1 There is, then, now no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit;ಆದದರಿಂದ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರುವವರಿಗೆ ಅಪರಾಧ ನಿರ್ಣಯವು ಈಗ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ಇವರು ಶರೀರಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಆತ್ಮನಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿಯೇ ನಡೆಯುವವರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2 for the law of the Spirit of the life in Christ Jesus did set me free from the law of the sin and of the death;ಜೀವವನ್ನುಂಟು ಮಾಡುವ ಆತ್ಮನ ನಿಯಮವು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪಾಪ ಮರಣಗಳ ನಿಯಮ ದಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಸಿತು.

3 for what the law was not able to do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, His own Son having sent in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, did condemn the sin in the flesh,ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣವು ಶರೀರದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿರ್ಬಲವಾಗಿ ಯಾವದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲಾರದೆ ಇತ್ತೋ ಅದನ್ನು ದೇವರೇ ಮಾಡಿದನು; ಹೇಗಂದರೆ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಪಾಪಶರೀರದ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆ ಶರೀರದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ದಂಡಿಸಿದನು.

4 that the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.ಹೀಗೆ ಶರೀರಕ್ಕನುಸಾರ ವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯದೆ ಆತ್ಮನಿಗನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವವ ರಾದ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ನೀತಿಯು ನೆರ ವೇರುವದು.

5 For those who are according to the flesh, the things of the flesh do mind; and those according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit;ಶರೀರವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವವರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆತ್ಮನನ್ನನುಸರಿ ಸುವವರಾದರೋ ಆತ್ಮನಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟವುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.

6 for the mind of the flesh `is' death, and the mind of the Spirit -- life and peace;ಶರೀರಕ್ಕನುಸಾರವಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮರಣ: ಆತ್ಮೀಕವಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸುಜೀವವೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನವೂ ಆಗಿದೆ.

7 because the mind of the flesh `is' enmity to God, for to the law of God it doth not subject itself,ಶರೀರ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸು ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಶತ್ರುತ್ವವು; ಕಾರಣವೇನಂದರೆ ಅಂಥ ಮನಸ್ಸು ದೇವರ ನಿಯಮಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಪಡುವದಿಲ್ಲ, ಒಳಪಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗುವದೂ ಇಲ್ಲ.

8 for neither is it able; and those who are in the flesh are not able to please God.ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ಶರೀರಾಧೀನರು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಮೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲಾರರು.

9 And ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God doth dwell in you; and if any one hath not the Spirit of Christ -- this one is not His;ನೀವಾ ದರೋ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವರಾತ್ಮನು ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವದಾದರೆ ಶರೀರಾಧೀನರಲ್ಲ, ಆತ್ಮನಿಗೆ ಅಧೀನರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಯಾವ ನಿಗಾದರೂ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಆತ್ಮನು ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವನು ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನವ ನಲ್ಲ.

10 and if Christ `is' in you, the body, indeed, `is' dead because of sin, and the Spirit `is' life because of righteousness,ಆದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ ದೇಹವು ಪಾಪದ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ಸತ್ತದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಆತ್ಮವು ನೀತಿಯ ದೆಸೆ ಯಿಂದ ಜೀವವುಳ್ಳದ್ದಾಗಿದೆ.

11 and if the Spirit of Him who did raise up Jesus out of the dead doth dwell in you, He who did raise up the Christ out of the dead shall quicken also your dying bodies, through His Spirit dwelling in you.ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವ ರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಾತನ ಆತ್ಮನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿ ದ್ದರೆ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನನ್ನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಿದಾತನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಾಗಿರುವ ತನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮನ ಮೂಲಕ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮರ್ತ್ಯ ದೇಹಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹ ಬದುಕಿಸುವನು.

12 So, then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh;ಹೀಗಿರಲಾಗಿ ಸಹೋದರರೇ, ಶರೀರಕ್ಕನುಸಾರ ವಾಗಿ ಜೀವಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾವು ಶರೀರಕ್ಕೆ ಋಣಸ್ಥರಲ್ಲ.

13 for if according to the flesh ye do live, ye are about to die; and if, by the Spirit, the deeds of the body ye put to death, ye shall live;ನೀವು ಶರೀರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಯುವಿರಿ; ಆದರೆ ನೀವು ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ದೇಹದ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾಯಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ಜೀವಿಸುವಿರಿ.

14 for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are the sons of God;ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಯಾರಾರು ದೇವರ ಆತ್ಮನಿಂದ ನಡಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅವರು ದೇವರ ಪುತ್ರರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

15 for ye did not receive a spirit of bondage again for fear, but ye did receive a spirit of adoption in which we cry, `Abba -- Father.'ನೀವು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಭಯವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ದಾಸನ ಭಾವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವರಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೆ ದತ್ತುಪುತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರದ ಆತ್ಮನನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವದರಿಂದ ದೇವರನ್ನು ನಾವು ಅಪ್ಪಾ, ತಂದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೂಗುತ್ತೇವೆ.

16 The Spirit himself doth testify with our spirit, that we are children of God;ನಾವು ದೇವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆಂದು ಆತ್ಮನು ತಾನೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ.

17 and if children, also heirs, heirs, indeed, of God, and heirs together of Christ -- if, indeed, we suffer together, that we may also be glorified together.ಮಕ್ಕಳಾ ಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಬಾಧ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಬಾಧ್ಯರು, ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಹ ಬಾಧ್ಯರು; ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಶ್ರಮೆ ಯನ್ನನುಭವಿಸುವದಾದರೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಸಹ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವೆವು.

18 For I reckon that the sufferings of the present time `are' not worthy `to be compared' with the glory about to be revealed in us;ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಮಹಿಮೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈಗಿನ ಕಾಲದ ಶ್ರಮೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೋಲಿಸುವದು ಯೋಗ್ಯ ವಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಎಣಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

19 for the earnest looking out of the creation doth expect the revelation of the sons of God;ದೇವಪುತ್ರರ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯು ಲವಲವಿಕೆಯಿಂದ ಎದುರು ನೋಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದೆ.

20 for to vanity was the creation made subject -- not of its will, but because of Him who did subject `it' -- in hope,ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯು ವ್ಯರ್ಥತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದದ್ದು ಸ್ವೇಚ್ಛೆಯಿಂದಲ್ಲ, ಅದನ್ನು ಒಳಪಡಿಸಿದಾತನ ಮುಖಾಂ ತರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ.

21 that also the creation itself shall be set free from the servitude of the corruption to the liberty of the glory of the children of God;ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯು ತಾನೇ ದೇವರ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವಂತೆ ನಾಶನದ ದಾಸತ್ವದಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದುವದು.

22 for we have known that all the creation doth groan together, and doth travail in pain together till now.ಹಿಗೆ ಸರ್ವಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯು ಇಂದಿನ ವರೆಗೂ ನರಳುತ್ತಾ ಪ್ರಸವವೇದನೆ ಪಡುತ್ತದೆಯೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು.

23 And not only `so', but also we ourselves, having the first-fruit of the Spirit, we also ourselves in ourselves do groan, adoption expecting -- the redemption of our body;ಇದು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತ್ಮನ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಫಲವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಾವು ಸಹ ದತ್ತುಪುತ್ರ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರವನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ ದೇಹಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಬೇಕಾದ ವಿಮೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಎದುರುನೊಡುತ್ತಾ ನಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ನಾವೇ ಮೂಲ್ಗುತ್ತೇವೆ.

24 for in hope we were saved, and hope beheld is not hope; for what any one doth behold, why also doth he hope for `it'?ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಿಂದ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವವ ರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ಕಾಣುವಂಥ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲ; ಒಬ್ಬನು ಎದುರು ನೋಡುವದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಇನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವದು ಯಾಕೆ?

25 and if what we do not behold we hope for, through continuance we expect `it'.ಕಾಣದಿರುವದನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ನಾವು ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಯಿಂದ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತೇವೆ.

26 And, in like manner also, the Spirit doth help our weaknesses; for, what we may pray for, as it behoveth `us', we have not known, but the Spirit himself doth make intercession for us with groanings unutterable,ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆತ್ಮನು ಸಹ ನಮ್ಮ ಬಲಹೀನತೆ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಹೇಗಂದರೆ ನಾವು ತಕ್ಕ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಏನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೋ ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲವಾದ್ದರಿಂದ ಆತ್ಮನು ತಾನೇ ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಲಾಗ ದಂಥ ನರಳಾಟದಿಂದ ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

27 and He who is searching the hearts hath known what `is' the mind of the Spirit, because according to God he doth intercede for saints.ಆದರೆ ಹೃದಯಗಳನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸು ವಾತನಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮನ ಮನೊಭಾವವು ಏನೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದದೆ; ಆ ಆತ್ಮನು ದೇವರ ಚಿತ್ತಾನುಸಾರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರಿ ಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

28 And we have known that to those loving God all things do work together for good, to those who are called according to purpose;ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ದೇವರ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಕರೆಯ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಆತನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಿತಿಸುವವರ ಒಳ್ಳೇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸುತ್ತವೆಯೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಲ್ಲೆವು.

29 because whom He did foreknow, He also did fore-appoint, conformed to the image of His Son, that he might be first-born among many brethren;ಆತನು ಅನೇಕ ಸಹೋದರರಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಮಗನು ಜ್ಯೇಷ್ಠಪುತ್ರನಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಾನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ತಿಳುಕೊಂಡನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಸಾರೂಪ್ಯವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮೊದಲೇ ನೇಮಿಸಿ ದನು.

30 and whom He did fore-appoint, these also He did call; and whom He did call, these also He declared righteous; and whom He declared righteous, these also He did glorify.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಯಾರನ್ನು ಮೊದಲು ನೇಮಿಸಿ ದನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರೆದನು; ಯಾರನ್ನು ಕರೆದನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೀತಿವಂತರೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿದನು; ಯಾರನ್ನು ನೀತಿವಂತರೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಿದನೋ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮಹಿಮೆಪಡಿಸಿದನು.

31 What, then, shall we say unto these things? if God `is' for us, who `is' against us?ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಏನು ಹೇಳೋಣ? ದೇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರು?

32 He who indeed His own Son did not spare, but for us all did deliver him up, how shall He not also with him the all things grant to us?ದೇವರು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳದೆ ಆತನನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೊಸ್ಕರ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳನ್ನು ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನಮಗೆ ಕೊಡದೆ ಇರುವನೇ?

33 Who shall lay a charge against the choice ones of God? God `is' He that is declaring righteous,ದೇವರಾದುಕೊಂಡವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಯಾರು ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸಾರು? ದೇವರೇ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನೀತಿವಂತರೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

34 who `is' he that is condemning? Christ `is' He that died, yea, rather also, was raised up; who is also on the right hand of God -- who also doth intercede for us.ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳೆಂದು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರು? ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಮರಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ (ಜೀವಿತನಾಗಿ) ಎದ್ದು ದೇವರ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೋಸ್ಕರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡು ವಾತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ;

35 Who shall separate us from the love of the Christ? tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಗಲಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರು? ಕಷ್ಟವೋ ಸಂಕಟವೋ ಹಿಂಸೆಯೋ ಬರಗಾಲವೋ ವಸ್ತ್ರವಿಲ್ಲದಿರುವದೋ ಗಂಡಾಂತರವೋ ಖಡ್ಗವೋ?

36 (according as it hath been written -- `For Thy sake we are put to death all the day long, we were reckoned as sheep of slaughter,')ನಾವು ನಿನ್ನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೊಲೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ; ನಾವು ಕೊಯ್ಗುರಿಗಳಂತೆ ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ.

37 but in all these we more than conquer, through him who loved us;ಹೌದು, ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಪ್ರಿತಿಸಿದಾತನ ಮೂಲಕವಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯಶಾಲಿ ಗಳಿಗಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನವರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

38 for I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor messengers, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,ಹೇಗಂದರೆ ಮರಣವಾಗಲಿ ಜೀವವಾಗಲಿ ದೂತರಾಗಲಿ ರಾಜತ್ವಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಗಳಾಗಲಿ ಈಗಿನವುಗಳಾ ಗಲಿ ಮುಂಬರುವವುಗಳಾಗಲಿ

39 nor things about to be, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of god, that `is' in Christ Jesus our Lord.ಉನ್ನತವಾಗಲಿ ಅಗಾಧವಾಗಲಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಲಿ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತ ಯೇಸುವಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದೇವರ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ಅಗಲಿಸಲಾರವೆಂದು ನನಗೆ ನಿಶ್ಚಯ ಉಂಟು.
