Isaiah 41:9
ഞാൻ നിന്നെ നിരസിച്ചുകളയാതെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടു ഭൂമിയുടെ അറ്റങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു എടുക്കയും അതിന്റെ മൂലകളിൽനിന്നു വിളിച്ചു ചേർക്കയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നവനായുള്ളോവേ, നീ ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടാ;

| from the ends | מִקְצ֣וֹת | miqṣôt | meek-TSOTE |
| earth, the of | הָאָ֔רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| and called | וּמֵאֲצִילֶ֖יהָ | ûmēʾăṣîlêhā | oo-may-uh-tsee-LAY-ha |
| thee from the chief men | קְרָאתִ֑יךָ | qĕrāʾtîkā | keh-ra-TEE-ha |
| said and thereof, | וָאֹ֤מַר | wāʾōmar | va-OH-mahr |
| unto thee, Thou | לְךָ֙ | lĕkā | leh-HA |
| art my servant; | עַבְדִּי | ʿabdî | av-DEE |
| chosen have I | אַ֔תָּה | ʾattâ | AH-ta |
| thee, and not | בְּחַרְתִּ֖יךָ | bĕḥartîkā | beh-hahr-TEE-ha |
| cast thee away. | וְלֹ֥א | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| מְאַסְתִּֽיךָ׃ | mĕʾastîkā | meh-as-TEE-ha |
