וַיֹּ֣אמֶר Nehemiah, va-YOH-mer נְחֶמְיָ֣ה which neh-hem-YA ה֣וּא is hoo הַתִּרְשָׁ֡תָא the ha-teer-SHA-ta וְעֶזְרָ֣א Tirshatha, veh-ez-RA הַכֹּהֵ֣ן׀ and ha-koh-HANE הַסֹּפֵ֡ר Ezra ha-soh-FARE וְהַלְוִיִּם֩ the veh-hahl-vee-YEEM הַמְּבִינִ֨ים priest ha-meh-vee-NEEM אֶת the et הָעָ֜ם scribe, ha-AM לְכָל and leh-HAHL הָעָ֗ם the ha-AM הַיּ֤וֹם Levites HA-yome קָדֹֽשׁ that ka-DOHSH הוּא֙ taught hoo לַֽיהוָ֣ה lai-VA אֱלֹֽהֵיכֶ֔ם the ay-loh-hay-HEM אַל people, al תִּֽתְאַבְּל֖וּ said tee-teh-ah-beh-LOO וְאַל unto veh-AL תִּבְכּ֑וּ all teev-KOO כִּ֤י the kee בוֹכִים֙ people, voh-HEEM כָּל This kahl הָעָ֔ם day ha-AM כְּשָׁמְעָ֖ם is keh-shome-AM אֶת holy et דִּבְרֵ֥י unto deev-RAY הַתּוֹרָֽה׃ the ha-toh-RA
