will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged.യഹോവ അവനെ അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കയില്ല; ന്യായവിസ്താരത്തിൽ അവനെ കുറ്റംവിധിക്കയുമില്ല.

34 Wait for Jehovah, and keep his way, and he will exalt thee to possess the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see [it].യഹോവെക്കായി പ്രത്യാശിച്ചു അവന്റെ വഴി പ്രമാണിച്ചു നടക്ക; എന്നാൽ ഭൂമിയെ അവകാശമാക്കുവാൻ അവൻ നിന്നെ ഉയർത്തും; ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതു നീ കാണും.

35 I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading like a green tree in its native soil:ദുഷ്ടൻ പ്രബലനായിരിക്കുന്നതും; സ്വദേശികമായ പച്ചവൃക്ഷംപോലെ തഴെക്കുന്നതും ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ടു.

36 but he passed away, and behold, he was not; and I sought him, but he was not found.ഞാൻ പിന്നെ അതിലെ പോയപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഇല്ല; ഞാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ചു, അവനെ കണ്ടതുമില്ല.

37 Mark the perfect, and behold the upright, for the end of [that] man is peace;നിഷ്കളങ്കനെ കുറിക്കൊള്ളുക; നേരുള്ളവനെ നോക്കിക്കൊൾക; സമാധാനപുരുഷന്നു സന്തതി ഉണ്ടാകും.

38 but the transgressors shall be destroyed together; the future of the wicked shall be cut off.എന്നാൽ അതിക്രമക്കാർ ഒരുപോലെ മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകും; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ സന്താനം ഛേദിക്കപ്പെടും.

39 But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah: he is their strength in the time of trouble.നീതിമാന്മാരുടെ രക്ഷ യഹോവയിങ്കൽനിന്നു വരുന്നു; കഷ്ടകാലത്തു അവൻ അവരുടെ ദുർഗ്ഗം ആകുന്നു.

40 And Jehovah will help them and deliver them: he will deliver them from the wicked, and save them; for they trust in him.യഹോവ അവരെ സഹായിച്ചു വിടുവിക്കുന്നു; അവർ അവനിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കകൊണ്ടു അവൻ അവരെ ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നു വിടുവിച്ചു രക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
