Isaiah 47 - BBE (Malayalam)

1 Come and take your seat in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; come down from your seat of power, and take your place on the earth, O daughter of the Chaldaeans: for you will never again seem soft and delicate.ബാബേൽപുത്രിയായ കന്യകേ, ഇറങ്ങി പൊടിയിൽ ഇരിക്ക; കല്ദയപുത്രീ, സിംഹാസനം കൂടാതെ നിലത്തിരിക്ക; നിന്നെ ഇനി തന്വംഗി എന്നും സുഖഭോഗിനി എന്നും വിളിക്കയില്ല.

2 Take the crushing-stones and get the meal crushed: take off your veil, put away your robe, let your legs be uncovered, go through the rivers.തിരികല്ലു എടുത്തു മാവു പൊടിക്ക; നിന്റെ മൂടുപടം നീക്കുക; വസ്ത്രാന്തം എടുത്തു കുത്തി തുട മറെക്കാതെ നദികളെ കടക്ക.

3 The shame of your unclothed condition will be seen by all: I will give punishment without mercy,നിന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാകും; നിന്റെ നാണിടം കാണും; ഞാൻ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെയും ആദരിക്കാതെ പ്രതികാരം നടത്തും.

4 Says the Lord who takes up our cause; the Lord of armies is his name, the Holy One of Israel.ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരനോ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ, യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധൻ എന്നാകുന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം.

5 Be seated in the dark without a word, O daughter of the Chaldaeans: for you will no longer be named, The Queen of Kingdoms.കല്ദയപുത്രീ, മിണ്ടാതെയിരിക്ക; ഇരുട്ടത്തു പോക; നിന്നെ ഇനി രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ തമ്പുരാട്ടി എന്നു വിളിക്കയില്ല.

6 I was angry with my people, I put shame on my heritage, and gave them into your hands: you had no mercy on them; you put a cruel yoke on those who were old;ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തോടു ക്രുദ്ധിച്ചു, എന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി, അവരെ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചുതന്നു; നീ അവരോടു കനിവു കാണിക്കാതെ വൃദ്ധന്മാരുടെ മേൽപോലും നിന്റെ ഭാരമുള്ള നുകം വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

7 And you said, I will be a queen for ever: you did not give attention to these things, and did not keep in mind what would come after.ഞാൻ എന്നേക്കും തമ്പുരാട്ടി ആയിരിക്കും എന്നു നീ പറഞ്ഞു അതു കൂട്ടാക്കാതെയും അതിന്റെ അവസാനം ഓർക്കാതെയും ഇരുന്നു.

8 So now take note of this, you who are given up to pleasure, living without fear of evil, saying in your heart, I am, and there is no one like me; I will never be a widow, or have my children taken from me.ആകയാൽ: ഞാൻ മാത്രം; എനിക്കു തുല്യമായി മറ്റാരുമില്ല; ഞാൻ വിധവയായിരിക്കയില്ല; പുത്രനഷ്ടം അറികയുമില്ല എന്നു ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന സുഖഭോഗിനിയും നിർഭയവാസിനിയും ആയുള്ളവളേ, ഇതു കേൾക്ക:

9 But these two things will come on you suddenly in one day, the loss of children and of husband: in full measure they will come on you, for all your secret arts, and all your wonders.പുത്രനഷ്ടം, വൈധവ്യം ഇവ രണ്ടും പെട്ടെന്നു ഒരു ദിവസത്തിൽ തന്നേ നിനക്കു ഭവിക്കും; നിന്റെ ക്ഷുദ്രപ്രയോഗങ്ങൾ എത്ര പെരുകിയിരുന്നാലും നിന്റെ ആഭിചാരങ്ങൾ എത്ര അധികമായിരുന്നാലും അവ നിനക്കു നിറപടിയായി ഭവിക്കാതിരിക്കയില്ല.

10 For you had faith in your evil-doing; you said, No one sees me; by your wisdom and knowledge you have been turned out of the way: and you have said in your heart, I am, and there is no other.നീ നിന്റെ ദുഷ്ടതയിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചു, ആരും എന്നെ കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനവും നിന്റെ വിദ്യയും നിന്നെ തെറ്റിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു; ഞാൻ മാത്രം; എനിക്കു തുല്യമായി മറ്റാരും ഇല്ല എന്നു നീ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

11 Because of this evil will come on you, which may not be turned away for any price: and trouble will overtake you, from which no money will give salvation: destruction will come on you suddenly, without your knowledge.അതുകൊണ്ടു മന്ത്രവാദത്താൽ നീക്കുവാൻ കഴിയാത്ത അനർത്ഥം നിന്റെമേൽ വരും; നിന്നാൽ പരിഹരിപ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്ത ആപത്തു നിനക്കു ഭവിക്കും; നീ അറിയാത്ത നാശം പെട്ടെന്നു നിന്റെ മേൽ വരും.

12 Go on now with your secret arts, and all your wonder-working, to which you have given yourself up from your earliest days; it may be that they will be of profit to you, or by them you may put fear into your attackers.നീ ബാല്യം മുതൽ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചു ചെയ്യുന്ന നിന്റെ മന്ത്രവാദങ്ങൾകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷുദ്രപ്രയോഗങ്ങളുടെ പെരുപ്പംകൊണ്ടും ഇപ്പോൾ നിന്നുകൊൾക; പക്ഷേ ഫലിക്കും; പക്ഷേ നീ പേടിപ്പിക്കും!

13 But your mind is troubled by the number of your guides: let them now come forward for your salvation: the measurers of the heavens, the watchers of the stars, and those who are able to say from month to month what things are coming on you.നിന്റെ ആലോചനാബാഹുല്യംകൊണ്ടു നീ വലഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; ജ്യോതിഷക്കാരും നക്ഷത്രം നോക്കുന്നവരും നിനക്കു വരുവാനുള്ള മാസാന്തരം അറിയിക്കുന്നവരും ഇപ്പോൾ എഴുന്നേറ്റു നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ.

14 Truly, they have become like dry stems, they have been burned in the fire; they are not able to keep themselves safe from the power of the flame: it is not a coal for warming them, or a fire by which a man may be seated.ഇതാ, അവർ താളടിപോലെര ആയി തീക്കു ഇരയാകും; അവർ അഗ്നിജ്വാലയിൽനിന്നു തങ്ങളെ തന്നേ വിടുവിക്കയില്ല; അതു കുളിർ മാറ്റുവാൻ തക്ക കനലും കായുവാൻ തക്ക തീയും അല്ല.

15 Small profit have you had from those who, from your earliest days, got great profit out of you; they have gone in flight, every one straight before him, and you have no saviour.ഇങ്ങനെയാകും നീ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു; നിന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതൽ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ വ്യപാരം ചെയ്തവർ ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ ദിക്കിലേക്കു അലഞ്ഞുപോകും ആരും നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കയില്ല.
