Job 22 - DBY (Malayalam)

1 And Eliphaz the Temanite answered and said,അതിന്നു തേമാന്യനായ എലീഫസ് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

2 Can a man be profitable to ùGod? surely it is unto himself that the wise man is profitable.മനുഷ്യൻ ദൈവത്തിന്നു ഉപകാരമായിവരുമോ? ജ്ഞാനിയായവൻ തനിക്കു തന്നേ ഉപകരിക്കേയുള്ളു.

3 Is it any pleasure to the Almighty if thou art righteous? And is it gain [to him] that thou makest thy ways perfect?നീ നീതിമാനായാൽ സർവ്വശക്തന്നു പ്രയോജനമുണ്ടോ? നീ നിഷ്കളങ്കനായി നടക്കുന്നതിനാൽ അവന്നു ലാഭമുണ്ടോ?

4 Will he reason with thee for fear of thee? Will he enter with thee into judgment?നിന്റെ ഭക്തിനിമിത്തമോ അവൻ നിന്നെ ശാസിക്കയും നിന്നെ ന്യായവിസ്താരത്തിൽ വരുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതു?

5 Is not thy wickedness great? and thine iniquities without end?നിന്റെ ദുഷ്ടത വലിയതല്ലയോ? നിന്റെ അകൃത്യങ്ങൾക്കു അന്തവുമില്ല.

6 For thou hast taken a pledge of thy brother for nought, and stripped off the clothing of the naked.നിന്റെ സഹോദരനോടു നീ വെറുതെ പണയം വാങ്ങി, നഗ്നന്മാരുടെ വസ്ത്രം ഉരിഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

7 Thou hast not given water to the fainting to drink, and thou hast withholden bread from the hungry.ക്ഷീണിച്ചവന്നു നീ വെള്ളം കൊടുത്തില്ല; വിശന്നവന്നു നീ ആഹാരം മുടക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു.

8 But the powerful man, he had the land; and the man of high rank dwelt in it.കയ്യൂറ്റക്കാരന്നോ ദേശം കൈവശമായി, മാന്യനായവൻ അതിൽ പാർത്തു.

9 Widows hast thou sent empty away, and the arms of the fatherless have been broken.വിധവമാരെ നീ വെറുങ്കയ്യായി അയച്ചു; അനാഥന്മാരുടെ ഭുജങ്ങളെ നീ ഒടിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

10 Therefore snares are round about thee, and sudden fear troubleth thee;അതുകൊണ്ടു നിന്റെ ചുറ്റും കണികൾ ഇരിക്കുന്നു. പെട്ടെന്നു ഭയം നിന്നെ ഭ്രമിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

11 Or darkness, that thou canst not see, and floods of waters cover thee.അല്ല, നീ അന്ധകാരത്തെയും നിന്നെ മൂടുന്ന പെരുവെള്ളത്തെയും കണുന്നില്ലയോ?

12 Is not +God in the height of the heavens? And behold the summit of the stars: how exalted are they!ദൈവം സ്വര്ഗ്ഗോന്നതത്തിൽ ഇല്ലയോ? നക്ഷത്രങ്ങൾ എത്ര ഉയർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നോക്കുക.

13 And thou sayest, What doth ùGod know? will he judge through the dark cloud?എന്നാൽ നീ: ദൈവം എന്തറിയുന്നു? കൂരിരുട്ടിൽ അവൻ ന്യായം വിധിക്കുമോ?

14 Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh on the vault of the heavens.കാണാതവണ്ണം മേഘങ്ങൾ അവന്നു മറ ആയിരിക്കുന്നു; ആകാശമണ്ഡലത്തിൽ അവൻ ഉലാവുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

15 Dost thou mark the ancient path which wicked men have trodden?ദുഷ്ടമനുഷ്യർ നടന്നിരിക്കുന്ന പുരാതനമാർഗ്ഗം നീ പ്രമാണിക്കുമോ?

16 Who were carried off before the time, whose foundation was overflowed with a flood;കാലം തികയും മുമ്പെ അവർ പിടിപെട്ടുപോയി; അവരുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനം നദിപോലെ ഒഴുകിപ്പോയി.

17 Who said unto ùGod, Depart from us! and what could the Almighty do to them?അവർ ദൈവത്തോടു: ഞങ്ങളെ വിട്ടുപോക; സർവ്വശക്തൻ ഞങ്ങളോടു എന്തു ചെയ്യും എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

18 Yet he filled their houses with good. But the counsel of the wicked is far from me.അവനോ അവരുടെ വീടുകളെ നന്മകൊണ്ടു നിറെച്ചു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാരുടെ ആലോചന എന്നോടു അകന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

19 The righteous see it, and are glad; and the innocent laugh them to scorn:നീതിമാന്മാർ കണ്ടു സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; കുറ്റമില്ലാത്തവൻ അവരെ പരിഹസിച്ചു:

20 Is not he who rose against us destroyed, and doth not the fire consume his residue?ഞങ്ങളുടെ എതിരാളികൾ മുടിഞ്ഞുപോയി; അവരുടെ ശേഷിപ്പു തീക്കിരയായി എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

21 Reconcile thyself now with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.നീ അവനോടിണങ്ങി സമാധാനമായിരിക്ക; അതിനാൽ നിനക്കു നന്മ വരും.

22 Receive, I pray thee, instruction from his mouth, and lay up his words in thy heart.അവന്റെ വായിൽനിന്നു ഉപദേശം കൈക്കൊൾക; അവന്റെ വചനങ്ങളെ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ സംഗ്രഹിക്ക.

23 If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up. If thou remove unrighteousness far from thy tents,സർവ്വശക്തങ്കലേക്കു തിരിഞ്ഞാൽ നീ അഭിവൃദ്ധിപ്രാപിക്കും; നീതികേടു നിന്റെ കൂടാരങ്ങളിൽനിന്നു അകറ്റിക്കളയും.

24 And put the precious ore with the dust, and [the gold of] Ophir among the stones of the torrents,നിന്റെ പൊന്നു പൊടിയിലും ഓഫീർതങ്കം തോട്ടിലെ കല്ലിൻ ഇടയിലും ഇട്ടുകളക.

25 Then the Almighty will be thy precious ore, and silver heaped up unto thee;അപ്പോൾ സർവ്വശക്തൻ നിന്റെ പൊന്നും നിനക്കു വെള്ളിവാളവും ആയിരിക്കും.

26 Yea, then shalt thou delight thyself in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto +God:അന്നു നീ സർവ്വശക്തനിൽ പ്രമോദിക്കും; ദൈവത്തിങ്കലേക്കു നിന്റെ മുഖം ഉയർത്തും.

27 Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he will hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows;നീ അവനോടു പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കും; അവൻ നിന്റെ പ്രാർത്ഥന കേൾക്കും; നീ നിന്റെ നേർച്ചകളെ കഴിക്കും.

28 And thou shalt decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee; and light shall shine upon thy ways.നീ ഒരു കാര്യം നിരൂപിക്കും; അതു നിനക്കു സാധിക്കും; നിന്റെ വഴികളിൽ വെളിച്ചം പ്രകാശിക്കും.

29 When they are made low, then thou shalt say, Rise up! and he shall save him that is of downcast eyes.നിന്നെ താഴ്ത്തുമ്പോൾ ഉയർച്ച എന്നു നീ പറയും; താഴ്മയുള്ളവനെ അവൻ രക്ഷിക്കും.

30 [Even] him that is not innocent shall he deliver; yea, he shall be delivered by the pureness of thy hands.നിർദ്ദോഷിയല്ലാത്തവനെപ്പോലും അവൻ വിടുവിക്കും; നിന്റെ കൈകളുടെ വെടിപ്പിനാൽ അവൻ വിടുവിക്കപ്പെടും.
