ഉടനെ ശൌൽ ദാവീദിനെ പിന്തുടരുന്നതു വിട്ടു ഫെലിസ്ത്യരുടെ നേരെ പോയി; ആകയാൽ ആ സ്ഥലത്തിന്നു സേലഹമ്മാഹ്ളെക്കോത്ത് എന്നു പേരായി.
