ಯಾಜಕನು ಶಾಪದ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ದಿಂದ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ--ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನ ತೊಡೆಯನ್ನು ಕ್ಷೀಣವಾಗುವಂತೆಯೂ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೊಟ್ಟೆಯನ್ನು ಉಬ್ಬುವಂತೆಯೂ ಮಾಡುವದರಿಂದ ಕರ್ತನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಶಾಪವನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ದೂಷಣೆಯನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಇಡಲಿ.

Then the priest	הַכֹּהֵ֥ן	kōhēn	koh-HANE
	אֶֽת	ʾēt	ate
the woman	הָאִשָּׁה֮	ʾiššâ	ee-SHA
with an oath	בִּשְׁבֻעַ֣ת	šĕbûʿâ	sheh-voo-AH
of cursing,	הָֽאָלָה֒	ʾālâ	ah-LA
shall say	וְאָמַ֤ר	ʾāmar	ah-MAHR
and the priest	הַכֹּהֵן֙	kōhēn	koh-HANE
unto the woman,	לָֽאִשָּׁ֔ה	ʾiššâ	ee-SHA
make	יִתֵּ֨ן	nātan	na-TAHN
The Lord	יְהוָ֥ה	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
	אוֹתָ֛ךְ	ʾēt	ate
thee a curse	לְאָלָ֥ה	ʾālâ	ah-LA
and an oath	וְלִשְׁבֻעָ֖ה	šĕbûʿâ	sheh-voo-AH
among	בְּת֣וֹךְ	tāwek	ta-VEK
thy people,	עַמֵּ֑ךְ	ʿam	am
doth make	בְּתֵ֨ת	nātan	na-TAHN
when the Lord	יְהוָ֤ה	yĕhōwâ	yeh-hoh-VA
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
thy thigh	יְרֵכֵךְ֙	yārēk	ya-RAKE
to rot,	נֹפֶ֔לֶת	nāpal	na-FAHL
	וְאֶת	ʾēt	ate
and thy belly	בִּטְנֵ֖ךְ	beṭen	beh-TEN
to swell;	צָבָֽה׃	ṣābe	tsa-VEH
