യേഹേസ്കേൽ 33:10
അതുകൊണ്ടു മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തോടു പറയേണ്ടതു: ഞങ്ങളുടെ അതിക്രമങ്ങളും പാപങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങളുടെ മേൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; അവയാൽ ഞങ്ങൾ ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകുന്നു; ഞങ്ങൾ എങ്ങനെ ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കും എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നു.

| house the | בֵּ֣ית | bêt | bate |
| of Israel; | יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל | yiśrāʾēl | yees-ra-ALE |
| Thus | כֵּ֤ן | kēn | kane |
| ye speak, | אֲמַרְתֶּם֙ | ʾămartem | uh-mahr-TEM |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| If | כִּֽי | kî | kee |
| transgressions our | פְשָׁעֵ֥ינוּ | pĕšāʿênû | feh-sha-A-noo |
| and our sins | וְחַטֹּאתֵ֖ינוּ | wĕḥaṭṭōʾtênû | veh-ha-toh-TAY-noo |
| upon be | עָלֵ֑ינוּ | ʿālênû | ah-LAY-noo |
| us, and we | וּבָ֛ם | ûbām | oo-VAHM |
| away pine | אֲנַ֥חְנוּ | ʾănaḥnû | uh-NAHK-noo |
| in them, how | נְמַקִּ֖ים | nĕmaqqîm | neh-ma-KEEM |
| should we then live? | וְאֵ֥יךְ | wĕʾêk | veh-AKE |
| נִֽחְיֶֽה׃ | niḥĕye | NEE-heh-YEH |
