Job 15 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 And Eliphaz the Temanite made answer and said,അതിന്നു തേമാന്യനായ എലീഫസ് ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതെന്തെന്നാൽ:

2 Will a wise man make answer with knowledge of no value, or will he give birth to the east wind?ജ്ഞാനിയായവൻ വ്യർത്ഥജ്ഞാനം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുമോ? അവൻ കിഴക്കൻ കാറ്റുകൊണ്ടു വയറുനിറെക്കുമോ?

3 Will he make arguments with words in which is no profit, and with sayings which have no value?അവൻ പ്രയോജനമില്ലാത്ത വാക്കുകളാലും ഉപകാരമില്ലാത്ത മൊഴികളാലും തർക്കിക്കുമോ?

4 Truly, you make the fear of God without effect, so that the time of quiet worship before God is made less by your outcry.നീ ഭക്തി വെടിഞ്ഞു ദൈവസന്നിധിയിലെ ധ്യാനം മുടക്കിക്കളയുന്നു.

5 For your mouth is guided by your sin, and you have taken the tongue of the false for yourself.നിന്റെ അകൃത്യം നിന്റെ വായെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; ഉപായികളുടെ നാവു നീ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

6 It is by your mouth, even yours, that you are judged to be in the wrong, and not by me; and your lips give witness against you.ഞാനല്ല, നിന്റെ സ്വന്തവായ് നിന്നെ കുറ്റം വിധിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ അധരങ്ങൾ തന്നേ നിന്റെ നേരെ സാക്ഷീകരിക്കുന്നു.

7 Were you the first man to come into the world? or did you come into being before the hills?നീയോ ആദ്യം ജനിച്ച മനുഷ്യൻ? ഗിരികൾക്കും മുമ്പെ നീ പിറന്നുവോ?

8 Were you present at the secret meeting of God? and have you taken all wisdom for yourself?നീ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ മന്ത്രിസഭയിൽ കൂടീട്ടുണ്ടോ? ജഞാനത്തെ നീ കുത്തക പിടിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നുവോ?

9 What knowledge have you which we have not? is there anything in your mind which is not in ours?ഞങ്ങൾ അറിയാത്തതായി നീ എന്തു അറിയുന്നു? ഞങ്ങൾക്കു വശം ഇല്ലാത്തതായി എന്തൊന്നു നീ ഗ്രഹിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു?

10 With us are men who are grey-haired and full of years, much older than your father.ഞങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽ നരെച്ചവരും വൃദ്ധന്മാരും ഉണ്ടു; നിന്റെ അപ്പനെക്കാൾ പ്രായം ചെന്നവർ തന്നേ.

11 Are the comforts of God not enough for you, and the gentle word which was said to you?ദൈവത്തിന്റെ ആശ്വാസങ്ങളും സ്വന്തമായി പറഞ്ഞുതരുന്ന വാക്കും നിനക്കു പോരയോ?

12 Why is your heart uncontrolled, and why are your eyes lifted up;നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിന്നെ പതറിക്കുന്നതെന്തു? നീ കണ്ണു ഉരുട്ടുന്നതെന്തു?

13 So that you are turning your spirit against God, and letting such words go out of your mouth?നീ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ നേരെ ചീറുകയും നിന്റെ വായിൽനിന്നു മൊഴികളെ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

14 What is man, that he may be clean? and how may the son of woman be upright?മർത്യൻ ശുദ്ധിമാനായിരിക്കുന്നതെങ്ങനെ? സ്ത്രീ പ്രസവിച്ചവൻ നീതിമാനായിരിക്കുന്നതെങ്ങനെ?

15 Truly, he puts no faith in his holy ones, and the heavens are not clean in his eyes;തന്റെ വിശുദ്ധന്മാരിലും അവന്നു വിശ്വാസമില്ലല്ലോ; സ്വർഗ്ഗവും തൃക്കണ്ണിന്നു നിർമ്മലമല്ല.

16 How much less one who is disgusting and unclean, a man who takes in evil like water!പിന്നെ മ്ളേച്ഛതയും വഷളത്വവുമുള്ളവനായി വെള്ളംപോലെ അകൃത്യം കുടിക്കുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ എങ്ങനെ?

17 Take note and give ear to my words; and I will say what I have seen:ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഉപദേശിക്കാം, കേട്ടുകൊൾക; ഞാൻ കണ്ടിട്ടുള്ളതു വിവരിച്ചുപറയാം.

18 (The things which wise men have got from their fathers, and have not kept secret from us;ജ്ഞാനികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോടു കേൾക്കയും മറെച്ചുവെക്കാതെ അറിയിക്കയും ചെയ്തതു തന്നേ.

19 For only to them was the land given, and no strange people were among them:)അവർക്കുമാത്രമല്ലോ ദേശം നല്കിയിരുന്നതു; അന്യൻ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ കടക്കുന്നതുമില്ല.

20 The evil man is in pain all his days, and the number of the years stored up for the cruel is small.ദുഷ്ടൻ ജീവപര്യന്തം അതിവേദനയോടെ ഇരിക്കുന്നു; നിഷ്ഠൂരന്നു വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ആണ്ടുകൾ തികയുവോളം തന്നേ.

21 A sound of fear is in his ears; in time of peace destruction will come on him:ഘോരനാദം അവന്റെ ചെവിയിൽ മുഴങ്ങുന്നു; സുഖമായിരിക്കയിൽ കവർച്ചക്കാരൻ അവന്റെ നേരെ വരുന്നു.

22 He has no hope of coming safe out of the dark, and his fate will be the sword;അന്ധകാരത്തിൽനിന്നു മടങ്ങിവരുമെന്നു അവൻ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല; അവൻ വാളിന്നിരയായി നിയമിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

23 He is wandering about in search of bread, saying, Where is it? and he is certain that the day of trouble is ready for him:അവൻ അപ്പം തെണ്ടിനടക്കുന്നു; അതു എവിടെ കിട്ടും? അനർത്ഥദിവസം തനിക്കു അടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു അവൻ അറിയുന്നു.

24 He is greatly in fear of the dark day, trouble and pain overcome him:കഷ്ടവും വ്യാകുലവും അവനെ അരട്ടുന്നു; പടെക്കൊരുങ്ങിയ രാജാവെന്നപോലെ അവനെ ആക്രമിക്കുന്നു.

25 Because his hand is stretched out against God, and his heart is lifted up against the Ruler of all,അവൻ ദൈവത്തിന്നു വിരോധമായി കൈ നീട്ടി, സർവ്വശക്തനോടു ധിക്കാരം കാട്ടിയതുകൊണ്ടു തന്നേ.

26 Running against him like a man of war, covered by his thick breastplate; even like a king ready for the fight,തന്റെ പരിചകളുടെ തുടിച്ച മുഴകളോടുകൂടെ അവൻ ശാഠ്യംകാണിച്ചു അവന്റെ നേരെ പാഞ്ഞുചെല്ലുന്നു.

27 Because his face is covered with fat, and his body has become thick;അവൻ തന്റെ മുഖത്തെ മേദസ്സുകൊണ്ടു മൂടുന്നു; തന്റെ കടിപ്രദേശത്തു കൊഴുപ്പു കൂട്ടുന്നു.

28 And he has made his resting-place in the towns which have been pulled down, in houses where no man had a right to be, whose fate was to become masses of broken walls.അവൻ ശൂന്യനഗരങ്ങളിലും ആരും പാർക്കാതെ കൽകൂമ്പാരങ്ങളായിത്തീരുവാനുള്ള വീടുകളിലും പാർക്കുന്നു.

29 He does not get wealth for himself, and is unable to keep what he has got; the heads of his grain are not bent down to the earth.അവൻ ധനവാനാകയില്ല; അവന്റെ സമ്പത്തു നിലനിൽക്കയില്ല; അവരുടെ വിളവു നിലത്തേക്കു കുലെച്ചുമറികയുമില്ല.

30 He does not come out of the dark; his branches are burned by the flame, and the wind takes away his bud.ഇരുളിൽനിന്നു അവൻ തെറ്റിപ്പോകയില്ല; അഗ്നിജ്വാല അവന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളെ ഉണക്കിക്കളയും; തിരുവായിലെ ശ്വാസംകൊണ്ടു അവൻ കെട്ടുപോകും.

31 Let him not put his hope in what is false, falling into error: for he will get deceit as his reward.അവൻ വ്യാജത്തിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കരുതു; അതു സ്വയവഞ്ചനയത്രേ; അവന്റെ പ്രതിഫലം വ്യാജം തന്നേ ആയിരിക്കും.

32 His branch is cut off before its time, and his leaf is no longer green.അവന്റെ ദിവസം വരുംമുമ്പെ അതു നിവൃത്തിയാകും; അവന്റെ പനമ്പട്ട പച്ചയായിരിക്കയില്ല.

33 He is like a vine whose grapes do not come to full growth, or an olive-tree dropping its flowers.മുന്തിരിവള്ളിപോലെ അവൻ പിഞ്ചു ഉതിർക്കും; ഒലിവുവൃക്ഷംപോലെ പൂ പൊഴിക്കും.

34 For the band of the evil-doers gives no fruit, and the tents of those who give wrong decisions for reward are burned with fire.വഷളന്മാരുടെ കൂട്ടം വന്ധ്യത പ്രാപിക്കും; കൈക്കൂലിയുടെ കൂടാരങ്ങൾ തീക്കിരയാകും.

35 Evil has made them with child, and they give birth to trouble; and the fruit of their body is shame for themselves.അവർ കഷ്ടത്തെ ഗർഭം ധരിച്ചു അനർത്ഥത്തെ പ്രസവിക്കുന്നു; അവരുടെ ഉദരം വഞ്ചനയെ ഉരുവാക്കുന്നു.
