Isaiah 47 - ASV (Malayalam)

1 Come down, and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; sit on the ground without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans: for thou shalt no more be called tender and delicate.ബാബേൽപുത്രിയായ കന്യകേ, ഇറങ്ങി പൊടിയിൽ ഇരിക്ക; കല്ദയപുത്രീ, സിംഹാസനം കൂടാതെ നിലത്തിരിക്ക; നിന്നെ ഇനി തന്വംഗി എന്നും സുഖഭോഗിനി എന്നും വിളിക്കയില്ല.

2 Take the millstones, and grind meal; remove thy veil, strip off the train, uncover the leg, pass through the rivers.തിരികല്ലു എടുത്തു മാവു പൊടിക്ക; നിന്റെ മൂടുപടം നീക്കുക; വസ്ത്രാന്തം എടുത്തു കുത്തി തുട മറെക്കാതെ നദികളെ കടക്ക.

3 Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and will spare no man.നിന്റെ നഗ്നത അനാവൃതമാകും; നിന്റെ നാണിടം കാണും; ഞാൻ ഒരു മനുഷ്യനെയും ആദരിക്കാതെ പ്രതികാരം നടത്തും.

4 Our Redeemer, Jehovah of hosts is his name, the Holy One of Israel.ഞങ്ങളുടെ വീണ്ടെടുപ്പുകാരനോ സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവ, യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ പരിശുദ്ധൻ എന്നാകുന്നു അവന്റെ നാമം.

5 Sit thou silent, and get thee into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; for thou shalt no more be called The mistress of kingdoms.കല്ദയപുത്രീ, മിണ്ടാതെയിരിക്ക; ഇരുട്ടത്തു പോക; നിന്നെ ഇനി രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ തമ്പുരാട്ടി എന്നു വിളിക്കയില്ല.

6 I was wroth with my people, I profaned mine inheritance, and gave them into thy hand: thou didst show them no mercy; upon the aged hast thou very heavily laid thy yoke.ഞാൻ എന്റെ ജനത്തോടു ക്രുദ്ധിച്ചു, എന്റെ അവകാശത്തെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി, അവരെ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഏല്പിച്ചുതന്നു; നീ അവരോടു കനിവു കാണിക്കാതെ വൃദ്ധന്മാരുടെ മേൽപോലും നിന്റെ ഭാരമുള്ള നുകം വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

7 And thou saidst, I shall be mistress for ever; so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end thereof.ഞാൻ എന്നേക്കും തമ്പുരാട്ടി ആയിരിക്കും എന്നു നീ പറഞ്ഞു അതു കൂട്ടാക്കാതെയും അതിന്റെ അവസാനം ഓർക്കാതെയും ഇരുന്നു.

8 Now therefore hear this, thou that art given to pleasures, that sittest securely, that sayest in thy heart, I am, and there is none else besides me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:ആകയാൽ: ഞാൻ മാത്രം; എനിക്കു തുല്യമായി മറ്റാരുമില്ല; ഞാൻ വിധവയായിരിക്കയില്ല; പുത്രനഷ്ടം അറികയുമില്ല എന്നു ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പറയുന്ന സുഖഭോഗിനിയും നിർഭയവാസിനിയും ആയുള്ളവളേ, ഇതു കേൾക്ക:

9 but these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood; in their full measure shall they come upon thee, in the multitude of thy sorceries, and the great abundance of thine enchantments.പുത്രനഷ്ടം, വൈധവ്യം ഇവ രണ്ടും പെട്ടെന്നു ഒരു ദിവസത്തിൽ തന്നേ നിനക്കു ഭവിക്കും; നിന്റെ ക്ഷുദ്രപ്രയോഗങ്ങൾ എത്ര പെരുകിയിരുന്നാലും നിന്റെ ആഭിചാരങ്ങൾ എത്ര അധികമായിരുന്നാലും അവ നിനക്കു നിറപടിയായി ഭവിക്കാതിരിക്കയില്ല.

10 For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness; thou hast said, None seeth me; thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee, and thou hast said in thy heart, I am, and there is none else besides me.നീ നിന്റെ ദുഷ്ടതയിൽ ആശ്രയിച്ചു, ആരും എന്നെ കാണുന്നില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞുവല്ലോ; നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനവും നിന്റെ വിദ്യയും നിന്നെ തെറ്റിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു; ഞാൻ മാത്രം; എനിക്കു തുല്യമായി മറ്റാരും ഇല്ല എന്നു നീ നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

11 Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know the dawning thereof: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it away: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou knowest not.അതുകൊണ്ടു മന്ത്രവാദത്താൽ നീക്കുവാൻ കഴിയാത്ത അനർത്ഥം നിന്റെമേൽ വരും; നിന്നാൽ പരിഹരിപ്പാൻ കഴിയാത്ത ആപത്തു നിനക്കു ഭവിക്കും; നീ അറിയാത്ത നാശം പെട്ടെന്നു നിന്റെ മേൽ വരും.

12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast labored from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.നീ ബാല്യം മുതൽ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചു ചെയ്യുന്ന നിന്റെ മന്ത്രവാദങ്ങൾകൊണ്ടും ക്ഷുദ്രപ്രയോഗങ്ങളുടെ പെരുപ്പംകൊണ്ടും ഇപ്പോൾ നിന്നുകൊൾക; പക്ഷേ ഫലിക്കും; പക്ഷേ നീ പേടിപ്പിക്കും!

13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels: let now the astrologers, the star-gazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from the things that shall come upon thee.നിന്റെ ആലോചനാബാഹുല്യംകൊണ്ടു നീ വലഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു; ജ്യോതിഷക്കാരും നക്ഷത്രം നോക്കുന്നവരും നിനക്കു വരുവാനുള്ള മാസാന്തരം അറിയിക്കുന്നവരും ഇപ്പോൾ എഴുന്നേറ്റു നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കട്ടെ.

14 Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: it shall not be a coal to warm at, nor a fire to sit before.ഇതാ, അവർ താളടിപോലെര ആയി തീക്കു ഇരയാകും; അവർ അഗ്നിജ്വാലയിൽനിന്നു തങ്ങളെ തന്നേ വിടുവിക്കയില്ല; അതു കുളിർ മാറ്റുവാൻ തക്ക കനലും കായുവാൻ തക്ക തീയും അല്ല.

15 Thus shall the things be unto thee wherein thou hast labored: they that have trafficked with thee from thy youth shall wander every one to his quarter; there shall be none to save thee.ഇങ്ങനെയാകും നീ അദ്ധ്വാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതു; നിന്റെ ബാല്യംമുതൽ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ വ്യപാരം ചെയ്തവർ ഓരോരുത്തൻ താന്താന്റെ ദിക്കിലേക്കു അലഞ്ഞുപോകും ആരും നിന്നെ രക്ഷിക്കയില്ല.
