ദാർയ്യാവേശ് രാജാവിന്റെ നാലാം ആണ്ടിൽ, കിസ്ളേവ് എന്ന ഒമ്പതാം മാസം, നാലാം തിയ്യതി, സെഖർയ്യാവിന്നു യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാടുണ്ടായി.
