Luke 5 - YLT (Malayalam)

1 And it came to pass, in the multitude pressing on him to hear the word of God, that he was standing beside the lake of Gennesaret,അവൻ ഗന്നേസരെത്ത് തടാകത്തിന്റെ കരയിൽ നില്ക്കുമ്പോൾ പുരുഷാരം ദൈവവചനം കേൾക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു അവനെ തിക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കയിൽ

2 and he saw two boats standing beside the lake, and the fishers, having gone away from them, were washing the nets,രണ്ടു പടകു കരെക്കു അടുത്തു നില്ക്കുന്നതു അവൻ കണ്ടു; അവയിൽ നിന്നു മീൻപിടിക്കാർ ഇറങ്ങി വല കഴുകുകയായിരുന്നു.

3 and having entered into one of the boats, that was Simon's, he asked him to put back a little from the land, and having sat down, was teaching the multitudes out of the boat.ആ പടകുകളിൽ ശിമോന്നുള്ളതായ ഒന്നിൽ അവൻ കയറി “കരയിൽ നിന്നു അല്പം നീക്കേണം” എന്നു അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു; അങ്ങനെ അവൻ പടകിൽ ഇരുന്നു പുരുഷാരത്തെ ഉപദേശിച്ചു.

4 And when he left off speaking, he said unto Simon, `Put back to the deep, and let down your nets for a draught;'സംസാരിച്ചു തീർന്നപ്പോൾ അവൻ ശിമോനോടു: “ആഴത്തിലേക്കു നീക്കി മീമ്പിടിത്തത്തിന്നു വല ഇറക്കുവിൻ ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

5 and Simon answering said to him, `Master, through the whole night, having laboured, we have taken nothing, but at thy saying I will let down the net.'അതിന്നു ശിമോൻ: നാഥാ, ഞങ്ങൾ രാത്രി മുഴുവനും അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിട്ടും ഒന്നും കിട്ടിയില്ല; എങ്കിലും നിന്റെ വാക്കിന്നു ഞാൻ വല ഇറക്കാം എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

6 And having done this, they enclosed a great multitude of fishes, and their net was breaking,അവർ അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ പെരുത്തു മീൻകൂട്ടം അകപ്പെട്ടു വല കീറാറായി.

7 and they beckoned to the partners, who `are' in the other boat, having come, to help them; and they came, and filled both the boats, so that they were sinking.അവർ മറ്റെ പടകിലുള്ള കൂട്ടാളികൾ വന്നു സഹായിപ്പാൻ അവരെ മാടിവിളിച്ചു. അവർ വന്നു പടകു രണ്ടും മുങ്ങുമാറാകുവോളും നിറെച്ചു.

8 And Simon Peter having seen, fell down at the knees of Jesus, saying, `Depart from me, because I am a sinful man, O lord;'ശിമോൻ പത്രൊസ് അതു കണ്ടിട്ടു യേശുവിന്റെ കാൽക്കൽ വീണു: കർത്താവേ, ഞാൻ പാപിയായ മനുഷ്യൻ ആകകൊണ്ടു എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകേണമേ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

9 for astonishment seized him, and all those with him, at the draught of the fishes that they took,അവർക്കു ഉണ്ടായ മീമ്പിടിത്തത്തിൽ അവന്നും അവനോടു കൂടെയുള്ളവർക്കു എല്ലാവർക്കും സംഭ്രമം പിടിച്ചിരുന്നു.

10 and in like manner also James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon; and Jesus said unto Simon, `Fear not, henceforth thou shalt be catching men;'ശിമോന്റെ കൂട്ടാളികളായ യാക്കോബ് യോഹന്നാൻ എന്ന സെബെദിമക്കൾക്കും അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ. യേശു ശിമോനോടു: “ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ ഇന്നു മുതൽ നീ മനുഷ്യരെ പിടിക്കുന്നവൻ ആകും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

11 and they, having brought the boats upon the land, having left all, did follow him.പിന്നെ അവർ പടകുകളെ കരെക്കു അടുപ്പിച്ചിട്ടു സകലവും വിട്ടു അവനെ അനുഗമിച്ചു.

12 And it came to pass, in his being in one of the cities, that lo, a man full of leprosy, and having seen Jesus, having fallen on `his' face, he besought him, saying, `Sir, if thou mayest will, thou art able to cleanse me;'അവൻ ഒരു പട്ടണത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ കുഷ്ഠം നിറഞ്ഞോരു മനുഷ്യൻ യേശുവിനെ കണ്ടു കവിണ്ണു വീണു: കർത്താവേ, നിനക്കു മനസ്സുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ എന്നെ ശുദ്ധമാക്കുവാൻ കഴിയും എന്നു അവനോടു അപേക്ഷിച്ചു.

13 and having stretched forth `his' hand, he touched him, having said, `I will; be thou cleansed;' and immediately the leprosy went away from him.യേശു കൈ നീട്ടി അവനെ തൊട്ടു: “എനിക്കു മനസ്സുണ്ടു; ശുദ്ധമാക” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഉടനെ കുഷ്ഠം അവനെ വിട്ടു മാറി.

14 And he charged him to tell no one, `But, having gone away, shew thyself to the priest, and bring near for thy cleansing according as Moses directed, for a testimony to them;'അവൻ അവനോടു: “ഇതു ആരോടും പറയരുതു; എന്നാൽ പോയി നിന്നെത്തന്നേ പുരോഹിതന്നു കാണിച്ചു, അവർക്കു സാക്ഷ്യത്തിന്നായി മോശെ കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ നിന്റെ ശുദ്ധീകരണത്തിന്നുള്ള വഴിപാടു അർപ്പിക്ക” എന്നു അവനോടു കല്പിച്ചു.

15 but the more was the report going abroad concerning him, and great multitudes were coming together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities,എന്നാൽ അവനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വർത്തമാനം അധികം പരന്നു. വളരെ പുരുഷാരം വചനം കേൾക്കേണ്ടതിന്നും തങ്ങളുടെ വ്യാധികൾക്കു സൌഖ്യം കിട്ടേണ്ടതിന്നും കൂടി വന്നു.

16 and he was withdrawing himself in the desert places and was praying.അവനോ നിർജ്ജനദേശത്തു വാങ്ങിപ്പോയി പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

17 And it came to pass, on one of the days, that he was teaching, and there were sitting by Pharisees and teachers of the Law, who were come out of every village of Galilee, and Judea, and Jerusalem, and the power of the Lord was -- to heal them.അവൻ ഒരു ദിവസം ഉപദേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഗലീലയിലും യെഹൂദ്യയിലുമുള്ള സകലഗ്രാമത്തിൽനിന്നും യെരൂശലേമിൽനിന്നും വന്ന പരീശന്മാരും ന്യായശാസ്ത്രിമാരും അവിടെ ഇരുന്നിരുന്നു. സൌഖ്യമാക്കുവാൻ കർത്താവിന്റെ ശക്തി അവനോടുകൂടെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.

18 And lo, men bearing upon a couch a man, who hath been struck with palsy, and they were seeking to bring him in, and to place before him,അപ്പോൾ ചില ആളുകൾ പക്ഷവാതം പിടിച്ച ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെ കിടക്കയിൽ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടുവന്നു; അവനെ അകത്തുകൊണ്ടു ചെന്നു അവന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ വെപ്പാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു.

19 and not having found by what way they may bring him in because of the multitude, having gone up on the house-top, through the tiles they let him down, with the little couch, into the midst before Jesus,പുരുഷാരം ഹേതുവായി അവനെ അകത്തു കൊണ്ടുചെല്ലുവാൻ വഴി കാണാഞ്ഞിട്ടു പുരമേൽ കയറി ഓടു നീക്കി അവനെ കിടക്കയോടെ നടുവിൽ യേശുവിന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഇറക്കിവെച്ചു.

20 and he having seen their faith, said to him, `Man, thy sins have been forgiven thee.'അവരുടെ വിശ്വാസം കണ്ടിട്ടു. അവൻ: “മനുഷ്യാ, നിന്റെ പാപങ്ങൾ മോചിച്ചുതന്നിരിക്കുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, `Who is this that doth speak evil words? who is able to forgive sins, except God only?'ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും പരീശന്മാരും: ദൈവദൂഷണം പറയുന്ന ഇവൻ ആർ? ദൈവം ഒരുവൻ അല്ലാതെ പാപങ്ങളെ മോചിപ്പാൻ കഴിയുന്നവൻ ആർ എന്നു ചിന്തിച്ചുതുടങ്ങി.

22 And Jesus having known their reasonings, answering, said unto them, `What reason ye in your hearts?യേശു അവരുടെ ചിന്തകളെ അറിഞ്ഞു അവരോടു: “നിങ്ങൾ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു?

23 which is easier -- to say, Thy sins have been forgiven thee? or to say, Arise, and walk?നിന്റെ പാപങ്ങൾ മോചിച്ചുതന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നതോ എഴുന്നേറ്റു നടക്ക എന്നു പറയുന്നതോ ഏതാകുന്നു എളുപ്പം” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു.

24 `And that ye may know that the Son of Man hath authority upon the earth to forgive sins -- (he said to the one struck with palsy) -- I say to thee, Arise, and having taken up thy little couch, be going on to thy house.'എങ്കിലും ഭൂമിയിൽ പാപങ്ങളെ മോചിപ്പാൻ മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്നു അധികാരം ഉണ്ടു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയേണ്ടതിന്നു - അവൻ പക്ഷവാതക്കാരനോടു: “എഴുന്നേറ്റു കിടക്ക എടുത്തു വീട്ടിലേക്കു പോക എന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു പറയുന്നു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

25 And presently having risen before them, having taken up `that' on which he was lying, he went away to his house, glorifying God,ഉടനെ അവർ കാൺകെ അവൻ എഴുന്നേറ്റു, താൻ കിടന്ന കിടക്ക എടുത്തു ദൈവത്തെ മഹത്വീകരിച്ചുംകൊണ്ടു വീട്ടിലേക്കു പോയി.

26 and astonishment took all, and they were glorifying God, and were filled with fear, saying -- `We saw strange things to-day.'എല്ലാവരും വിസ്മയംപൂണ്ടു ദൈവത്തെ മഹത്വപ്പെടുത്തി ഭയം നിറഞ്ഞവരായി: ഇന്നു നാം അപൂർവ്വ കാര്യങ്ങളെ കണ്ടു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

27 And after these things he went forth, and beheld a tax-gatherer, by name Levi, sitting at the tax-office, and said to him, `Be following me;'അതിന്റെ ശേഷം അവൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടു, ലേവി എന്നു പേരുള്ളോരു ചുങ്കകാരൻ ചുങ്കസ്ഥലത്തു ഇരിക്കുന്നതു കണ്ടു; “എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്ക” എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

28 and he, having left all, having arisen, did follow him.അവൻ സകലവും വിട്ടു എഴുന്നേറ്റു അവനെ അനുഗമിച്ചു.

29 And Levi made a great entertainment to him in his house, and there was a great multitude of tax-gatherers and others who were with them reclining (at meat),ലേവി തന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ അവന്നു ഒരു വലിയ വിരുന്നു ഒരുക്കി; ചുങ്കക്കാരും മറ്റും വലിയോരു പുരുഷാരം അവരോടുകൂടെ പന്തിയിൽ ഇരുന്നു.

30 and the scribes and the Pharisees among them were murmuring at his disciples, saying, `Wherefore with tax-gatherers and sinners do ye eat and drink?'പരീശന്മാരും അവരുടെ ശാസ്ത്രിമാരും അവന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരോടു: നിങ്ങൾ ചുങ്കക്കാരോടും പാപികളോടും കൂടെ തിന്നുകുടിക്കുന്നതു എന്തു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു പിറുപിറുത്തു.

31 And Jesus answering said unto them, `They who are well have no need of a physician, but they that are ill:യേശു അവരോടു: “ദീനക്കാർക്കല്ലാതെ സൌഖ്യമുള്ളവർക്കു വൈദ്യനെക്കൊണ്ടു ആവശ്യമില്ല;

32 I came not to call righteous men, but sinners, to reformation.'ഞാൻ നീതിമാന്മാരെ അല്ല പാപികളെ അത്രേ മാനസാന്തരത്തിന്നു വിളിപ്പാൻ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നതു” എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.

33 And they said unto him, `Wherefore do the disciples of John fast often, and make supplications -- in like manner also those of the Pharisees -- but thine do eat and drink?'അവർ അവനോടു: യോഹന്നാന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാർ കൂടക്കൂടെ ഉപവസിച്ചു പ്രാർത്ഥനകഴിച്ചുവരുന്നു; പരീശന്മാരുടെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരും അങ്ങനെ തന്നേ ചെയ്യുന്നു; നിന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരോ തിന്നുകയും കുടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

34 And he said unto them, `Are ye able to make the sons of the bride-chamber -- in the bridegroom being with them -- to fast?യേശു അവരോടു: “മണവാളൻ തോഴ്മക്കാരോടുകൂടെ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ അവരെ ഉപവാസം ചെയ്യിപ്പാൻ കഴിയുമോ?

35 but days will come, and, when the bridegroom may be taken away from them, then they shall fast in those days.'മണവാളൻ അവരെ വിട്ടുപിരിയേണ്ടുന്ന കാലം വരും; അന്നു, ആ കാലത്തു, അവർ ഉപവസിക്കും” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

36 And he spake also a simile unto them -- `No one a patch of new clothing doth put on old clothing, and if otherwise, the new also doth make a rent, and with the old the patch doth not agree, that `is' from the new.ഒരു ഉപമയും അവരോടു പറഞ്ഞു: “ആരും കോടിത്തുണിക്കണ്ടം കീറിയെടുത്തു പഴയവസ്ത്രത്തോടു ചേർത്തു തുന്നുമാറില്ല. തുന്നിയാലോ പുതിയതു കീറുകയും പുതിയകണ്ടം പഴയതിനോടു ചേരാതിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യും.

37 `And no one doth put new wine into old skins, and if otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins, and itself will be poured out, and the skins will be destroyed;ആരും പുതുവീഞ്ഞു പഴയതുരുത്തിയിൽ പകരുമാറില്ല, പകർന്നാൽ പുതുവീഞ്ഞു തുരുത്തിയെ പൊളിച്ചു ഒഴുകിപ്പോകും; തുരുത്തിയും നശിച്ചുപോകും;

38 but new wine into new skins is to be put, and both are preserved together;പുതുവീഞ്ഞു പുതിയതുരുത്തിയിൽ അത്രേ പകർന്നുവെക്കേണ്ടതു.

39 and no one having drunk old `wine', doth immediately wish new, for he saith, The old is better.'പിന്നെ പഴയതു കുടിച്ചിട്ടു ആരും പുതിയതു ഉടനെ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നില്ല; പഴയതു ഏറെ നല്ലതു എന്നു പറയും.”
