Isaiah 18 - ASV (Malayalam)

1 Ah, the land of the rustling of wings, which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia;അയ്യോ, കൂശിലെ നദികൾക്കരികെ ചിറകു കിരുകിരുക്കുന്നതും കടൽവഴിയായി വെള്ളത്തിന്മേൽ ഞാങ്ങണകൊണ്ടുള്ള തോണികളിൽ ദൂതന്മാരെ അയക്കുന്നതും ആയദേശമേ!

2 that sendeth ambassadors by the sea, even in vessels of papyrus upon the waters, `saying', Go, ye swift messengers, to a nation tall and smooth, to a people terrible from their beginning onward, a nation that meteth out and treadeth down, whose land the rivers divide!ശീഘ്രദൂതന്മാരേ, നിങ്ങൾ ദീർഘകായന്മാരും മൃദുചർമ്മികളുമായ ജാതിയുടെ അടുക്കൽ, ആരംഭംമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ ഭയങ്കരമായിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതിയുടെ അടുക്കൽ, അളക്കുന്നതും ചവിട്ടിക്കളയുന്നതും നദികൾ ദേശത്തെ വിഭാഗിക്കുന്നതുമായ ജാതിയുടെ അടുക്കൽ തന്നേ ചെല്ലുവിൻ.

3 All ye inhabitants of the world, and ye dwellers on the earth, when an ensign is lifted up on the mountains, see ye; and when the trumpet is blown, hear ye.ഭൂതലത്തിലെ സർവ്വനിവാസികളും ഭൂമിയിൽ പാർക്കുന്നവരും ആയുള്ളോരേ, പർവ്വതത്തിന്മേൽ കൊടി ഉയർത്തുമ്പോൾ, നിങ്ങൾ നോക്കുവിൻ; കാഹളം ഊതുമ്പോൾ കേൾപ്പിൻ.

4 For thus hath Jehovah said unto me, I will be still, and I will behold in my dwelling-place, like clear heat in sunshine, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.യഹോവ എന്നോടു ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു: വെയിൽ തെളിഞ്ഞു മൂക്കുമ്പോൾ, കൊയ്ത്തുകാലത്തു ഉഷ്ണത്തിൽ മേഘം മഞ്ഞു പൊഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ, ഞാൻ എന്റെ നിവാസത്തിൽ സ്വസ്ഥമായി നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.

5 For before the harvest, when the blossom is over, and the flower becometh a ripening grape, he will cut off the sprigs with pruning-hooks, and the spreading branches will he take away `and' cut down.കൊയ്ത്തിന്നു മുമ്പെ, മൊട്ടിട്ടു കഴിഞ്ഞു, പൂ പൊഴിഞ്ഞു മുന്തിരിങ്ങാ, മൂക്കുമ്പോൾ, അവൻ അരിവാൾകൊണ്ടു വള്ളി മുറിച്ചു ചില്ലി ചെത്തിക്കളയും.

6 They shall be left together unto the ravenous birds of the mountains, and to the beasts of the earth; and the ravenous birds shall summer upon them, and all the beasts of the earth shall winter upon them.അതു ഒക്കെയും മലയിലെ കഴുകിന്നും ഭൂമിയിലെ മൃഗത്തിന്നും ഇട്ടുകളയും; കഴുകു അതുകൊണ്ടു വേനൽ കഴിക്കും; ഭൂമിയിലെ സകലമൃഗവും അതു കൊണ്ടു വർഷം കഴിക്കും.

7 In that time shall a present be brought unto Jehovah of hosts `from' a people tall and smooth, even from a people terrible from their beginning onward, a nation that meteth out and treadeth down, whose land the rivers divide, to the place of the name of Jehovah of hosts, the mount Zion.ആ കാലത്തു ദീർഘകായന്മാരും മൃദുചർമ്മികളും ആയ ജാതി, ആരംഭംമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ ഭയങ്കരമായിരിക്കുന്ന ജാതി, അളക്കുന്നതും ചവിട്ടിക്കളയുന്നതും നദികൾ ദേശത്തെ വിഭാഗിക്കുന്നതുമായ ജാതി തന്നേ, സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവയുടെ നാമമുള്ള സ്ഥലമായ സീയോൻ പർവ്വതത്തിലേക്കു സൈന്യങ്ങളുടെ യഹോവെക്കു തിരുമുൽക്കാഴ്ചകൊണ്ടുവരും.
