Proverbs 31 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 Words of Lemuel a king, a declaration that his mother taught him:ലെമൂവേൽരാജാവിന്റെ വചനങ്ങൾ; അവന്റെ അമ്മ അവന്നു ഉപദേശിച്ചു കൊടുത്ത അരുളപ്പാടു.

2 `What, my son? and what, son of my womb? And what, son of my vows?മകനേ, എന്തു? ഞാൻ പ്രസവിച്ച മകനേ എന്തു? എന്റെ നേർച്ചകളുടെ മകനേ, എന്തു?

3 Give not to women thy strength, And thy ways to wiping away of kings.സ്ത്രീകൾക്കു നിന്റെ ബലത്തെയും രാജാക്കന്മാരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർക്കു നിന്റെ വഴികളെയും കൊടുക്കരുതു.

4 Not for kings, O Lemuel, Not for kings, to drink wine, And for princes a desire of strong drink.വീഞ്ഞു കുടിക്കുന്നതു രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊള്ളരുതു; ലെമൂവേലേ, രാജാക്കന്മാർക്കു അതു കൊള്ളരുതു; മദ്യസക്തി പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർക്കു കൊള്ളരുതു.

5 Lest he drink, and forget the decree, And change the judgment of any of the sons of affliction.അവർ കുടിച്ചിട്ടു നിയമം മറന്നുപോകുവാനും അരിഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ ന്യായം മറിച്ചുകളവാനും ഇടവരരുതു.

6 Give strong drink to the perishing, And wine to the bitter in soul,നശിക്കുമാറായിരിക്കുന്നവന്നു മദ്യവും മനോവ്യസനമുള്ളവന്നു വീഞ്ഞും കൊടുക്ക.

7 He drinketh, and forgetteth his poverty, And his misery he remembereth not again.അവൻ കുടിച്ചിട്ടു തന്റെ ദാരിദ്ര്യം മറക്കയും തന്റെ അരിഷ്ടത ഓർക്കാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ.

8 Open thy mouth for the dumb, For the right of all sons of change.ഊമന്നു വേണ്ടി നിന്റെ വായ് തുറക്ക; ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകുന്ന ഏവരുടെയും കാര്യത്തിൽ തന്നേ.

9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, Both the cause of the poor and needy!'നിന്റെ വായ് തുറന്നു നീതിയോടെ ന്യായം വിധിക്ക; എളിയവന്നും ദരിദ്രന്നും ന്യായപാലനം ചെയ്തുകൊടുക്ക.

10 A woman of worth who doth find? Yea, far above rubies `is' her price.സാമർത്ഥ്യമുള്ള ഭാര്യയെ ആർക്കു കിട്ടും? അവളുടെ വില മുത്തുകളിലും ഏറും.

11 The heart of her husband hath trusted in her, And spoil he lacketh not.ഭർത്താവിന്റെ ഹൃദയം അവളെ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു; അവന്റെ ലാഭത്തിന്നു ഒരു കുറവുമില്ല.

12 She hath done him good, and not evil, All days of her life.അവൾ തന്റെ ആയുഷ്കാലമൊക്കെയും അവന്നു തിന്മയല്ല നന്മ തന്നേ ചെയ്യുന്നു.

13 She hath sought wool and flax, And with delight she worketh `with' her hands.അവൾ ആട്ടുരോമവും ചണവും സമ്പാദിച്ചു താല്പര്യത്തോടെ കൈകൊണ്ടു വേലചെയ്യുന്നു.

14 She hath been as ships of the merchant, From afar she bringeth in her bread.അവൾ കച്ചവടക്കപ്പൽ പോലെയാകുന്നു; ദൂരത്തുനിന്നു ആഹാരം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നു.

15 Yea, she riseth while yet night, And giveth food to her household, And a portion to her damsels.അവൾ നന്നരാവിലെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു, വീട്ടിലുള്ളവർക്കു ആഹാരവും വേലക്കാരത്തികൾക്കു ഓഹരിയും കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

16 She hath considered a field, and taketh it, From the fruit of her hands she hath planted a vineyard.അവൾ ഒരു നിലത്തിന്മേൽ ദൃഷ്ടിവെച്ചു അതു മേടിക്കുന്നു; കൈനേട്ടംകൊണ്ടു അവൾ ഒരു മുന്തിരിത്തോട്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു.

17 She hath girded with might her loins, And doth strengthen her arms.അവൾ ബലംകൊണ്ടു അര മുറക്കുകയും ഭുജങ്ങളെ ശക്തീകരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

18 She hath perceived when her merchandise `is' good, Her lamp is not extinguished in the night.തന്റെ വ്യാപാരം ആദായമുള്ളതെന്നു അവൾ ഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു; അവളുടെ വിളക്കു രാത്രിയിൽ കെട്ടുപോകുന്നതുമില്ല.

19 Her hands she hath sent forth on a spindle, And her hands have held a distaff.അവൾ വിടുത്തലെക്കു കൈ നീട്ടുന്നു; അവളുടെ വിരൽ കതിർ പിടിക്കുന്നു.

20 Her hand she hath spread forth to the poor, Yea, her hands she sent forth to the needy.അവൾ തന്റെ കൈ എളിയവർക്കു തുറക്കുന്നു; ദരിദ്രന്മാരുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കു കൈ നീട്ടുന്നു.

21 She is not afraid of her household from snow, For all her household are clothed `with' scarlet.തന്റെ വീട്ടുകാരെച്ചൊല്ലി അവൾ ഹിമത്തെ പേടിക്കുന്നില്ല; അവളുടെ വീട്ടിലുള്ളവർക്കൊക്കെയും ചുവപ്പു കമ്പളി ഉണ്ടല്ലോ.

22 Ornamental coverings she hath made for herself, Silk and purple `are' her clothing.അവൾ തനിക്കു പരവതാനി ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു; ശണപടവും ധൂമ്രവസ്ത്രവും അവളുടെ ഉടുപ്പു.

23 Known in the gates is her husband, In his sitting with elders of the land.ദേശത്തിലെ മൂപ്പന്മാരോടുകൂടെ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അവളുടെ ഭർത്താവു പട്ടണവാതിൽക്കൽ പ്രസിദ്ധനാകുന്നു.

24 Linen garments she hath made, and selleth, And a girdle she hath given to the merchant.അവൾ ശണവസ്ത്രം ഉണ്ടാക്കി വില്ക്കുന്നു; അരക്കച്ച ഉണ്ടാക്കി കച്ചവടക്കാരനെ ഏല്പിക്കുന്നു.

25 Strength and honour `are' her clothing, And she rejoiceth at a latter day.ബലവും മഹിമയും അവളുടെ ഉടുപ്പു; ഭാവികാലം ഓർത്തു അവൾ പുഞ്ചിരിയിടുന്നു.

26 Her mouth she hath opened in wisdom, And the law of kindness `is' on her tongue.അവൾ ജ്ഞാനത്തോടെ വായ് തുറക്കുന്നു; ദയയുള്ള ഉപദേശം അവളുടെ നാവിന്മേൽ ഉണ്ടു.

27 She `is' watching the ways of her household, And bread of sloth she eateth not.വീട്ടുകാരുടെ പെരുമാറ്റം അവൾ സൂക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കുന്നു; വെറുതെ ഇരുന്നു അഹോവൃത്തി കഴിക്കുന്നില്ല.

28 Her sons have risen up, and pronounce her happy, Her husband, and he praiseth her,അവളുടെ മക്കൾ എഴുന്നേറ്റു അവളെ ഭാഗ്യവതി എന്നു പുകഴ്ത്തുന്നു; അവളുടെ ഭർത്താവും അവളെ പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നതു:

29 `Many `are' the daughters who have done worthily, Thou hast gone up above them all.'അനേകം തരുണികൾ സാമർത്ഥ്യം കാണിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടു; നീയോ അവരെല്ലാവരിലും ശ്രേഷ്ഠയായിരിക്കുന്നു.

30 The grace `is' false, and the beauty `is' vain, A woman fearing Jehovah, she may boast herself.ലാവണ്യം വ്യാജവും സൌന്ദര്യം വ്യർത്ഥവും ആകുന്നു; യഹോവാഭക്തിയുള്ള സ്ത്രീയോ പ്രശംസിക്കപ്പെടും.

31 Give ye to her of the fruit of her hands, And her works do praise her in the gates!അവളുടെ കൈകളുടെ ഫലം അവൾക്കു കൊടുപ്പിൻ; അവളുടെ സ്വന്തപ്രവൃത്തികൾ പട്ടണവാതിൽക്കൽ അവളെ പ്രശംസിക്കട്ടെ.
