Jeremiah 17 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 The sin of Judah is recorded with a pen of iron, and with the sharp point of a jewel it is cut on their hearts of stone, and on the horns of their altars for a sign to them:യെഹൂദയുടെ പാപം ഇരിമ്പെഴുത്താണികൊണ്ടും വജ്രത്തിന്റെ മുനകൊണ്ടും എഴുതിവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതു അവരുടെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്റെ പലകയിലും നിങ്ങളുടെ ബലിപീഠത്തിന്റെ കൊമ്പുകളിലും കൊത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

2 Their altars and their wood pillars under every branching tree, on the high hills and the mountains in the field.ഉയർന്ന കുന്നുകളിൽ പച്ചമരങ്ങൾക്കരികെയുള്ള അവരുടെ ബലിപീഠങ്ങളെയും അശേരാപ്രതിഷ്ഠകളെയും അവരുടെ മക്കൾ ഓർക്കുന്നുവല്ലോ.

3 I will give your wealth and all your stores to be taken away in war without a price, because of your sins in every part of your land.വയൽപ്രദേശത്തിലെ എന്റെ പർവ്വതമേ. നിന്റെ അതിർക്കകത്തൊക്കെയും ചെയ്ത പാപംനിമിത്തം ഞാൻ നിന്റെ സമ്പത്തും സകലനിക്ഷേപങ്ങളും പൂജാഗിരികളും കവർച്ചെക്കു ഏല്പിക്കും.

4 And your hand will have to let go your heritage which I gave you; and I will make you a servant to your haters in a land which is strange to you: for you have put my wrath on fire with a flame which will go on burning for ever.ഞാൻ നിനക്കു തന്ന അവകാശം നീ ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകേണ്ടിവരും; നീ അറിയാത്ത ദേശത്തു ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ സേവിക്കുമാറാക്കും നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ കോപത്തിൽ തീ കത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അതു എന്നേക്കും കത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും;

5 This is what the Lord has said: Cursed is the man who puts his faith in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart is turned away from the Lord.യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു; മനുഷ്യനിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചു ജഡത്തെ തന്റെ ഭുജമാക്കി ഹൃദയംകൊണ്ടു യഹോവയെ വിട്ടുമാറുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവൻ.

6 For he will be like the brushwood in the upland, and will not see when good comes; but his living-place will be in the dry places in the waste land, in a salt and unpeopled land.അവൻ മരുഭൂമിയിലെ ചൂരച്ചെടിപോലെയാകും; നന്മ വരുമ്പോൾ അതിനെ കാണാതെ മരുഭൂമിയിലെ വരണ്ട പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലും നിവാസികൾ ഇല്ലാത്ത ഉവർനിലത്തിലും പാർക്കും.

7 A blessing is on the man who puts his faith in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.യഹോവയിൽ ആശ്രയിക്കയും യഹോവ തന്നേ ആശ്രയമായിരിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്ന മനുഷ്യൻ ഭാഗ്യവാൻ.

8 For he will be like a tree planted by the waters, pushing out its roots by the stream; he will have no fear when the heat comes, but his leaf will be green; in a dry year he will have no care, and will go on giving fruit.അവൻ വെള്ളത്തിന്നരികെ നട്ടിരിക്കുന്നതും ആറ്റരികെ വേരൂന്നിയിരിക്കുന്നതുമായ വൃക്ഷംപോലെയാകും; ഉഷ്ണം തട്ടുമ്പോൾ അതു പേടിക്കയില്ല; അതിന്റെ ഇല പച്ചയായിരിക്കും; വരൾച്ചയുള്ള കാലത്തും വാട്ടം തട്ടാതെ ഫലം കായിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.

9 The heart is a twisted thing, not to be searched out by man: who is able to have knowledge of it?ഹൃദയം എല്ലാറ്റിനെക്കാളും കപടവും വിഷമവുമുള്ളതു; അതു ആരാഞ്ഞറിയുന്നവൻ ആർ?

10 I the Lord am the searcher of the heart, the tester of the thoughts, so that I may give to every man the reward of his ways, in keeping with the fruit of his doings.യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ ഹൃദയത്തെ ശോധനചെയ്തു അന്തരംഗങ്ങളെ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു ഓരോരുത്തന്നു അവനവന്റെ നടപ്പിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ ഫലത്തിന്നും തക്കവണ്ണം കൊടുക്കുന്നു.

11 Like the partridge, getting eggs together but not producing young, is a man who gets wealth but not by right; before half his days are ended, it will go from him, and at his end he will be foolish.ന്യായമായിട്ടല്ലാതെ ധനം സമ്പാദിക്കുന്നവൻ, താൻ ഇടാത്ത മുട്ട പൊരുന്നിരിക്കുന്ന തിത്തിരിപ്പക്ഷിയെപ്പോലെയാകുന്നു; അവന്റെ മദ്ധ്യായുസ്സിങ്കൽ അതു അവനെ വിട്ടുപോകും: ഒടുക്കം അവൻ ഭോഷനായിരിക്കും.

12 A seat of glory, placed on high from the first, is our holy place.ആദിമുതൽ ഉന്നതമായി മഹത്വമുള്ള സിംഹാസനമേ, ഞങ്ങളുടെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരസ്ഥാനമേ,

13 O Lord, the hope of Israel, all who give you up will be put to shame; those who go away from you will be cut off from the earth, because they have given up the Lord, the fountain of living waters.യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പ്രത്യാശയായ യഹോവേ, നിന്നെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ഏവരും ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകും, എന്നെ വിട്ടുപോകുന്നവരെ മണ്ണിൽ എഴുതിവെക്കും; അവർ ജീവനുള്ള വെള്ളത്തിന്റെ ഉറവായ യഹോവയെ ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ.

14 Make me well, O Lord, and I will be well; be my saviour, and I will be safe: for you are my hope.യഹോവേ, എന്നെ സൌഖ്യമാക്കേണമേ, എന്നാൽ എനിക്കു സൌഖ്യം വരും; എന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കേണമേ, എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ രക്ഷപ്പെടും; നീ എന്റെ പുകഴ്ചയല്ലോ.

15 See, they say to me, Where is the word of the Lord? let it come now.അവർ എന്നോടു: യഹോവയുടെ വചനം എവിടെ? അതു വരട്ടെ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.

16 As for me, I have not said; Let the day of trouble come to them quickly; and I have not been hoping for the death-giving day; you have knowledge of what came from my lips; it was open before you.ഞാനോ ഇടയനായി നിന്നെ സേവിപ്പാൻ മടിച്ചില്ല; ദുർദ്ദിനം ഞാൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതുമില്ല എന്നു നീ അറിയുന്നു; എന്റെ അധരങ്ങൾ ഉച്ചരിച്ചതു തിരുമുമ്പിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നു.

17 Be not a cause of fear to me: you are my safe place in the day of evil.നീ എനിക്കു ഭയങ്കരനാകരുതേ; അനർത്ഥദിവസത്തിൽ എന്റെ ശരണം നീയല്ലോ.

18 Let them be put to shame who are attacking me, but let me not be shamed; let them be overcome with fear, but let me not be overcome: send on them the day of evil, and put them to destruction twice over.എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്നവൻ ലജ്ജിച്ചു പോകട്ടെ; ഞാൻ ലജ്ജിച്ചുപോകരുതേ; അവർ ഭ്രമിച്ചുപോകട്ടെ; ഞാൻ ഭ്രമിച്ചു പോകരുതേ; അവർക്കു അനർത്ഥദിവസം വരുത്തി, അവരെ തകർത്തു തകർത്തു നശിപ്പിക്കേണമേ.

19 This is what the Lord has said to me: Go and take your place in the doorway of Benjamin, where the kings of Judah come in and by which they go out, and in all the doorways of Jerusalem;യഹോവ എന്നോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു: നീ ചെന്നു, യെഹൂദാരാജാക്കന്മാർ അകത്തു വരികയും പുറത്തു പോകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ജനത്തിന്റെ വാതിൽക്കലും യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ എല്ലാവാതിൽക്കലും നിന്നുകൊണ്ടു അവരോടു പറക:

20 And say to them, Give ear to the word of the Lord, you kings of Judah, and all the people of Jerusalem who come in by these doors:ഈ വാതിലുകളിൽകൂടി അകത്തു കടക്കുന്ന യെഹൂദാരാജാക്കന്മാരും എല്ലായെഹൂദന്മാരും യെരൂശലേമിലെ സർവ്വനിവാസികളും ആയുള്ളോരേ, യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു കേൾപ്പിൻ!

21 This is what the Lord has said: See to yourselves, that you take up no weight on the Sabbath day, or take it in through the doors of Jerusalem;യഹോവ ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: സൂക്ഷിച്ചുകൊൾവിൻ; ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ യാതൊരു ചുമടും ചുമന്നു യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ വാതിലുകളിൽ കൂടി അകത്തു കൊണ്ടുവരരുതു.

22 And take no weight out of your houses on the Sabbath day, or do any work, but keep the Sabbath day holy, as I gave orders to your fathers;ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ നിങ്ങളുടെ വീടുകളിൽനിന്നു യാതൊരു ചുമടും പുറത്തു കൊണ്ടുപോകാതെയും യാതൊരു വേലയും ചെയ്യാതെയും ശബ്ബത്തുനാൾ വിശുദ്ധീകരിപ്പിൻ. നിങ്ങളുടെ പിതാക്കന്മാരോടു ഞാൻ അങ്ങനെ കല്പിച്ചുവല്ലൊ.

23 But they gave no attention and would not give ear, but they made their necks stiff so that they might not give ear and might not get teaching.എന്നാൽ അവർ കേട്ടില്ല, ചെവി ചായിച്ചതുമില്ല; കേട്ടനുസരിക്കയോ ബുദ്ധ്യുപദേശം കൈക്കൊള്ളുകയോ ചെയ്യാതെ അവർ ശാഠ്യം കാണിച്ചു.

24 And it will be, that if with all care you give ear to me, says the Lord, and take no weight through the doorways of this town on the Sabbath day, but keep the Sabbath day holy and do no work in it;നിങ്ങളോ ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ ഈ നഗരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകളിൽകൂടി യാതൊരു ചുമടും കൊണ്ടുവരാതെയും ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ യാതൊരു വേലയും ചെയ്യാതെയും അതിനെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു എന്റെ വാക്കു ജാഗ്രതയോടെ കേട്ടനുസരിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ

25 Then through the doors of this town there will come kings and princes, seated on the seat of David, going in carriages and on horseback, they and their princes, and the men of Judah and the people of Jerusalem: and this town will keep its place for ever.ദാവീദിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവരും രഥങ്ങളിലും കുതിരപ്പുറത്തും കയറുന്നവരുമായ രാജാക്കന്മാരും രാജകുമാരന്മാരും അവരുടെ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരായ യെഹൂദാപുരുഷന്മാരും യെരൂശലേം നിവാസികളും ഈ നഗരത്തിന്റെ വാതിലുകളിൽകൂടി കടക്കയും ഈ നഗരം എന്നേക്കും നിൽക്കയും ചെയ്യും എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടു.

26 And they will come from the towns of Judah, and from the places round about Jerusalem, and from the land of Benjamin, and from the lowlands, and from the mountains, and from the South, with burned offerings and offerings of beasts and meal offerings and perfume and offerings of praise, to the house of the Lord.യെഹൂദാപട്ടണങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും യെരൂശലേമിന്നു ചുറ്റും ഉള്ള പ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും ബെന്യാമീൻ ദേശത്തുനിന്നും താഴ്വീതിയിൽനിന്നും മലനാടുകളിൽനിന്നും തെക്കേ ദിക്കിൽനിന്നും അവർ ഹോമയാഗങ്ങളും ഹനനയാഗങ്ങളും ഭോജനയാഗങ്ങളും കുന്തുരുക്കവും കൊണ്ടുവരും; യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിൽ അവർ സ്തോത്രയാഗവും അർപ്പിക്കും.

27 But if you do not give ear to me, to keep the Sabbath day holy, and to let no weight be lifted and taken through the doors of Jerusalem on the Sabbath day: then I will put a fire in its doorways, burning up the great houses of Jerusalem, and it will never be put out.എന്നാൽ ശബ്ബത്തുനാൾ വിശുദ്ധീകരിപ്പാനും ശബ്ബത്തുനാളിൽ യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ വാതിലുകളിൽകൂടി ചുമടു ചുമന്നു കൊണ്ടുപോകാതെ ഇരിപ്പാനും നിങ്ങൾ എന്റെ വാക്കു കേട്ടനുസരിക്കയില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ അതിന്റെ വാതിലുകളിൽ തീ കൊളുത്തും; അതു കെട്ടുപോകാതെ യെരൂശലേമിലെ അരമനകളെ ദഹിപ്പിക്കും.
