Lamentations 3 - DBY (Malayalam)

1 I am the man that hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.ഞാൻ അവന്റെ കോപത്തിന്റെ വടികൊണ്ടു കഷ്ടം കണ്ട പുരുഷനാകുന്നു.

2 Me hath he led, and brought into darkness, and not into light.അവൻ എന്നെ വെളിച്ചത്തിലല്ല, ഇരുട്ടിലത്രേ നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടു പോന്നിരിക്കുന്നതു.

3 Surely against me hath he turned again and again his hand all the day.അതേ, അവൻ ഇടവിടാതെ പിന്നെയും പിന്നെയും തന്റെ കൈ എന്റെ നേരെ തിരിക്കുന്നു.

4 My flesh and my skin hath he wasted away, he hath broken my bones.എന്റെ മാംസത്തെയും ത്വക്കിനെയും അവൻ ജീർണ്ണമാക്കി, എന്റെ അസ്ഥികളെ തകർത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

5 He hath built against me, and encompassed [me] with gall and toil.അവൻ എന്റെ നേരെ പിണിതു, നഞ്ചും പ്രയാസവും എന്നെ ചുറ്റുമാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

6 He hath made me to dwell in dark places as those that have been long dead.ശാശ്വതമൃതന്മാരെപ്പോലെ അവൻ എന്നെ ഇരുട്ടിൽ പാർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

7 He hath hedged me about that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy.പുറത്തു പോകുവാൻ കഴിയാതവണ്ണം അവൻ എന്നെ വേലികെട്ടിയടച്ചു എന്റെ ചങ്ങലയെ ഭാരമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

8 Even when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer.ഞാൻ ക്കുകി നിലവിളിച്ചാലും അവൻ എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന തടുത്തുകളയുന്നു.

9 He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, he hath made my paths crooked.വെട്ടുകല്ലുകൊണ്ടു അവൻ എന്റെ വഴി അടെച്ചു, എന്റെ പാതകളെ വികടമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

10 He is unto me [as] a bear lying in wait, a lion in secret places.അവൻ എനിക്കു പതിയിരിക്കുന്ന കരടിയെപ്പോലെയും മറഞ്ഞുനില്ക്കുന്ന സിംഹത്തെപ്പോലെയും ആകുന്നു.

11 He hath turned aside my ways, and pulled me in pieces; he hath made me desolate.അവൻ എന്റെ വഴികളെ തെറ്റിച്ചു എന്നെ കടിച്ചുകീറി ശൂന്യമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

12 He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.അവൻ വില്ലു കുലെച്ചു എന്നെ അമ്പിന്നു ലാക്കാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

13 He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins.അവൻ തന്റെ പൂണിയിലെ അമ്പുകളെ എന്റെ അന്തരംഗങ്ങളിൽ തറെപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

14 I am become a derision to all my people; their song all the day.ഞാൻ എന്റെ സർവ്വജനത്തിന്നും പരിഹാസവും ഇടവിടാതെ അവരുടെ പാട്ടും ആയിത്തീർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

15 He hath sated me with bitterness, he hath made me drunk with wormwood.അവൻ എന്നെ കൈപ്പുകൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചു, കാഞ്ഞിരംകൊണ്ടു മത്തുപിടിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു;

16 He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes.അവൻ കല്ലുകൊണ്ടു എന്റെ പല്ലു തകർത്തു, എന്നെ വെണ്ണീരിൽ ഇട്ടുരുട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

17 And thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: I have forgotten prosperity.നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ സമാധാനത്തിൽനിന്നു നീക്കി; ഞാൻ സുഖം മറന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

18 And I said, My strength is perished, and my hope in Jehovah.എന്റെ മഹത്വവും യഹോവയിങ്കലുള്ള എന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയും പൊയ്പോയല്ലോ എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

19 Remember thou mine affliction and my wandering, the wormwood and the gall.നീ എന്റെ കഷ്ടതയും അരിഷ്ടതയും കാഞ്ഞിരവും കൈപ്പും ഓർക്കേണമേ.

20 My soul hath [them] constantly in remembrance, and is humbled in me.എന്റെ പ്രാണൻ എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ എപ്പോഴും അവയെ ഓർത്തു ഉരുകിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

21 -- This I recall to heart, therefore have I hope.ഇതു ഞാൻ ഓർക്കും; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ പ്രത്യാശിക്കും.

22 It is of Jehovah's loving-kindness we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not;നാം മുടിഞ്ഞുപോകാതിരിക്കുന്നതു യഹോവയുടെ ദയ ആകുന്നു; അവന്റെ കരുണ തീർന്നു പോയിട്ടില്ലല്ലോ;

23 they are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.അതു രാവിലെതോറും പുതിയതും നിന്റെ വിശ്വസ്ഥത വലിയതും ആകുന്നു.

24 Jehovah is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.യഹോവ എന്റെ ഓഹരി എന്നു എന്റെ ഉള്ളം പറയുന്നു; അതുകൊണ്ടു ഞാൻ അവനിൽ പ്രത്യാശവെക്കുന്നു.

25 Jehovah is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul [that] seeketh him.തന്നെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നവർക്കും തന്നെ അന്വേഷിക്കുന്നവന്നും യഹോവ നല്ലവൻ.

26 It is good that one should both wait, and that in silence, for the salvation of Jehovah.യഹോവയുടെ രക്ഷെക്കായി മിണ്ടാതെ കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നതു നല്ലതു.

27 It is good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth:ബാല്യത്തിൽ നുകം ചുമക്കുന്നതു ഒരു പുരുഷന്നു നല്ലതു.

28 He sitteth solitary and keepeth silence, because he hath laid it upon him;അവൻ അതു അവന്റെ മേൽ വെച്ചിരിക്ക കൊണ്ടു അവൻ തനിച്ചു മൌനം ആയിരിക്കട്ടെ.

29 he putteth his mouth in the dust, if so be there may be hope;അവൻ തന്റെ മുഖത്തെ പൊടിയോളം താഴ്ത്തട്ടെ; പക്ഷെ പ്രത്യാശ ശേഷിക്കും.

30 he giveth his cheek to him that smiteth him; he is filled full with reproach.തന്നെ അടിക്കുന്നവന്നു അവൻ കവിൾ കാണിക്കട്ടെ; അവൻ വേണ്ടുവോളം നിന്ദ അനുഭവിക്കട്ടെ.

31 For the Lord will not cast off for ever;കർത്താവു എന്നേക്കും തള്ളിക്കളകയില്ലല്ലോ.

32 but if he have caused grief, he will have compassion according to the multitude of his loving-kindnesses:അവൻ ദുഃഖിപ്പിച്ചാലും തന്റെ മഹാദയെക്കു ഒത്തവണ്ണം അവന്നു കരുണതോന്നും.

33 for he doth not willingly afflict or grieve the children of men.മനസ്സോടെയല്ലല്ലോ അവൻ മനുഷ്യപുത്രന്മാരെ ദുഃഖിപ്പിച്ചു വ്യസനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതു.

34 To crush under foot all the prisoners of the earth,ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലബദ്ധന്മാരെയും കാല്കീഴിട്ടു മെതിക്കുന്നതും.

35 to turn aside the right of a man before the face of the Most High,അത്യുന്നതന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ മനുഷ്യന്റെ ന്യായം മറിച്ചുകളയുന്നതും.

36 to wrong a man in his cause, -- will not the Lord see it?മനുഷ്യനെ വ്യവഹാരത്തിൽ തെറ്റിച്ചുകളയുന്നതും കർത്താവു കാണുകയില്ലയോ?

37 Who is he that saith, and there cometh to pass, what the Lord hath not commanded?കർത്താവു കല്പിക്കാതെ ആർ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടാകുന്നു വല്ലതും സംഭവിക്കുന്നതു?

38 Out of the mouth of the Most High doth not there proceed evil and good?അത്യുന്നതന്റെ വായിൽനിന്നു നന്മയും തിന്മയും പുറപ്പെടുന്നില്ലയോ?

39 Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins?മനുഷ്യൻ ജീവനുള്ളന്നു നെടുവീർപ്പിടുന്നതെന്തു? ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ പാപങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചു നെടുവീർപ്പിടട്ടെ.

40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to Jehovah.നാം നമ്മുടെ നടുപ്പു ആരാഞ്ഞു ശോധനചെയ്തു യഹോവയുടെ അടുക്കലേക്കു തിരിയുക.

41 Let us lift up our heart with [our] hands unto ùGod in the heavens.നാം കൈകളെയും ഹൃദയത്തെയും സ്വർഗ്ഗസ്ഥനായ ദൈവത്തിങ്കലേക്കു ഉയർത്തുക.

42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned.ഞങ്ങൾ അതിക്രമം ചെയ്തു മത്സരിച്ചു; നീ ക്ഷമിച്ചതുമില്ല.

43 Thou hast covered thyself with anger, and pursued us; thou hast slain, thou hast not spared.നീ കോപം പുതെച്ചു ഞങ്ങളെ പിന്തുടർന്നു, കരുണകൂടാതെ കൊന്നുകളഞ്ഞു.

44 Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that prayer should not pass through.ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കടക്കാതവണ്ണം നീ മേഘംകൊണ്ടു നിന്നെത്തന്നേ മറെച്ചു.

45 Thou hast made us the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the peoples.നീ ഞങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചവറും എച്ചിലും ആക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

46 All our enemies have opened their mouth against us.ഞങ്ങളുടെ ശത്രുക്കളൊക്കെയും ഞങ്ങളുടെ നേരെ വായ്പിളർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

47 Fear and the pit are come upon us, devastation and ruin.പേടിയും കണിയും ശൂന്യവും നാശവും ഞങ്ങൾക്കു ഭവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

48 Mine eye runneth down with streams of water for the ruin of the daughter of my people.എന്റെ ജനത്തിൻ പുത്രിയുടെ നാശംനിമിത്തം നീർത്തോടുകൾ എന്റെ കണ്ണിൽനിന്നൊഴുകുന്നു.

49 Mine eye poureth down, and ceaseth not, without any intermission,യഹോവ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്നു നോക്കി കടാക്ഷിക്കുവോളം

50 till Jehovah look down and behold from the heavens.എന്റെ കണ്ണു ഇടവിടാതെ പൊഴിക്കുന്നു; ഇളെക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.

51 Mine eye affecteth my soul, because of all the daughters of my city.എന്റെ നഗരത്തിലെ സകലസ്ത്രീജനത്തെയും കുറിച്ചു എന്റെ കണ്ണു എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ വ്യസനിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

52 They that are mine enemies without cause have chased me sore like a bird.കാരണംകൂടാതെ എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളായവർ എന്നെ ഒരു പക്ഷിയെപ്പോലെ വേട്ടയാടിയിരിക്കുന്നു;

53 They have cut off my life in a pit, and cast a stone upon me.അവർ എന്റെ ജീവനെ കുണ്ടറയിൽ ഇട്ടു നശിപ്പിച്ചു, എന്റെ മേൽ കല്ലു എറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു.

54 Waters streamed over my head; I said, I am cut off.വെള്ളം എന്റെ തലെക്കുമീതെ കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകി; ഞാൻ നശിച്ചുപോയി എന്നു ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

55 I called upon thy name, Jehovah, out of the lowest pit.യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ ആഴമുള്ള കുണ്ടറയിൽനിന്നു നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

56 Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my sighing, at my cry.എന്റെ നെടുവീർപ്പിന്നും എന്റെ നിലവിളിക്കും ചെവി പൊത്തിക്കളയരുതേ എന്നുള്ള എന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന നീ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

57 Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee; thou saidst, Fear not.ഞാൻ നിന്നെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ച നാളിൽ നീ അടുത്തുവന്നു: ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

58 Lord, thou hast pleaded the cause of my soul, thou hast redeemed my life.കർത്താവേ, നീ എന്റെ വ്യവഹാരം നടത്തി, എന്റെ ജീവനെ വീണ്ടെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

59 Jehovah, thou hast seen my wrong: judge thou my cause.യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ അനുഭവിച്ച അന്യായം നീ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ വ്യവഹാരം തീർത്തുതരേണമേ.

60 Thou hast seen all their vengeance, all their imaginations against me.അവർ ചെയ്ത സകലപ്രതികാരവും എനിക്കു വിരോധമായുള്ള അവരുടെ സകലനിരൂപണങ്ങളും നീ കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

61 Thou hast heard their reproach, O Jehovah, all their imaginations against me;യഹോവേ, അവരുടെ നിന്ദയും എനിക്കു വിരോധമായുള്ള അവരുടെ സകലനിരൂപണങ്ങളും

62 the lips of those that rise up against me and their meditation against me all the day.എന്റെ എതിരികളുടെ വാക്കുകളും ഇടവിടാതെ എനിക്കു വിരോധമായുള്ള നിനവും നീ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

63 Behold thou their sitting down and their rising up: I am their song.അവരുടെ ഇരിപ്പും എഴുന്നേല്പും നോക്കേണമേ; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ പാട്ടായിരിക്കുന്നു.

64 Render unto them a recompence, O Jehovah, according to the work of their hands;യഹോവേ, അവരുടെ പ്രവൃത്തിക്കു തക്കവണ്ണം അവർക്കു പകരം ചെയ്യേണമേ;

65 give them obduracy of heart, thy curse unto them;നീ അവർക്കു ഹൃദയകാഠിന്യം വരുത്തും; നിന്റെ ശാപം അവർക്കു വരട്ടെ.

66 pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of Jehovah.നീ അവരെ കോപത്തോടെ പിന്തുടർന്നു, യഹോവയുടെ ആകാശത്തിൻ കീഴിൽനിന്നു നശിപ്പിച്ചുകളയും.
