അവൻ ജനത്തിന്നു പടനായകന്മാരെ നിയമിച്ചു. അവരെ നഗരവാതിൽക്കലുള്ള വിശാലസ്ഥലത്തു തന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂട്ടി അവരോടു ഹൃദ്യമായി സംസാരിച്ചു:

וַיִּקְבְּצֵ֣םwayyiqbĕṣēmva-yeek-beh-TSAME

אֵלָ֗יוʾēlāyway-LAV
in

אֶלʾelel
the
street
רְחוֹב֙rĕḥôbreh-HOVE
of
the
gate
שַׁ֣עַרšaʿarSHA-ar
city,
the

הָעִ֔ירhāʿîrha-EER
and
spake
וַיְדַבֵּ֥רwaydabbērvai-da-BARE
comfortably
עַלʿalal

לְבָבָ֖םlĕbābāmleh-va-VAHM

לֵאמֹֽר׃lēʾmōrlay-MORE
