וַיֹּ֤אמֶר is va-YOH-mer הָמָן֙ said ha-MAHN לַמֶּ֣לֶךְ And la-MEH-lek אֲחַשְׁוֵר֔וֹשׁ Haman uh-hahsh-vay-ROHSH יֶשְׁנ֣וֹ unto yesh-NOH עַם king am אֶחָ֗ד Ahasuerus, eh-HAHD מְפֻזָּ֤ר is meh-foo-ZAHR וּמְפֹרָד֙ There oo-meh-foh-RAHD בֵּ֣ין people bane הָֽעַמִּ֔ים a ha-ah-MEEM בְּכֹ֖ל certain beh-HOLE מְדִינ֣וֹת scattered meh-dee-NOTE מַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָ abroad mahl-hoo-TEH-ha וְדָֽתֵיהֶ֞ם and veh-da-tay-HEM שֹׁנ֣וֹת dispersed shoh-NOTE מִכָּל among mee-KAHL עָ֗ם the am וְאֶת people veh-ET דָּתֵ֤י all da-TAY הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ in ha-MEH-lek אֵינָ֣ם the ay-NAHM עֹשִׂ֔ים provinces oh-SEEM וְלַמֶּ֥לֶךְ of veh-la-MEH-lek אֵין thy ane שׁוֶֹ֖ה kingdom; shoh-EH לְהַנִּיחָֽם׃ laws leh-ha-nee-HAHM
