എന്നാൽ ശൌലിന്റെ ഗൃഹത്തിൽ സീബാ എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു ഭൃത്യൻ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവനെ ദാവീദിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വിളിച്ചുവരുത്തി; രാജാവു അവനോടു: നീ സീബയോ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു. അടിയൻ എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.

Ziba. צִיבָ֔א ṣîbāʾ tsee-VA
And when they had called וַיִּקְרְאוּ qārāʾ ka-RA
ל֖וֹ
him unto אֶל ʾēl ale
David, דָּוִ֑ד dāwid da-VEED
said וַיֹּ֨אמֶר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
the king הַמֶּ֧לֶךְ melek meh-LEK
unto אֵלָ֛יו ʾēl ale
him, thou הַֽאַתָּ֥ה ʾattâ ah-TA
Ziba? צִיבָ֖א ṣîbāʾ tsee-VA
And he said, וַיֹּ֥אמֶר ʾāmar ah-MAHR
Thy servant עַבְדֶּֽךָ׃ ʿebed eh-VED
