Malachi 4:6
ನಾನು ಬಂದು ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಶಾಪದಿಂದ ಹೊಡೆಯದ ಹಾಗೆ ಅವನು ತಂದೆಗಳ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಡೆಗೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ತಂದೆಗಳ ಕಡೆಗೂ ತಿರುಗಿಸುವನು.

| lest | פֶּן | pen | pen |
| I come | אָב֕וֹא | ʾābôʾ | ah-VOH |
| smite and | וְהִכֵּיתִ֥י | wĕhikkêtî | veh-hee-kay-TEE |
| אֶת | ʾet | et | |
| the earth | הָאָ֖רֶץ | hāʾāreṣ | ha-AH-rets |
| with a curse. | חֵֽרֶם׃ | ḥērem | HAY-rem |
