ಇಗೋ, ಕರ್ತನ ದೂತನು ಅವರ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದನು. ಆಗ ಕರ್ತನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯು ಅವರ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲೂ ಪ್ರಕಾಶಿ ಸಿತು; ಆದದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಹೆದರಿದರು.
