മുമ്പെതന്നേ എന്റെ ജനം ശത്രുവായി എഴുന്നേറ്റിരിക്കുന്നു; യുദ്ധവിമുഖന്മാരായി നിർഭയന്മാരായി കടന്നു പോകുന്നവരുടെ വസ്ത്രത്തിന്മേൽനിന്നു നിങ്ങൾ പുതെപ്പു വലിച്ചെടുക്കുന്നു.

my people	עַמִּי֙	ʿam	am
as an enemy:	לְאוֹיֵ֣ב	ʾōyēb	oh-YAVE
is risen up	יְקוֹמֵ֔ם	qûm	koom
with	מִמּ֣וּל	mûl	mool
the garment	שַׂלְמָ֔ה	śalmâ	sahl-MA
the robe	אֶ֖דֶר	ʾeder	eh-DER
ye pull off	תַּפְשִׁט֑וּן	pāšaṭ	pa-SHAHT
from them that pass by	מֵעֹבְרִ֣ים	ʿābar	ah-VAHR
securely	בֶּ֔טַח	beṭaḥ	beh-TAHK
as men averse	שׁוּבֵ֖י	šûb	shoov
from war.	מִלְחָמָֽה׃	milḥāmâ	meel-ha-MA
