Jeremiah 44:22
നിങ്ങളുടെ ദുഷ്പ്രവൃത്തികൾനിമിത്തവും നിങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിച്ച മ്ളേച്ഛതനിമിത്തവും യഹോവെക്കു സഹിപ്പാൻ വഹിയാതെയായി; അതുകൊണ്ടു നിങ്ങളുടെ ദേശം ഇന്നു നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാതെ ശൂന്യവും സ്തംഭനഹേതുവും ശാപവിഷയവും ആയിത്തീർന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

| because and | מִפְּנֵ֥י | mippĕnê | mee-peh-NAY |
| of the abominations | הַתּוֹעֵבֹ֖ת | hattôʿēbōt | ha-toh-ay-VOTE |
| which | אֲשֶׁ֣ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| committed; have ye | עֲשִׂיתֶ֑ם | ʿăśîtem | uh-see-TEM |
| therefore is | וַתְּהִ֣י | wattĕhî | va-teh-HEE |
| your land | אַ֠רְצְכֶם | ʾarṣĕkem | AR-tseh-hem |
| desolation, a | לְחָרְבָּ֨ה | lĕḥorbâ | leh-hore-BA |
| and an astonishment, | וּלְשַׁמָּ֧ה | ûlĕšammâ | oo-leh-sha-MA |
| curse, a and | וְלִקְלָלָ֛ה | wĕliqlālâ | veh-leek-la-LA |
| without | מֵאֵ֥ין | mēʾên | may-ANE |
| an inhabitant, | יוֹשֵׁ֖ב | yôšēb | yoh-SHAVE |
| as at this | כְּהַיּ֥וֹם | kĕhayyôm | keh-HA-yome |
