Proverbs 4 - YLT (Kannada)

1 Hear, ye sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention to know understanding.ಮಕ್ಕಳಿರಾ, ತಂದೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀವು ಕೇಳಿರಿ. ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸುವಂತೆ ನೋಡಿರಿ.

2 For good learning I have given to you, My law forsake not.ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸುಬೋಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆನು; ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಕಟ್ಟಳೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಬೇಡಿರಿ.

3 For, a son I have been to my father -- tender, And an only one before my mother.ನಾನು ಕೋಮಲನೂ ನನ್ನ ತಾಯಿಯ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಮಗ ನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

4 And he directeth me, and he saith to me: `Let thy heart retain my words, Keep my commands, and live.ಅವನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿ ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇ ನಂದರೆ--ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ನನ್ನ ಆಜ್ಞೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೈಕೊಂಡು ಜೀವಿಸು.

5 Get wisdom, get understanding, Do not forget, nor turn away From the sayings of my mouth.ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನೂ ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನೂ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸು; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಮರೆಯದಿರು, ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಬೇಡ.

6 Forsake her not, and she doth preserve thee, Love her, and she doth keep thee.ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸ ದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಯುವವು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದರೆ ಅವು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವವು.

7 The first thing `is' wisdom -- get wisdom, And with all thy getting get understanding.ಜ್ಞಾನವೇ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾದದ್ದು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಸಂಪಾ ದಿಸು, ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನಿಂದ ವಿವೇಕವನ್ನು ಪಡೆ ದುಕೋ.

8 Exalt her, and she doth lift thee up, She honoureth thee, when thou dost embrace her.ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀನು ಮೇಲೆತ್ತಿದರೆ ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆತ್ತುವಳು; ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀನು ಅಪ್ಪಿ ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನತೆಗೆ ತರುವಳು.

9 She giveth to thy head a wreath of grace, A crown of beauty she doth give thee freely.ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೆ ಕೃಪೆಯ ಆಭರಣವಾಗಿರುವಳು; ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನಗೆ ಘನತೆಯ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವಳು.

10 Hear, my son, and receive my sayings, And years of life `are' multiplied to thee.ಓ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ಆಲಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸು; ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವಿತದ ವರುಷಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುವವು.

11 In a way of wisdom I have directed thee, I have caused thee to tread in paths of uprightness.ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿನಗೆ ಬೋಧಿಸಿದೆನು; ಸರಿಯಾದ ದಾರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡಿಸಿದೆನು.

12 In thy walking thy step is not straitened, And if thou runnest, thou stumblest not.ನೀನು ನಡೆಯುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗೆ ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಾಗದು; ನೀನು ಓಡುವಾಗ ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ.

13 Lay hold on instruction, do not desist, Keep her, for she `is' thy life.ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೋ, ಅದು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ತೊಲಗದೆ ಇರಲಿ. ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು. ಅದು ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವವಾಗಿದೆ.

14 Into the path of the wicked enter not, And be not happy in a way of evil doers.ದುಷ್ಟರ ದಾರಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸದಿರು, ಕೆಟ್ಟವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗಬೇಡ.

15 Avoid it, pass not over into it, Turn aside from it, and pass on.ಅದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸು, ಅದರ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದು ಹೋಗ ಬೇಡ, ಅದರಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಮುಂದೆ ನಡೆ.

16 For they sleep not if they do not evil, And their sleep hath been taken violently away, If they cause not `some' to stumble.ಕೇಡು ಮಾಡದಿದ್ದರೆ ಅವರು ನಿದ್ರೆಹೋಗುವದಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾರ ನ್ನಾದರೂ ಬೀಳಿಸದೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಅವರ ನಿದ್ರೆಗೆ ಭಂಗ ವಾಗುವದು.

17 For they have eaten bread of wickedness, And wine of violence they drink.ಅವರು ದುಷ್ಟತನದ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಂದು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನು ಕುಡಿಯು ತ್ತಾರೆ.

18 And the path of the righteous `is' as a shining light, Going and brightening till the day is established,ಆದರೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾದ ದಿನಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹೊಳೆಯುವ ದೀಪದಂತೆ ನ್ಯಾಯವಂತರ ದಾರಿಯು ಹೊಳೆಯುವದು.

19 The way of the wicked `is' as darkness, They have not known at what they stumble.ದುಷ್ಟರ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಕತ್ತಲೆ ಯಂತಿದೆ. ಅವರು ಯಾವದಕ್ಕೆ ಎಡವಿ ಬೀಳುತ್ತಾರೋ ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗದು.

20 My son, to my words give attention, To my sayings incline thine ear,ನನ್ನ ಮಗನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸು; ನನ್ನ ನುಡಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡು.

21 Let them not turn aside from thine eyes, Preserve them in the midst of thy heart.ಅವುಗಳು ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳಿಗೆ ತಪ್ಪಿಹೋಗದೆ ಇರಲಿ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೋ.

22 For life they `are' to those finding them, And to all their flesh healing.ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳುವವರಿಗೆ ಅವು ಜೀವವೂ ಅವರ ದೇಹ ಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವೂ ಆಗಿವೆ.

23 Above every charge keep thy heart, For out of it `are' the outgoings of life.ಬಹು ಜಾಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೋ; ಜೀವಧಾರೆಗಳು ಅದರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಹೊರಡುವವು.

24 Turn aside from thee a froward mouth, And perverse lips put far from thee,ವಕ್ರಬಾಯಿ ಯನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಬಿಡು; ಕೆಟ್ಟ ತುಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನಿಂದ ದೂರ ಇಡು.

25 Thine eyes do look straightforward, And thine eyelids look straight before thee.ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ನೋಡಲಿ. ನಿನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ರೆಪ್ಪೆಗಳು ನೆಟ್ಟಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆಯೇ ನೋಡಲಿ.

26 Ponder thou the path of thy feet, And all thy ways `are' established.ನೀನು ನಡೆಯುವ ದಾರಿ ಯನ್ನು ವಿಮರ್ಶಿಸಿ ನೋಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಗಳು ಸ್ಥಿರವಾಗಿರಲಿ.

27 Incline not `to' the right or to the left, Turn aside thy foot from evil!ನಿನ್ನ ಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಎಡಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ತಿರುಗಬೇಡ; ಕೇಡಿನಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದವನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸು.
