Luke 9 - KJV (Kannada)

1 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಶಿಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಕರೆದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವದಕ್ಕೂ ರೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾರುವದಕ್ಕೂ ರೋಗಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕೂ ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

3 And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವು ಪ್ರಯಾಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕೋಲುಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಚೀಲವನ್ನಾ ಗಲೀ ರೊಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಹಣವನ್ನಾಗಲೀ ಏನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಎರಡು ಅಂಗಿಗಳೂ ಇರಬಾರದು.

4 And whatsoever house ye enter into, there abide, and thence depart.ನೀವು ಯಾವದಾದರೂ ಮನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದಲೇ ಹೊರಡಿರಿ.

5 And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet for a testimony against them.ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸದೆ ಹೋದರೆ ನೀವು ಆ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಹೊರಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ವಿರೋಧವಾಗಿ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿರುವಂತೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಾದ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹತ್ತಿದ ಧೂಳನ್ನು ಝಾಡಿಸಿಬಿಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing every where.ಅವರು ಊರುಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾದು ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಾರುತ್ತಾ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಹೋದರು.

7 Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead;ಚತುರಾಧಿಪತಿಯಾದ ಹೆರೋದನು ಯೇಸು ಮಾಡಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಳಿ ಕಳವಳಗೊಂಡನು. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಸತ್ತವರೊಳಗಿಂದ ಎದ್ದಿ ದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಕೆಲವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

8 And of some, that Elias had appeared; and of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again.ಎಲೀಯನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷವಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಕೆಲವರು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಎದ್ದಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದು ಇನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ಯವರು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

9 And Herod said, John have I beheaded: but who is this, of whom I hear such things? And he desired to see him.ಆಗ ಹೆರೋದನು--ನಾನು ಯೋಹಾನನ ತಲೆ ಹೊಯ್ಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಯಾರನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಈ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳು ತ್ತೇನೋ ಇವನು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ ಅವನು ಆತನನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸಿದನು.

10 And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida.ತರುವಾಯ ಅಪೊಸ್ತಲರು ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಬಂದು ತಾವು ಮಾಡಿದವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆತನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಆಗ ಆತನು ಬೇತ್ಸಾಯಿದ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅರಣ್ಯಸ್ಥಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕವಾಗಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದನು.

11 And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spake unto them of the kingdom of God, and healed them that had need of healing.ಆಗ ಜನರು ಅದನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಲು ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಂಗಡ ಮಾತನಾಡಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆ ಬೇಕಾಗಿದ್ದವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿದನು.

12 And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in a desert place.ಸಂಜೆಯಾಗು ತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ ಬಂದು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಈ ಜನಸಮೂಹವು ಸುತ್ತಲಿರುವ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೂ ಸೀಮೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಹೋಗಿ ಇಳುಕೊಂಡು ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಬಿಡು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೇವಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದರು.

13 But he said unto them, Give ye them to eat. And they said, We have no more but five loaves and two fishes; except we should go and buy meat for all this people.ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ನೀವೇ ಅವ ರಿಗೆ ಊಟಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡಿರಿ ಅಂದನು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು--ನಾವು ಹೋಗಿ ಈ ಜನರಿಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳದ ಹೊರತು ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ರೊಟ್ಟಿ ಎರಡು ವಿಾನುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚೇನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದರು.

14 For they were about five thousand men. And he said to his disciples, Make them sit down by fifties in a company.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವರು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಗಂಡಸರೇ ಐದು ಸಾವಿರ ಇದ್ದರು. ಆಗ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯ ರಿಗೆ--ಪಂಕ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಐವತ್ತರಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಕೂಡ್ರಿಸಿರಿ ಅಂದನು.

15 And they did so, and made them all sit down.ಅವರು ಅದರಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರೆ ಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಕೂಡ್ರಿಸಿದರು.

16 Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude.ತರುವಾಯ ಆತನು ಐದು ರೊಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಎರಡು ವಿಾನುಗಳನ್ನೂ ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ಪರಲೋಕದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ನೋಡಿ ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಮುರಿದು ಜನಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೆ ಹಂಚುವಂತೆ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು.

17 And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets.ಆಗ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ತಿಂದು ತೃಪ್ತರಾದರು; ಉಳಿದ ತುಂಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಪುಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಉಳಿದವು.

18 And it came to pass, as he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am?ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸು ತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದರು; ಆಗ ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಜನರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು.

19 They answering said, John the Baptist; but some say, Elias; and others say, that one of the old prophets is risen again.ಅವರು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರವಾಗಿ--ಬಾಪ್ತಿಸ್ಮ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಯೋಹಾನನು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಎಲೀಯನು; ಬೇರೆ ಕೆಲವರು--ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದ ಪ್ರವಾದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನು ತಿರಿಗಿ ಎದ್ದಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಅನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

20 He said unto them, But whom say ye that I am? Peter answering said, The Christ of God.ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ--ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಯಾರಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆಂದು ನೀವು ಅನ್ನುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು ಪೇತ್ರನು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರ ವಾಗಿ--ದೇವರ ಕ್ರಿಸ್ತನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

21 And he straitly charged them, and commanded them to tell no man that thing;ಆ ಸಂಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳಬಾರದೆಂದು ಆತನು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿ--

22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾ ರನು ಬಹಳ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನನುಭವಿಸಿ ಹಿರಿಯರಿಂದಲೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಯಾಜಕರಿಂದಲೂ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿ ಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನಾಗಿ ಕೊಲ್ಲಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಮೂರನೆಯ ದಿನದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವದು ಅಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಜ್ಞಾಪಿಸಿ ದನು.

23 And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.ಆತನು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರಿಗೆ--ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬರುವದಾದರೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಶಿಲುಬೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಲಿ;

24 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಾದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು; ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಕಳಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು.

25 For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಲೋಕವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತಾನೇ ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿ ಕೊಂಡರೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೆ ನಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವೇನು?

26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವದಾದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ತನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವದೊಡನೆಯೂ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧದೂತರೊಂದಿಗೂ ಬರುವಾಗ ಅವನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ನಾಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳು ವನು.

27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳು ತ್ತೇನೆ, ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕೆಲವರು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೋಡುವ ತನಕ ಮರಣವನ್ನು ರುಚಿಸುವದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

28 And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray.ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಎಂಟು ದಿನಗಳಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆದದ್ದೇನಂದರೆ, ಆತನು ಪೇತ್ರ ಯೋಹಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾಕೋಬರನ್ನು ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನೇರಿದನು.

29 And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering.ಆತನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಆತನ ಮುಖ ಭಾವವು ಬದಲಾಯಿತು; ಉಡುಪು ಬೆಳ್ಳಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಮಾನವಾಯಿತು.

30 And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias:ಇಗೋ, ಮೋಶೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೀಯ ಎಂಬ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪುರುಷರು ಆತನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

31 Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem.ಇವರು ಮಹಿಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಆತನು ಯೆರೂಸ ಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರೈಸುವದಕ್ಕಿದ್ದ ಆತನ ಮರಣದ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

32 But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him.ಆದರೆ ಪೇತ್ರನೂ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಇದ್ದವರೂ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಭಾರವುಳ್ಳವರಾಗಿದ್ದರು; ಅವರು ಎಚ್ಚತ್ತಾಗ ಆತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನೂ ಆತನ ಕೂಡ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪುರಷರನ್ನೂ ನೋಡಿದರು.

33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said.ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಯೇಸುವಿಗೆ--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ನಾವು ಇಲ್ಲೇ ಇರುವದು ನಮಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೇದು; ನಾವು ನಿನಗೊಂದು ಮೋಶೆಗೊಂದು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲೀಯನಿಗೊಂದು ಮೂರು ಗುಡಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವೆವು ಅಂದನು. ತಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಅವನು ಅರಿಯದೆ ಇದ್ದನು.

34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.ಹೀಗೆ ಅವನು ಮಾತನಾಡು ತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ಮೇಘವು ಬಂದು ಅವರನ್ನು ಕವಿದು ಕೊಂಡಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಅವರು ಆ ಮೇಘದೊಳಗೆ ಪ್ರವೇ ಶಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಅವರು ಭಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

35 And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.ಆಗ ಮೇಘ ದೊಳಗಿಂದ--ಈತನು ಪ್ರಿಯನಾಗಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗನು; ಈತನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾಯಿತು.

36 And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.ಆ ಧ್ವನಿಯಾದ ನಂತರ (ಅವರು) ಯೇಸುವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೋಡಿದರು. ಅವರು ನೋಡಿ ದವುಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ದಿವಸಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಹೇಳದೆ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದ್ದರು.

37 And it came to pass, that on the next day, when they were come down from the hill, much people met him.ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮರುದಿವಸ ಅವರು ಬೆಟ್ಟ ದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿದು ಬಂದಾಗ ಬಹಳ ಜನರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಸಂಧಿಸಿದರು.

38 And, behold, a man of the company cried out, saying, Master, I beseech thee, look upon my son: for he is mine only child.ಆಗ ಇಗೋ, ಆ ಗುಂಪಿನೊಳಗಿಂದ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಕೂಗಿ--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮಗನ ಮೇಲೆ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಡು ಎಂದು ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನನಗೆ ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಮಗನು.

39 And, lo, a spirit taketh him, and he suddenly crieth out; and it teareth him that he foameth again, and bruising him hardly departeth from him.ಇಗೋ, ದೆವ್ವವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿಯುತ್ತಲೇ ಅವನು ಫಕ್ಕನೆ ಕೂಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಅದು ನೊರೆ ಸುರಿಯುವಷ್ಟು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸುವದಲ್ಲದೆ ಜಜ್ಜುವದು. ಅದು ಅವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಹೋಗುವದು ಕಷ್ಟ.

40 And I besought thy disciples to cast him out; and they could not.ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ಬೇಡಿಕೊಂಡೆನು; ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಅವರಿಂದ ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

41 And Jesus answering said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you, and suffer you? Bring thy son hither.ಯೇಸು ಪ್ರತ್ಯುತ್ತರ ವಾಗಿ--ಓ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಲ್ಲದ ವಕ್ರಸಂತತಿಯೇ, ನಾನು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ನಿಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗಿರಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿ--ನಿನ್ನ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಕರಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ ಅಂದನು.

42 And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him. And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.ಅವನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗಲೇ ದೆವ್ವವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಒದ್ದಾಡಿಸಿ ನೆಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪ್ಪಳಿಸಿತು. ಯೇಸು ಆ ಅಶುದ್ಧಾತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ ಮಗನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ತಂದೆಗೆ ತಿರಿಗಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಸಿದನು.

43 And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did, he said unto his disciples,ಆಗ ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದೇವರ ಮಹತ್ತಾದ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಬೆರಗಾದರು.ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ--

44 Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಿವಿಗಳ ಆಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯಲಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಕುಮಾರನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

45 But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying.ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಈ ಮಾತನು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅವರು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಾರದಂತೆ ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮತ್ತು ಆ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೇಳುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಭಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

46 Then there arose a reasoning among them, which of them should be greatest.ಆಗ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗಿಂತ ದೊಡ್ಡ ವನು ಎಂಬ ತರ್ಕವು ಅವರೊಳಗೆ ಎದ್ದಿತು.

47 And Jesus, perceiving the thought of their heart, took a child, and set him by him,ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವರ ಹೃದಯದ ಆಲೋಚನೆಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿದವನಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಮಗುವನ್ನು ತಕ್ಕೊಂಡು ತನ್ನ ಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿ

48 And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.ಅವರಿಗೆ ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ಈ ಮಗುವನ್ನು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಯಾವನಾದರೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟಾತನನ್ನೇ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಯಾಕಂ ದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮೆಲ್ಲರಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕವನಾಗಿರುವವನೇ ದೊಡ್ಡ

49 And John answered and said, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name; and we forbad him, because he followeth not with us.ಆಗ ಯೋಹಾನನು--ಬೋಧಕನೇ, ಒಬ್ಬನು ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೆವ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸುವದನ್ನು ನಾವು ನೋಡಿ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಮಾಡಿದೆವು; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮೊಂದಿಗೆ (ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು) ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿ ಸುವದಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

50 And Jesus said unto him, Forbid him not: for he that is not against us is for us.ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು--ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ; ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ನಮಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ವಾಗಿರದವನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದವನೇ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು.

51 And it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem,ಇದಾದಮೇಲೆ ಯೇಸು ತಾನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಗೀ ಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವ ಸಮಯವು ಬಂದಾಗ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಆತನು ತನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ದೃಢಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು

52 And sent messengers before his face: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make ready for him.ತನಗೆ ಮುಂದಾಗಿ ದೂತರನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದನು. ಅವರು ಹೋಗಿ ಆತನಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಿದ್ಧ ಪಡಿಸುವಂತೆ ಸಮಾರ್ಯದ ಒಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಯೊಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದರು.

53 And they did not receive him, because his face was as though he would go to Jerusalem.ಆದರೆ ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಆತನು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇ ಮಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವಾತನೋ ಎಂಬಂತೆ ಆತನ ಮುಖ ವಿತ್ತು.

54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?ಆತನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಾದ ಯಾಕೋಬ ಯೋಹಾನರು ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಎಲೀಯನು ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅವರನ್ನು ದಹಿಸಿಬಿಡುವಂತೆ ಆಕಾಶದಿಂದ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಬೀಳುವ ಹಾಗೆ ನಾವು ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡಲು ನಿನಗೆ ಮನಸ್ಸುಂಟೋ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಕೇಳಿದರು.

55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.ಆದರೆ ಆತನು ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿ--ನೀವು ಯಾವ ತರವಾದ ಆತ್ಮದವರಾಗಿದ್ದೀರೆಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯದು.

56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village.ಯಾಕಂದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಪ್ರಾಣಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅವರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಂದನು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಅವರು ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದರು.

57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.ಇದಾದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವರು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗು ತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಒಬ್ಬಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಆತನಿಗೆ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೂ ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವೆನು ಅಂದನು.

58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುದ್ದುಗಳಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕಾಶದ ಪಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗೂಡುಗಳಿವೆ; ಆದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ತಲೆ ಇಡುವಷ್ಟೂ ಸ್ಥಳವಿಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.

59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಆತನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ--ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸು ಅಂದನು. ಆದರೆ ಅವನು--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾನು ಹೋಗಿ ಮೊದಲು ನನ್ನ ತಂದೆಯನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡುವಂತೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡು ಅಂದನು.

60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವ ನಿಗೆ--ಸತ್ತವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸತ್ತವರನ್ನು ಹೂಣಿಡಲಿ; ಆದರೆ ನೀನು ಹೋಗಿ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾರು ಅಂದನು.

61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ಸಹ--ಕರ್ತನೇ, ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುವೆನು; ಆದರೆ ನಾನು ಮೊದಲು ಹೋಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರಿಗೆ ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಡುವಂತೆ ನನಗೆ ಅಪ್ಪಣೆಕೊಡು ಅಂದನು.

62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ನೇಗಿಲಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ತನ್ನ ಕೈಯನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ಹಿಂದಕ್ಕೆ ನೋಡುವವನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಕ್ಕವನಲ್ಲ ಅಂದನು.
